성형외과 실내 계획을 위한 디자인 선호성향 조사 (A Survey on the Design Preference for a Plastic Surgery Interior Design)

  • As more people want plastic surgery for various reasons, the demand for pleasant and aesthetical environment has increased also. This study, therefore, conducted literature and portal sites research before surveying women in their 20's and 30's who are more likely to be interested in and have plastic surgery. And we worked out a questionnaire to predict the customer demand and a survey board using specific vocabulary conveying emotional information as well as designs, targeting 120 people in Gangnam and Myeongdong areas. As a result, the respondents preferred natural designs, followed by modern and casual one with slight differences based on the areas. Thus, this is open to further studies. The preference for natural designs is considered to be related with the current interests in well-being and nature-friendly trend, coupled with new naturalism in the 21C. Hence, in order to add more colorfulness, minimalism, and vitality to the existing natural environment, one needs to seek motives from nature but make use of high-tech materials with strong colors to avoid boredom but create a lively indoor environment.

  • 내추럴 유저 인터페이스 기술(NUI)의 발달은 게임이나 컴퓨터 사용 및 기타 전자기기 사용법에 일대 변화를 가져오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 폰 사용자의 얼굴을 식별하고 또한 얼굴 움직임 동작을 감지하여 증강현실을 구현한다. 모바일 기기의 전면 카메라를 이용하여 얼굴의 위치를 Viola-Jones방법을 사용하여 검색하고 검색한 얼굴의 식별 및 움직임 검출을 Eigenface 알고리즘을 사용하며, 식별된 사람에 대응되는 그래픽스 오브젝트를 GPS나 가속도 센서 등의 정보와 후면 카메라의 영상과 함께 합성하는 증강현실 시스템을 구현한다. 증강현실 시스템은 모바일 기기의 성능에 적합한 알고리즘 및 방법으로 구현하여야 한다.

의복의 조형요소에 따른 로맨틱이미지 분류 (Romantic Image Classification by Clothing Design Elements)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the romantic image by clothing design elements. This research was done by survey method with 20 kinds of romantic image photos selected in fashion magazines. The data was analyzed by Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, ANOVA, Duncan's test and MDS. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Romantic image was classified by 4 factors. Those were sexy-romantic, retro-romantic, natural-romantic and cute-romantic images. 2. Sexy-romantic image was well-expressed by fitted silhouette, achromatic and achromatic color coordinations and see-through texture. Retro-romantic image was well-expressed by X silhouette, achromatic and achromatic color coordinations and see-through or combination texture. Natural-romantic image was well-expressed by A silhouette and chromatic and achromatic color coordinations. Cute-romantic image was well-expressed by A silhouette and soft or combination(silky and soft) texture. 3. Romantic image was positioned into mostly traditional or artificial on image scale.

  • 사용자 인터페이스 기술은 CLI(Command Line Interfaces), GUI(Graphical User Interfaces)를 거쳐 NUI(Natural User Interfaces)로 발전하고 있다. NUI는 멀티터치, 모션 트래킹, 음성, 스타일러스 등 다양한 입력형식을 사용한다. 기존 GUI 어플리케이션에 NUI를 적용하기 위해서는 이러한 장치관련 라이브러리 추가, 관련 코드 수정, 디버그 등의 과정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존 이벤트 기반 GUI 어플리케이션의 수정 없이 제스처 기반 인터페이스를 적용할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 또한 제안한 모델을 명세하기 위한 XML 스키마를 제시하고, 3D 제스처와 마우스 제스처 프로토타입 개발을 통해 제안모델의 활용방안을 보인다.

  • The analysis of exotic style in domestic fashion brand items aims to offer the ideas necessary for the style and item developments and to analyze exotic images and styles accepted in domestic fashion market. Therefore this study analyzed the domestic fashion brand items and categorized the main exotic factors and styles so that would catch on to its characters and appearance frequency. As for the research method of this study, the frequency and content multi-dimensional analysis were used in the investigation of the exotic images appearing in the domestic fashion brands. The styles of exotic image in domestic fashion brand items are 'natural' style, 'primitive' style, 'ethnic' style, and 'maximalism' style. Also, the main exotic factors in each exotic style were composed of a few exotic images such as 'natural', 'primitive', 'ethnic', 'romantic', 'elegance', 'splendid', 'seductive', 'retro', 'traditional', 'classical', 'bohemian', 'vintage', 'kidult', 'artistic', 'extreme compromise', and 'modern'.

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the modern image by clothing design elements. This research was done by survey method with 25 kinds of modern image photos selected in fashion magazines. The data was analyzed by Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, MANOVA, One-Way ANOVA, Duncan's test and MDS. The results of this study are as follows: 1. modern image was classified by 5 factors. Those were sexy-modern, elegant-modern, natural-modern, mannish-modern and minimal-modern images. 2. Sexy-modern image was well-expressed by chromatic and chromatic color coordinations. Elegant-modern image was well-expressed by fitted silhouette, fit and achromatic and chromatic color coordinations. Natural-modern image was well-expressed by A silhouette, loose apparel-fit, chromatic and chromatic coordinations and soft texture. Mannish-modern image was well-expressed by H silhouette, loose apparel-fit, chromatic and chromatic color coordinations and hard texture. Minimal-modern image was well-expressed by H silhouette, tight or loose apparel-fit and soft texture. 3. modern image was positioned into mostly hard or masculine on image scale.

