국가 최대 전문교육훈련기관의 냉난방시설 ESCO사업으로 환골탈태

  • 국가전문행정연수원은 지난해 8월부터 올 6월까지 약 10개월에 걸쳐 기존의 노후화된 증기난방 보일러와 개별 냉방기를 흡수식 냉온수기를 통한 중앙집중식 냉난방으로 전환하는 ESCO사업을 실시해 막대한 에너지 절감 효과를 보고 있다. 총 4개 건물을 대상으로 진행된 이번 냉난방 ESCO사업은 총 사업금액이 6억2천여만원에 이르며 연간 절감되는 에너지절감금액이 약 1억4천4백만원 정도여서 앞으로 5년 10개월에 걸쳐 모든 투자비가 회수될 예정이다.

  • 증기압축식 열펌프시스템은 그림 1에 나타난 바와 같이 증발기에서의 흡열과 응축기의 방열을 냉난방에 이용할 수 있으며, 공기를 열원으로 할 때는 공기 중 저밀도의 에너지를 고밀도의 에너지로 전환하여 이용할 수 있으며 지중 온도의 연중변화가 적은 점을 이용하여 지열을 열원으로 할 때는 공기를 열원으로 할 경우에 필요한 제상 장치(defrost cycle)가 필요 없게 되고, 압축기 부하도 줄어들게 되어 열펌프 수명이 길어지게 되며 경제성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. (중략)

  • 격심한 세계적 사회환경의 변화는 모든 산업분야에서 기존의 패턴을 탈피해 새로운 패러다임으로의 전환을 요구하고 있다. 이제는 이를 어느 정도 충실히 반영해 혁신을 이룰 수 있는가가 국가의 흥망을 좌우하는 중요한 요체가 되었다. 건설 기술의 R&D 분야는 최근의 화두인 친환경녹색성장에 관한 기술경쟁력 강화를 위해 혁신적인 연구 성과물을 내놓고 있다. 본지는 이번호에 지열의 냉난방 열원 활용방안을 연구하는 토지주택연구원 건설기술연구실의 연구개발 현황을 소개한다.

  • This is to report the result of Development of Single effect/Double lift absorption chiller & heater which is used in the district heating net work. The heating cycle was newly developed to make the secondary hot water from evaporator and the cycle change-over function was added for the heating to the cooling mode and the cooling to the heating mode. Finally, it was assured through the site trial operation that the outlet temperature of primary hot water can be produced lower than $68^{\circ}C$ when the outlet temperature of secondary hot water is $60^{\circ}C$.

  • In this paper, the heat pump system was designed using heat absorption of the refrigerant or condensation heat. The cooperation system has been developed to pass a heat source of low temperature to a high temperature or to pass the heat source of high temperature to a low temperature. Heat pump for using the valve as a function of switching a condenser and an evaporator in a refrigerating cycle. As a result, heat pump system was developed by air source method. Therefore cooperating system for energy saving to solve at the same time as the cooling and heating by system of one was equipped.

  • 대부분의 가정용 냉난방겸용 공기조화기(히트펌프)는 실외온도가 $5^{\circ}C$ 이하이고, 습도가 높은 저온고습조건에서 난방운전을 하면 열교환기 표변에 서리가 발생하고, 이로 인해 시스템의 성능이 떨어지게 된다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 어느 일정 조건이나 시간이 되면 히트펌프는 제상운전을 하게 되는데, 보통의 가정용 히트펌프의 경우 난방운전도중에 사이클을 냉방운전으로 전환하여 실외 열교환기의 온도를 높여 줌으로써 제상을 하는 방식 (Cycle reversing method)을 사용하고 있다. 이 방식은 부가적인 제상회로플 구성하 거나 히터를 첨가하는 등의 재료비 증가 없이 제상을 수행한다는 장점이 있으나, 시스템의 에너지 효율 측면에서 불리할 뿐만 아니라, 소비자의 입장에서 보면 제상운전이 진행되는동안에 따뜻한 바람이 공급되지 않아 쾌적한 공조를 제공받지 못한다는 단점이 있다. 본 자료에서는 먼저 제상방석에 관하여 그 종류와 특정을 알아보고, 최근에 진행되고 있는 착상 지연기술 중 어큐물레이터 내에 히터를 설치하는 방식(Viung C. Mei, et al., 2002, ASHRAE TRANSSACTIONS, V 108, Pt. 1)에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

  • Recently, as the mandatory policy of zero energy building is promoted, policies / systems for transition to Zero Energy School are being promoted, but there is no method to systematically analyze and verify the results of energy saving activities for school buildings. For the study of energy performance verification methodology, the current status of related standards was referred to, and the case study of other methodologies was conducted to examine the tools that can analyze the performance in the field. In addition, this study analyzed the current status and characteristics of energy management through domestic school visits. In this paper, we presented various energy saving projects such as air conditioning and heating facilities, lighting, insulation, change operation behavior, and improve operation methods in new and existing school buildings, and M & V methods for verifying energy savings before and after implementation of energy conservation projects.

  • There are mainly 3 heat losses from solar collector; top, bottom, and edge heat loss. Usually edge heat loss is small so that could be neglected. Of the total thermal losses occurring in a flat plate solar collector, top loss heat losses are dominant. Therefore it is necessary to calculate the top loss coefficient accurately in order to find out performance of solar collector. The flat plate solar collector(regenerator in summer) used in this study was made for year-round all conditioning. In order to find out collector efficiency for heating in winter without a system change, outdoor experiment was done. The top loss coefficient of this collector was about 3 to $4.5W/m^2^{\circ}C$. Futhermore use of selective coating in trickling surface can improve a performance of flat plate solar collector.

Development of a Conversion Unit converting the existing air conditioner to Heat Pump System for the Emergency Shelter (재해임시주거 냉난방을 위하여 기존 에어컨을 열펌프로 전환하는 변환기 개발)

  • Korea and some other countries located in the northern hemisphere employ the air conditioner for the space cooling in the hot summer season and also some kinds of heaters for the space heating in the cold winter season. Especially in Korea, a great number of air conditioners of about 12,700,000 sets have been used these days. However, they are used for a short operation period of only 58 days a year, which results in the material and economic losses. To solve this problem and employ this system for the emergency shelter, a new conversion unit which could convert the existing air conditioner to a heat pump system for simultaneous heating and cooling was developed in this study, and the thermal performance was tested. The results indicated that the indoor air could be heated from $27^{\circ}C$ to $39^{\circ}C$ by the air conditioner converted to a heat pump system with the ambient temperature variation of $-10^{\circ}C{\sim}10^{\circ}C$, and cooled from $20^{\circ}C$ to $15^{\circ}C$ by the converted system with the ambient temperature variation of $20^{\circ}C{\sim}35^{\circ}C$. And also the heating COP increased from 3.3 to 5.3 in case of the heat exchange of the super cooling(HESC) circuit and from 3.0 to 4.0 in case of the By-pass with the ambient temperature variation of $-10^{\circ}C{\sim}10^{\circ}C$, respectively, whereas the cooling COP decreased from 3.1 to 2.1with the increase of the ambient temperature from $20^{\circ}C$ to $35^{\circ}C$.
