최근 인터넷 사용의 증가와 디지털 카메라, 스캐너등의 디지털 장비의 보급으로 인터넷을 통한 디지털 이미지의 표현과 전시효과가 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 디지털 이미지들을 보다 쉽게 효율적으로 전시하고 다루기 위한 방법으로 이 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 웹에서 이미지 정보를 공급하려는 제공자가 쉽게 자신의 이미지 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 서버상의 이미지를 자동적으로 추출하여 이미지 뷰, 업로드, 썸네일, 슬라이드, 검색, 설명부가, 사용자별 옵션, 간단한 영상처리, 풍선말 이미지 메일 전송 둥의 다양한 기능을 서비스를 할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다. 또한 그 기능을 동영상으로 확장하여 보다 동적인 인터넷 전자앨범을 구현하였다.

현재의 호스트 기반의 인터넷 구조는 확장성, 보안성, 네트워크 유연성에 제약을 갖고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위하여 미국, 유럽 중심으로 미래 인터넷 연구가 활발히 진행 중이며, 그 중에서도 컨텐츠 중심 네트워크에 대한 연구는 미래 인터넷 서비스 단계에서 주목을 받고 있다. 컨텐츠 중심 네트워크는 컨텐츠를 기반으로 통신을 하며, 컨텐츠 배포가 이루어지기 때문에 컨텐츠 이름과 이름 분석이 중요한 요소로 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CCN, DONA, PSIRP, Netlnf 네 가지 종류의 컨텐츠 중심 네트워크의 이름 구조와 이름 분석을 비교하고, 이를 통해 비디오 서비스에 적합한 구조와 확장성에 대해 조사 하였다.

본 논문은 최근 실시간 기업(RTE: Real-Time Enterprise)의 구현도구로 각광을 받고 있는 BPM(Business Process Management)이 신속하고 다양한 모니터링 및 분석을 제공할 수 있는 새로운 모니터링 기법을 소개한다. 본 논문의 방법론은 기존의 프로세스 모니터링 서비스의 한계를 극복하고 개인에 따라 차별화된 모니터링 환경을 제공한다. 제시된 모형은 모니터링 객체(monitoring objects), 분석 기법(analysis methods), 표현 양식(presentation styles), 모니터링 이벤트(audit events)의 네 가지 축에 따라 모니터링 구정 요소들을 분해하고, 분해된 개별 단위들을 사용자가 자유롭게 조합하여 모니터링 서비스를 구성할 수 있도록 한다. 이는 기업의 경영자가 실시간으로 경영성과를 확인하도록 하고 추후의 경영활동에 반영하도록 하는 실시간 기업의 환경을 구축하도록 한다.

[ ${\ulcorner}$ ]2003 중소기업 정보화 수준 평가${\lrcorner}$ 결과, 중소기업의 정보화 수준은 49.22점으로 대기업의 70%에도 미치지 못하는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 조사는 정보화 추진의지, 추진환경, 설비수준, 활용수준 등 네 평가부문으로 중소기업의 정보화 수준을 평가하였는데, 평가결과 국내 중소기업은 추진환경이 가장 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 한편 기업의 정보화 발전단계를 다섯 단계로 설정 모형화한 결과, 단계별 정보화와 평가부문간에 유의적인 차이를 보였고 각 단계별 진전에 필요한 요인들도 상이하게 나타났다. 현재 중소기업은 정보화 발전단계 중 세 번째 단계인 업무효율화 단계로, 다음 단계로 발전하기 위해서는 추진환경 개선과 함께 정보시스템의 확대 및 유지노력이 필요하다. 또한 일정 수준 이상의 중소기업에게는 정보화에 따른 역기능을 예방 대응하기 위한 정책적 지원이 필요하며, 정보화에 대한 인식 전환과 다양한 정보화 교육을 통한 시스템 활용수준의 제고 노력이 필요하다.

본 연구에서는 금융 분야에서 AI 기술을 이용하여 챗봇 기반의 예측 시스템을 구축하는데 목적이 있다. 사용자가 이해하기 쉽게 챗봇 기반으로 실시간 서비스를 제공하며 투자 경험이 없는 사용자를 타겟으로 투자 추천을 하는 것을 목표로 개발하였다. 챗봇 기반의 금융 어플리케이션에서는 종목 주가조회, 코스피 상위 조회, 예측결과 조회, ELS상품추천 등으로 크게 네 가지의 의도파악을 하며 자연어 처리와 단어 매칭 처리를 통해서 사용자에게 최적화된 정보를 제공한다. 정보의 질을 높이기 위해서 인공지능 학습은 10년 치의 데이터를 학습시켰으며 비슷한 패턴을 예측해서 제공한다. 상장기업의 주식과 은행에서 판매하는 ELS를 추천하고 있으며, 챗봇 서비스를 통해 사용자와 실시간적으로 소통할 수 있는 AI기반의 금융 시스템을 제공한다.

