  • 최근 많은 증권사 및 다양한 금융사기업에서 투자자의 주식투자를 돕는 투자자문 인공지능, 로보어드바이저를 제안하고 활용한다. 본 논문에서는 증권사 등에서 사용되고 있는 주식 시세예측 알고리즘의 성능을 상호 비교분석한다. 주식 시계열 데이터 예측에 용이한 4가지의 인공지능 알고리즘인 LSTM, GRU, 딥Q 네트워크강화학습, XGBoost 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하고 비교하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구에서는 구현된 성능 분석 시스템을 통해 어떤 알고리즘이 주식 시세를 예측하고 활용하기 위해 가장 좋은 성능을 가졌는지 비교분석하고 해당 시스템의 결과분석이 주식예측에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 평가한다.

  • Although the Korean government is making great effort to prevent the redundancy in IT investment and efficiently allocate the IT budget, actual achievements are quite limited because of the variety of IT resources and different architecture description among organizations and projects. Thus, a standardized description model of the system architecture is strongly needed to identify the common resources and improve the efficiency of IT investment. Therefore, in this paper, we have developed the function-network matrix model which can be used as the basic template for a standard for architecture description of e-Government systems. The function-network matrix model integrates the function tiers and the network areas into a single unified framework, which enables the functionality of each component and the flow of information clearly visible. Moreover, we described the architectures of Korean e-government’s citizen service systems using our model, resulting in clear demonstration of the similarities and differences between different systems, and easy identification of the common resources. Using the architecture description model developed in this research, the consolidation of national IT resources can be promoted, and non-expert IT users can easily recognize the architecture of their systems. In addition, more efficient and systematic IT resource management can be achieved using our model.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the motivating factors determining global logistics network construction and to suggest the most suitable solution for the Korean logistics providers in order to facilitate effectively in global logistics network. The major findings are as follows ; Firstly, 'the factor of network' would be the most essential element for the Korean logistics providers. Secondly, we discovered that among various types of global logistics networks, 'Strategic Alliance' would be the most suitable type for the Korean logistic providers. This study provides the basic information for enhancing global logistics network construction to logistics providers and the Korean government respectively. It also suggests that the implication of Government policy to support global logistics networking business for the Logistics providers should be concentrated on supporting and encouraging M&A among the local logistics partners.

  • Due to rapid spread of smart phones and SNS(Social Network Service), using of Internet applications has increased and taking up bandwidth more than 3G network's capacity recently. This caused reduction of speed and service quality, and occurred strong needs that backbone network company to increasing investment costs. Also a great rise of mobile network users causing identity management problems on mobile service provider through mobile network. This paper proposes advanced IDM3G[1] - to solve user ID management and security problems on mobile internet application services over 3G network and more - authentication management protocol. $I^2DM$ protocol breakup loads which made by existing IDM3G protocol's mutual authentication via mobile operator, via sending some parts to internet application service provider, enhancing mobile and ID management of service provider and network load and process load from information handling and numbers of transmitting packets, to suggest more optimized protocol against further demanding of 3G mobile network.

  • 21세기에는 정보기술의 혁명적 발전과 함께 전쟁양상이 파격적으로 변화될 것으로 예측되며, 전력체계의 특성이 근본적으로 변화됨과 더불어 전쟁 패러다임이 획기적으로 변하고 있다. 특히, 정보과학기술을 이용한 정밀감시, 통제, 타격 복합체계의 구축이 군사력 발전의 근간이 되고 있으며, 앞으로 디지털, 인터넷, 생명공학, 나노기술 등을 복합적으로 활용하는 것이 전력체계의 중심 축이 될 것이다. 특히 전쟁 수행 방식 및 수단의 변혁과 군사패러다임의 보편적 변화추세에 능동적으로 대비하기 위하여 유선과 무선 그리고 근거리 무선 사이에 이음매 없는 통신망이 실현됨으로써 누구든지 어디서나 네트워크로부터 자신이 필요한 정보를 얻을 수 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 민간분야에 활용하여 스마트 흠과 물류에 적용한 사례를 살펴보았다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅과 네트워크 기술은 21세기 변화될 형태의 전쟁을 수행하기 위해 국방 분야 적용이 필수적이며, 이를 통해 전술적인 감지$.$추적 능력의 차대 및 고도화된 전술 정보의 실시간 교환$.$공유, 전술부대의 커뮤니티 파워증대 효과를 가져 올 수 있다. 따라서 유비쿼터스 국방(u-Defense) 시대로 가기 위해 개발하여 적용 가능한 핵심 분야인 내장형 모바일 ad-hoc 네트워크 프로토콜, 무선 센서 네트워크, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)를 활용한 유비쿼터스 군수지원 등을 제시하였다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 국방을 위하여 우선 비용 측면과 민간분야에 비해 훨씬 강화된 정보 보호 및 무기체계간 상호인증 환경을 고려해야 하며, 국방 정보화에 전력증강차원의 과감한 투자가 요구된다. 또한, 저 비용 고효율의 군사력을 구축해야할 것이며, 첨단 정보체계 건설을 주도할 수 있는 정보 인력을 양성하여, 장기적으로 종합적인 발전계획을 수립하고 국방 정보 체계를 효율적으로 구축하면 군 전력향상에 획기적으로 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Major Studios' Risk Sharing Mechanism in the US TV Drama Industry (미국 TV드라마 산업에서 메이저 스튜디오의 리스크 분산 메커니즘)

