This study will analyze that the meaning and the characteristic of Information design type advertising. This study research the advertisement and Information with the issue and explore Information design type advertising samples by doing an in-depth analysis with an expert group and an inexpert group. It attracts customers visualizing sensational information and data as information design technique. It can be classified in to Manual type ad, Identity type ad, Data visualizing type ad. The communication formula of it goes through the keywords: Attention, Curation, Study, and these Curation and Study are new steps which didn't exist before in consumer behavior model. Information used in it comes from common sense or storytelling made by imagination, but there is no example of using false information distorting truth. Not exaggeration and falsehood, interesting which based on confidence creates a bond of sympathy: period time.

현재의 공장 자동화, 국방, 항공, 철도, 금융 등을 포함하는 실시간 시스템은 여러 개의 컴퓨터가 다수의 장소에서 서로의 데이터 교환을 통한 협동 작업으로 여러 가지 기능 및 업무를 수행한다. 이는 마치 멀티프로세서를 가진 컴퓨터같이 생각할 수 있으며 이와같은 시스템에 있어서 업무 수행의 효율은 각 프로세서의 계산 능력에 비례함과 동시에 각 노드간의 데이터 전송 능력에 비례한다고 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 실시간 시스템이 올바르게 동작하기 위해서는 한정된 시간 내에 일정한 양의 데이터의 전달을 확정적으로 보장해 줄 수 있는 네트워크를 필요로 하는데 이를 실시간 네트워크(Real time network)라고 한다. 현대의 분산제어 시스템에 있어서 확정적인 시간 내의 데이터 전달은 전체 제어 시스템의 응동 특성에 중요한 요인이 된다. 본 논문은 한국형 고속 전철의 시제차(Prototype train)에 적용된 국제 표준 실시간 네트워크인 열차 통신 네트워크(Train Communication Network)에 관련한 내용이다. 실시간 네트워크는 실시간성을 보장하기 위해서 상호 교환될 데이터가 필요에 따라(온라인 상에서) 변경되는 것이 아니라 오프라인 디자인의 결과로 미리 결정되어진다. 즉 통신장치 사이에 전달되는 네트워크 데이터는 미리 설계된 네트워크 테이블을 기초로 정해진 시간에, 정해진 데이터가, 정해진 방식으로 전달되어 진다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 네트워크의 오프라인 설계를 하기 위한 도구로서 개발되어진 네트워크 데이터 테이블 작성 프로그램에 대해서 설명한다.

As the recognition toward the Korean design education development to nurture creative talents for the future society has been expanded recently, various supports and promoting strategies are being suggested. This study suggests the orientalism-based new design education platform in design education field to nurture creative talents. To have the competitiveness of creative talent nurturing, the system and education programs to rear creative talents are required. The purpose of this study is to suggest the new platform for the change of direction in design education and search for the methods in detail. The research process can be described as following: First, this study stated about the research background and its boundary. Based on the literature review and the condition of the crisis of Korean design education (Korean Industrial Statistic Investigation), it described the current condition and the characteristics. Second, this study stated about the education which will be disappeared in the information society, the change of direction in design education, and the new platform. In the current study, the change toward the strategies that give priority to the growth strategies on the knowledge-based industry was stated. Third, this study stated about that the future design education should be centered on the orientalism-based creativity in the trend changing to the six conditions for the future talents and the beliefs and values toward Asia, and what methods should be sought to achieve this trend. It suggested focusing on the aim for the direction for College education and its program curriculums as the solutions in detail. Fourth, based on the contents stated earlier in this study, it stated synthetically the direction of practice through the network of the design cluster and derived the implications. In conclusion, based on the recent orientalism-based mind, this study suggested the ways to find the identity of Korean design education itself and have the competitiveness in design education programs. The ways to secure them is to come from the integrated system innovation of the network. By actively applying the design clusters, colleges and universities, designers, studios, government policy organizations, design institutes, corporates, media, and fairs, this study suggests the sustainable education system and the practical methods.

본 연구에서는 공공자전거 코스 개발 및 국내외 공공자전거 시스템 조사를 통해 자전거 활성화 방안을 조사하였다. 대상지역 선정은 전주시의 관광 자원 개발을 위해 자전거 코스가 관광 코스와 연계될 수 있는 기존의 자전거 전용도로를 선정하였고, 각 코스의 구간별 현황을 분석하여 지역에 맞는 자전거 네트워크 시스템의 적응 가능성을 검토하였다. 실험에서는 지역 공공자전거 개발을 위해 전주시 자전거 코스의 문제점을 조사한 결과, 대상지까지 이동에 있어서 자전거 전용 도로와 인도 그리고 자전거 도로가 없는 구간들이 많아 실제로 이용하는데 한계가 있으며 구간별로 장애물과 좁은 도로 등으로 사고의 위험이 들은 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 국내외의 자전거 시스템을 종합 비교해 보면 RFID 및 PDA등이 적응된 유비쿼터스형 공공자전거 시스템 도입이 필요하고 이용자의 안전을 최우선으로 고려한 디자인 설계 및 공공자전거 그리고 각 지자체 자전거와 호환이 가능한 시스템 개발이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

The area optimization of the power distribution network is an important problem in the layout design of VLSI systems. In this paper we propose noval methods to solve the problem of designing minimal area power distribution nets, while satisfying voltage drop and electromigration constraints. We propose two novel greedy heuristics for power net design-one based on bottom-up tree construction using greedy merging and the other based on top-down linearly separable partitioning.