본 연구는 공공도서관 이용자들을 대상으로 실제 도서관 이용과 관련한 구전행위가 어떤 내용으로 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 공공도서관 한 곳을 주 1회 이상 정기적으로 이용하는 20-40대 이용자들을 대상으로 심층 면접을 통해 자료를 수집하고, 근거 이론 방법을 적용해 데이터를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 총 130개 개념과 58개의 하위범주, 그리고 17개의 범주가 도출되었고, 도서관 서비스 이용에서 구전으로 이어지는 일련의 과정은 '도서관 인지-도서관 서비스 이용 및 경험-도서관에 대한 구전 행위-구전 행위에 따른 결과'의 네 단계로 정리해 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 핵심범주는 '나에게는 가깝지만 같이 소통하기에는 어려운 도서관'으로써, 평소 도서관과 관련된 것들에 관심이 많은 이용자들에게는 도서관이 가깝고 친근한 시설이지만 대다수의 일반인들에게는 구전을 통한 소통과 이해가 어려운 장소로 인식되는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in the service quality evaluation on the skill and expert, the shop facilities and atmosphere, the time and access, and the price and benefit of a nail care shop by age, income, spendings of appearance and a nail care, and a regular nail care. The survey was performed with questionnaires and the subjects were was 240 consumers who used the nail care. The data were analyzed by frequencies, F-test, T-test, Factor Analysis, one way ANOVA. The results of the study were as follows: Service quality evaluation were classified four factors- the price and benefits, the skill and expertness, the facilities and atmosphere, the time and access. There were no statistically significant differences in the price and benefits by age, income, spendings of appearance and a nail care, and a regular nail care, but there were statistically significant differences in the skill and expertness, the facilities and atmosphere, and the time and access. The service quality on the time and access was evaluated as high by the consumer in the 30s, with more income, and with high appearance and nail care spendings. The service quality on the shop facilities and atmosphere was evaluated as high by the consumers with high nail care spending. The consumers with a regular nail care evaluated the service quality on the skill and expertness, the time and access, the shop facilities and atmosphere as high.

The study aims to analyse Korean Long-Term Care Insurance system in terms of caring justice on the premise that elder care should be included in discussions and policies of care. Caring justice means an ideal of equal sharing duties and rights of care by all citizens. Four dimensions of caring justice(decommodification, defamilialization, degenderization and elderly participation and power) were established for the analysis. The results of the analysis were presented that Korean Long-Term Care Insurance system was maintained by commodificated and gendered care services attempting defamilialization with the exclusion of elderly beneficiaries, which represented typical caring injustice. Policy suggestions were made to realize caring justice: improving the status of caring labour by achieving proper service price and public employment, reorganization of life cycle based caring system integrating children, disabled adults and elders, and developing user-centered long-term care system to guarantee participation and choice of people in caring relationships.

The purpose of this study is to establish the basement of nail industries and suggest a direction for the future of the specialized nail service. besides looks at characteristics of the aged 20's to 50's, who is expected as nail shop's main customers. The results of this study are briefly summarized as follows: First, the answer wanting professional hand care was more than half (53.3%). It turned out that customers prefer basic manicure such as hand massage(43.4%) and cuticle removal(31.1%) than nail art(15.2%) and nail improvement care(10.3%) in professional nail care. The basic manicure are in remarkably high demand which are often received with nail art and nail improvement care. There were more interests in nail services and better hand health condition in the 30's group than 40's. Also significantly higher in a unmarried group than married. this results show that professional hand care is highly related to a good condition of hands and additionally life satisfaction of customers. We were convinced of the direction of inner beauty and satisfaction beyond the visible. At the same time, exploring specific methods to internally satisfy customers remains to be a challenge.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of financial and non-financial performance measures in BSC on the performance of hotel industry. To achieve research purpose, this study analyzed the data from korean hotel industry. Empirical results of this study show that there are significant positive correlations among the performance measures in terms of four balanced scorecard. These results are consistent with those of previous studies. In addition, regression analyses has shown that the performance measures have positive impacts on the performance of hotel firms.
