오늘날 실시되고 있는 각국의 칼라/흑백 TV 방송의 표준은 잡다한 것 같으나 간추리면 525/60625/50의 2개방식을 NTSC, PAL 및 SECAM의 칼라 3방식으로 채택하고 있다. 한편 통신위성에 의하여 TV방송프로는 국제간에 하시하처에서나 즉시중계가 가능해야하기 때문에 또 앞으로는 방송위성이 등장하게 됨으로 이 표준방식변환(TSC)장치가 꼭 필요하고 매우 중요하게 되었다. 본고에서는 일본 NHK방송센터에 설치된 인터레이스내주사선내압방식 디지털 TSC를 중심으로 TSC의 발달, 표준변환의 원리, 또 여기쓰이는 기억소자로서의 메모리 유형 및 최신의 TSC연구방향으로서 프레임 내주사선내압방식디지털 TSC등을 간약하게 해설하고져 한다.

Glottal incompetence is one of the causative condition of hoarseness. There have been various methods to improve the glottal conditions. Vocal fold augmentation by injection under direct visual control is a quick and simple operation. Various vocal fold augmentation procedures have developed in recent years. Phonosurgical vocal fold injection can be classified as superficial or deep, by the location of the injection. The choice of material fir vocal fold injection is critical and should be determined by the injection location, technique, and the pathologic condition. There are multiple approaches or methods for vocal f31d injection ; the most widely used are presented in detail in this article.

정부가 내주 중에 한미 자유무역협정(FTA) 비준동의안을 국회에 제출할 예정이다. 이혜민 외교통상부 FTA 교섭대표는 "비준동의안 국회제출에 필요한 절차는 모두 마친 상태, 당정간 협의를 거쳤으며 내주에 비준동의안을 국회에 낼 계획"이라고 말했다. 지난 주 사실상 타결된 한.인도 CEPA(포괄적 경제동반자 협정)에 대해 이 대표는 인도가 일본, 유럽연합(EU) 등 이들 선진국과의 협상에 시간이 걸릴 것으로 전망하였으며 이번 협상에서 인도 측은 상품에 따라 관세를 협정 발효와 함께 즉시 또는 5년 내 철폐 방안과 8년 내 관세 축소 방안, 8년 뒤 1-1.5% 관세인하 방안, 10년 내 기존 관세를 50% 감축하는 방안에 대해 우리 측과 합의했다.협상이 진행중인 한.EU FAT는 오는 7일과 19일 각각 수석대표 회담과 통상장관 회담을 갖고 자동차 기술표준과 원산지 등 핵심쟁점에 대한 절충을 벌일 예정이다

Model tests in calibration chamber with open -ended steel pipe pile have been performed in sand deposit to clarify effect of soil plug on bearing capacity, load transfer mechanisms in soil plug, and behavior of soil plug under dynamic and static conditions. Model piles were devised so that bearing capacity of open -ended pile could be measured separately into outside skin friction, inside skin friction due to soil plug -pile interaction and end bearing force on the section of steel pipe pile. It may be concluded, form the test results, that the plugging level of open -ended pile is more correctily defined by specific recovery ratio, y, rather than by plug length ratio, PLR, and the major part of inside skin friction is generated within the range of three times as long as the inner diameter of the pile from the pile tip. The ratio of inside skin friction to total bearing capacity is much larger than that of outside skin friction to total bearing capacity. Therefore, the bearing capacity of pile could not be well predicted, unless the inside skin friction is properly taken into account.

This paper presents an experimental study of the plugging effect on the capacity of open-ended piles installed in sandy soil. Full-scale tests, including dynamic and static axial-compression load tests, were carried out on three instrumented piles with different diameters (508.0, 711.2 and 914.4 mm). To measure the outer and inner shaft resistances acting on the piles, a double-walled system was utilized with instrumented strain gauges on the outside and inside walls of the pile. The results of field tests show that the inner shaft resistance was mostly mobilized at the location between the pile tip and 18-34% of the total plug length. It was found that the soil plugging in the lower portion has influence on the inner shaft resistance. In addition, it can be also demonstrated that the ratio of inner shaft resistance plus annulus load resistance to total resistance decreased with increasing pile diameters. The results of these tests show that the relationship between the degree of plugging and pile diameter is clearly established. Direct observations of the soil plugs were made and used to quantify both the plug length ratio (PLR) and the incremental filling ratio (IFR). Based on this result, it was found that the N value of the standard penetration test (SPT) is highly correlated with the IFR.

일본에서는 말린 해초(kombu)와 고기근육(katsuobushi)등이 식품의 맛을 내주는 물질로 널리 사용되어왔다. Ikeda와 kodama씨는 친자의 맛은 구루탐산 나트륨, 후자의 맛은 이노신산나트륨으로부터 기인하는 것이라고 설명하였다. 미생물에 의한 구루탐산나트륨의 생산은 1957년 Kinoshita씨 등에 의하여 확립되었고 극히 적은 양이나마 5'-IMP가 삶은 고기와 오징어로부터 얻어졌다.(중략)

연삭절단은 외주 날 블레이드에 의한 방법과 내주 날 블레이드에 의한 방법 두 가지로 크게 나뉜다. 이중 외주 날 절단은 전자산업이 발달한 오늘날 가장 일반적인 정말 연삭 절단법이고 여기에 이용되는 절단기는 절단 이외에 총형홈 가공도 할 수 있기 때문에 범용성이 높다. 본 고에서는 이러한 절단 이외에 홈가공도 가능한 외주 날 절단에 대해서만 개략적으로 설명하기로 한다.

교수재임용제가 임기제인가 아닌가 하는 명제는 법해석에서 매우 중요하고도 심각한 쟁점이다. 왜냐하면 이 제도에 '불복 가능성'을 주느냐 마느냐 하는 문제에 직결되기 때문이다. 그런데 아이로니컬하게도 이 제도에 대한 불복 가능성을 완전히 배제하였던 임기제로의 해석이 도리어 이 제도의 부실성을 더욱 명확히 들추어 내주는 촉진제가 되었다. 현재 대학교수를 임기제로 해석하는 사법부의 법해석은 위헌의 소지가 있다고 보고 헌법소원에 부쳐져있다.