협력 시스템은 분산 시스템 환경에서 호스트들이 네트워크를 통하여 상호 연결되어 있으며 다양한 사용자가 여러 자원들 공동으로 활용한다. 협력 시스템 발전 및 정보 보안의 중요성에 대한 인식 증가로 인하여, 개방형 분산 협력 시스템 환경에서도 정보 통신 시스템의 자원을 보호하기 위한 여러 가지의 보안 서비스에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 일반적인 보안 서비스로는 협력 시스템에 특징과 구조에 맞는 서비스를 제공하기 어려운 점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 저자가 개발한 산업 디자인 협력 시스템에서의 보안 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안된 프레임워크는 인증, 암호와 정잭, 접근제어, 보안 정보 관리의 네 가지로 구분하며 각각의 서비스가 상호 보완적으로 구성되어 있다. 또한, 특정 협력 시스템에 맞도록 구성되었지만 다른 협력 시스템에도 응용할 수 있도록 표준화를 따랐으며, 사용자의 요구에 따라 다른 비밀성과 투결성을 지원하기 위한 QoP(Quality of Protection) 서비스도 고려하여 설계하였다. 제안된 보안 프레임워크는 접근제어 요소를 협력 시스템의 구성에 맞도록 재구성하여 기존 정책의 단점인 복합적인 상황에서 확실한 보안을 할 수 있었으며 접근 정의에 따라 다른 알고리즘을 사용함으로 보안 프레임워크가 포함된 후에도 빠른 협력 작업이 가능했다. 또한 디자인 협력 시스템의 동시성 제어 정책을 기반으로 접근 제어 정책을 결정하였기 때문에 시스템 성능에 향상을 가지고 왔다.

최근 5G 무선통신 네트워크 기술이 상용화 단계에 진입하자마자 6G를 위한 차세대 무선통신 네트워크 기술에 대한 경쟁적인 연구개발이 가속화되고 있다. 6G에서는 5G 대비 50배의 속도, 10분의 1의 무선 지연 시간의 개선이 예상되며, 인공지능 기술과 융합해 네트워크 구성 요소들을 최적화하고 사람, 기계, 사물 간 새로운 차원의 초연결 경험을 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다. 그러나 획기적인 성능과 효율성 개선을 위해 시스템의 복잡성이 증가하고, 연결성이 상시 보장되어야 하며, 유연성과 지능 내재화를 위해 프로그래머블 디자인이 필수적인 요소가 되었기 때문에 보안 취약성이 커졌다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 무선통신 네트워크의 핵심 기술 요소와 표준화 동향을 분석하고, 보안 이슈와 향후 연구 방향을 제시한다.

This study was conducted to improve the convenience of design of mobile VR devices use in a way binds smart phones. Research on traditional mobile VR devices is insufficient. So the first survey was conducted on users 100 to understand the current status and status of mobile VR devices. As a result, it was found that the satisfaction with the convenience of use was significantly lowered, and countermeasures were needed. Then, a second survey of 30 Heavy Users was conducted to find out specific usability and problems of mobile VR devices. Through this, problems, ease of use, and other opinions of mobile VR devices were found. The survey results were analyzed through the Descriptive Statistics Act, and it was found that improvement was urgent due to low satisfaction with wearing and network. In-depth interviews were conducted with the same respondents. As with the problems derived first, problems such as wearing satisfaction, excessive head weight for long-term use, and lack of content could be found. Based on the previous studies, the focus group interview consisting of 6 experts derived the ease of use evaluation element. It consists of elements that can satisfy the convenience of use of mobile VR devices for creation, wearing satisfaction, network, morphology, learning, and spatiality, and has a total of 26. Using this evaluation elements, it is intended to provide better ease of use to users who will use the mobile VR device.

네트워크 멀티미디어 서비스인 월드 와이드 웹(www)이 널리 확산되면서 인터넷 전자신문이 각광을 받고 있다. 그 이유는 전자신문의 최대 장점인 쌍방향 커뮤니케이션을 통해 그 날의 뉴스들을 음성, 동화상을 통해 실시간(Real Time)으로 제공하고 있으며, 하이퍼링크의 연결로 신문의 제한된 지면을 극복하고 많은 양의 정보를 독자들에게 제공할 수 있기 때문이다. (중략)