병사의 시선감지를 이용한 ROI 영상압축 방법 (ROI Image Compression Method Using Eye Tracker for a Soldier)

  • It is very important to share tactical information such as video, images, and text messages among soldiers for situational awareness. Under the wireless environment of the battlefield, the available bandwidth varies dynamically and is insufficient to transmit high quality images, so it is necessary to minimize the distortion of the area of interests such as targets. A natural operating method for soldiers is also required considering the difficulty in handling while moving. In this paper, we propose a natural ROI(region of interest) setting and image compression method for effective image sharing among soldiers. We verify the proposed method through prototype system design and implementation of eye gaze detection and ROI-based image compression.

  • 현 의류 섬유산업의 트렌드는 친환경, 무공해, 인체친화, 고감성, 고급스러움 등을 표현할 수 있는 제품으로의 전환이 이루어지고 있으며, 최근 부드럽고, 편안하고, 모던한 특징 및 내추럴한 느낌을 나타내는 천연섬유에 대한 요구가 더욱 늘어나고 있다. 양모 섬유는 천염섬유 중 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는 단백질 섬유로서, 이를 이용한 다양한 직물과 의류제품은 국내외적으로 유명 브랜드 바이어와 지속적으로 내수와 수출이 이루어지는 대표적 섬유이다. 그러나 양모 소재에 특유의 구조와 형태로 소재간 섬도차로 인해 고급섬유에의 복합시 물리적, 감성적 이질감으로 상품화가 제한되고 있으며, 소비자 및 바이어들은 기존 보다 더욱 부드러운 고급감의 양모소재를 선호하고 있다. 이에 천염섬유 중에서도 세섬도 생산의 한계가 있는 양모섬유에 대해 양모섬유의 끝단을 마이크로 분활화 및 세섬화를 가능하게 함으로서 새로운 고감성 및 고급감을 부여할 수 있을 것이며, 본 연구에서는 산 및 초음파 등의 물리화학적 분할 기술을 적용하여 부분적 피브릴화 세섬화된 양모소재에 대한 염가공 특성을 기존 양모소재와 비교 함으로서 개질 양모소재의 제품화 실용성 여부를 검토하였다.

1980년 이후 자연주의 패션에 관한 연구 - Vogue지 내용분석을 중심으로 - (A Study on Naturalism in Fashion from 1980 to 2009 - Focus on Content Analysis of Vogue Magazine -)

  • This study investigates and compares the changes of naturalism in fashion presented over a 30-year period to understand the diversity of naturalism in fashion. Data were collected from 59 volumes of the "Vogue" magazine for January and July in each year from 1980 to 2009. The data used for content analysis consists of 440 words and these were condensed into three periods according to decade(1980~1989, 1990~1999, and 2000~2009). The selected words were classified into four sub-themes according to the previous research definitions such as primitive look, natural look, eco look and handcrafted look. The results are as follows. First, naturalism of fashion was highly presented in the 1980s but the percentages of naturalism in three decades were all more or less similar. Especially, natural look appeared more in the 1980s and eco look was in the 1990s, while natural look, eco look and handcrafted look were found all together in the 2000s. Second, naturalism of fashion showed higher frequency of F/W seasons in the 1990s, while S/S seasons in the 1990s and 2000s. In particular, natural look was presented more at S/S seasons. The sub-themes coexistence were presented in the 24 seasons out of 59 seasons and showed more variously in the 2000s. Third, the words selected from sub-themes of naturalism in fashion demonstrated the differences by decade.

남.녀 파운데이션 이미지 연구 (A Study on the Image of Adult Foundations)

  • This study carefully explored today's preferable beauty images, analyzed Korean adult purchasing trends of functional underwear and market analysis of the most popular items and their designs. Information and methods are based largely on reference book material as well as analysis of real domestic data. The paper's research timeline simply spans the last three years, as in accordance with project parameters. Helping improve body shape, foundation literally means 'substructur' and 'base'. The formativeness in these adult foundations typically has three main category classifications. First, natural modern image. This is where we find natural beauty including that which embodies a cool modern sense. Here, you can often see such patterns as either stripes and dots, or simply no patterns at all. Colors are green, red-brown, incarnadine, or khaki from a natural or basic human body color. Its products are marketed as both solid and durable eco-friendly materials, and lace-seethrough. Fashion's natural modern image is undoubtedly the most popular style purchase choice among both genders. Second, sweet romantic image. This mainly consists of two concepts : a sweet and romantic theme, and visual appeal. Patterns include flowers, lips, heart, stars, candies and various other appealing characters. Its main colors are pink, yellow, red, purple, and violet. Products are decorated with laces, frills and ribbons. Since only men's semi-girdles carry such designs, this fashion foundation is largely a women's world. While men show an obvious interest in foundation, they still mostly prefer the choice of natural modern images. Third, mystic sexy image. This is defined as all feminine images of mysterious and classic sexual beauty. Patterns are variously expressed as paisley, flowers, and geometric. Colors are largely purple, blue-green, royal-blue, cobalt, and black. Products are commonly decorated with beading, spangles, hot-fixes and so on. While this image can be found in all kinds of women's foundations, it typically appears only in men's corsets and girdles.