  • This study explored the risk sharing mechanism in the US TV drama industry. The hollywood system of TV production and distribution can be understood to be the result of the efforts to reduce the uncertainty and the risk of investment. Since the 1990s, the vertical integration of major studios and networks has been one of the core strategies for risk sharing. In the strategy, the most important role of networks is to schedule new series that the affiliated studios produce. Networks also provide the new series their brand value. On the other hand, the most important role of studios in the vertical integrated environment is to provide the affiliated networks the infrastructures for production and distribution, financial management, and product management. In addition, networks keep the right on the series in the secondary markets, and attempt to increase the aggressive investment on new series on the base of the rights. However, such a risky investment can be the potential burden and risk for the networks in the future. This paper shows the importance of the reasonable risk sharing in the television drama industry to the Korean TV drama industry that has experienced the conflict between networks and independent production companies.

  • In this paper, UPnP Network SaaS model has been studied. Currently, this model of UPnP Network and the trade mission is being used by outsourcing. From now on, the introduction of new trading systems and existing systems and the commercialization of this model as a UPnP network service connection should work. The future of UPnP network SaaS model will become commercially available software, commercial software can be accessed remotely via the Internet should be. Customer site activities must be managed from a central location. Application software architecture, pricing, partnerships, management should not include the character models. N should be the model. When used in small and medium enterprises have a very high value.

High-speed Rail Infrastructure Priority Decision Making on Level of Design Speed by Rail Network Design Problem (철도망 설계모형을 이용한 설계속도 수준별 고속철도망 투자우선순위 선정)

  • This paper introduced Railway Network Design Problem (RNDP) to provide priority decisions on high-speed railway investment scenarios defined by various network segments and train systems. The RNDP optimizes the objective functions of minimize total travel time. Results show that the priority of high-speed railway investment is found to be East-west, West-coast, and South-coast line respectively. An entirely new line built with 400km/h is found to be the best alternative to East-west line. Regarding West-coast and South-coast line, the combined alternative of upgrading Geolla and Kyeonjon line with 200km/h and building a new line with 400km/h and 350km/h for remains of each line is the best.

  • Many economists and policymakers regard the ratio of R&D investment to GNP to be a good indicator of a nation's technological capabilities. Consequently, their major policy recommendation to promote technological development is a rapid expansion in R&D investment. However, a low R&D ratio does not necessarily mean less efforts at technological advancement since the composition of technologies to be developed varies depending upon the stage of economic development. Technology policy to improve the international competitiveness of domestic industries should be based on the stage of economic development and present technological status rather than on a simple comparison with advanced countries. At Korea's stage of development, maximizing the efficiency of R&D investment is more important than enlarging the size of the investment. Strategic alliances between domestic firms and foreign enterprises should be encouraged to save time and costs involved in acquiring new technologies and learning how to use them. The government should establish institutional devices to stimulate private enterprises to internationalize their business activities such as R&D, production, and marketing. The government should also promote the development of domestic and international R&D networks, which can serve as the infrastructure for technological innovations.

  • Real option thinking can provide a strategic agility, especially when IT managers consider ERP investment projects. Managing financial and IT risks is critical for the success of ERP investment projects. We examine whether Korean IT managers apply the real option thinking when considering ERP investment projects. On the basis of a survey data collection, we validate hypotheses based on existing literature in IT and finance. Notably, Korean IT managers consider only volatility among financial risk variables and two important IT risk variables, namely, requirement changes and continuous training costs.
