The purpose of the study is to investigate the status of assistive technology delivery system and to analyze issues on legislating assistive technology act in Korea. Many laws in different departments include regulations of providing assistive technology devices, and their range and types in various delivery entities tend to expand. However, a nationwide assistive technology delivery system for all individuals with disabilities that considers balanced expenditure among departments is not established yet. Two laws proposed to solve the situation were introduced and discussed as the following. First of all, the terminology of assistive technology and various products supported by different laws and departments should be aggregated and connected. Secondly, a nationwide assistive technology delivery system for all individuals with disabilities are to be established, regardless of departments or laws for certain purposes. Thirdly, a quality control system of all assistive technology products including user monitoring system should be regulated.

The purpose of this study was to focus on the personality education which is considered a requirement in university education and searched the components to be considered to develop an integrated curricular-noncurricular system to promote the personality education. For this purpose, a method of study was used to explore relevant prior studies in the form of appeal. The basic components of the integrated curricular-noncurricular system for personality education in university are: 'fundamental contents of regular courses of personality education as a fundamental noncurricular program', 'noncurricular areas and hands-on topics related to the contents of regular courses of personality education', 'configuration of integrated curricular-noncurricular system of personality education', 'capacities for personality education and organic categorization', and 'management of follow-up learning'. Finally, the conclusions discussed above were based on the conditions of the leader that could be realized on the basis of the personality education curriculum at the university site.

최근 현대 무기체계는 최첨단 기술로 인한 무기체계 개발 속도 증가와 획득환경의 다변화와 더불어 이에 대한 위험도 동시에 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 미국방부는 무기체계의 수명주기를 고려하여 시험평가를 지속 적용토록 강조하고 있다. 따라서 기존의 무기체계 시험평가 프로세스에서 다루는 시스템 설계에 대한 단계별 안전 활동의 강화의 필요성 역시 강조되고 있다. 그 중에서도 무기체계 개발의 핵심 활동에 해당하는 체계개발 단계는 양산에 들어가기 전의 최종 활동으로서 제대로 수행되어야만 초기에 의도한 무기체계 개발의 목적을 달성할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 안전성 요소를 고려한 시험평가 프로세스의 개선사항 도출과 모델링을 통해 무기체계 시스템인 무기체계를 대상으로 적용 및 조정 구축에 대한 내용을 기술하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 향후 시험평가 기간의 단축 및 비용 절감과 데이터의 관리 및 추적 기능을 개선함으로써 무기체계 개발 후의 안전사고 발생 가능성을 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

대량의 인명 피해가 발생하는 도심 내 급속 확산형 재난 상황이 전 세계적으로 발생함에 따라, 재난 대응을 위한 응급 운송 및 시뮬레이션 연구에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 최근 다양한 방법으로 연구되고 있는 재난 대응 응급 운송 및 시뮬레이션 연구의 동향을 구조적인 내용 분석 기법을 이용하여 정리하였다. 우선, 재난 발생 전/후에 발생하는 응급 운송에 관한 문제들을 분류하고 문제의 특징을 분석하였다. 그리고 응급 자원의 최적할당 및 피해 지역 사람들의 효과적인 이송에 관한 의사 결정을 지원하기 위한 시뮬레이션 연구를 정리하였다. 최종적으로, 이러한 구조적 내용 분석을 바탕으로 자율 적응형 재난 대응 체계 구축을 위한 미래의 연구방향을 제시하였다.

In 1968, United Nation prepared conventions to promote the safety and vitalization of traffic to accomodate increased international business and personal activities. They are convention on rad traffic and convention on road signs and signals. These conventions define the shape, color and the operational guidelines of signs, marking and traffic signals. However, the Korean road traffic law enforces independently the manufactural and operational guidelines of those devices and marking. Due to different regulations described in those two, potential problem might be expected in terms of international traffic in the near future in Korea. This paper presents the academical comparison between these two different road traffic regulations established by the Korean legislature and United Nation. It suggests a list of researches recommended for the nation to be ready to integrate international traffic.

메가프로젝트(Mega-Project)는 다양한 유형의 시설군을 복합 개발하는 건설사업으로서 규모가 크고 복잡한 경우가 많기 때문에 종합적인 사업관리에 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 메가프로젝트는 기존의 단위프로젝트 수준이 아닌 프로그램 수준에서의 관리체계를 필요로 하며 그에 적합한 업무분류체계(WBS)를 구축해야 한다. 업무분류체계는 사업관리를 위한 전체적인 구조를 수립하는 기반으로서, 현재 프로그램 관리 수준의 업무분류체계의 기준이 갖추어지지 않은 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 메가프로젝트를 위한 업무분류체계기준(WBS Basis)를 개발하여 메가프로젝트의 업무분류체계 구축을 지원하고자 한다. 메가프로젝트 생애주기에 포함되는 전체 시설군, 업무 및 용역, 기록문서, 정보 등을 대상으로 하였으며, 기존 사례분석과 관련 분류체계들을 바탕으로 초안을 작성하였다. 이후 현장시험을 통한 검증을 거쳐 최종 업무분류체계기준을 완성하였고 분류내용과 활용방안을 소개한다.

The purpose of this study was development of school health education curriculum in primary school based on analysis of the textbooks published in 1991. 1) The health education curriculum in primary school consisted of four major components such as health education aspects of the healthful school environments, health education aspects of school health services, health education course, and health instruction in related subjects. However, health instruction taught by physical education, biology, and other health related subjects was not systematic organization for health care. 2) A considerable amount of health knowledge and attitude, and some health practices was learned as the result of experiences in other courses, where there was little or no reference to health. It must be developed health edcation course separated from health related subjects. 3) Direct health insruction was represented by the health education course. The health education courses must be considered to be heart of the school health education curriculum. 4) The health education course developed by this study was consisted of eight health units and problems in the early elementary grade or health classes in the higher years. 5) The health education course developed by this study provided the opportunity for acquring new knowledge, attitude, and practice, for discarding the unhealtful attitude and strengthening the healthful attitude and practices of primary school students.

Ju-Seo-Gwan-Gyeon is a mathematical book of Chosun dynasty in the early 18th century. This study is to analyze and compare the contents between Ju-Seo-Gwan-Gyeon and Gu-Jang-San-Sul. From this study, we are able to see the contents of Ju-Seo-Gwan-Gyeon that has been unknown in detail so far. In this comparative study, the following facts are found. First, many problems in Ju-Seo-Gwan-Gyeon are similar to the Gu-Jang-San-Sul on the contents and frame. Most of them are same type. But some of problems in Ju-Seo-Gwan-Gyeon have been developed. Second, there are distinct differences of description type. And Ju-Seo-Gwan-Gyeon was influenced by Gu-Jang-San-Sul but also other mathematical books. We expect that the results provide basic information for mathematics history in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze phonetic items such as the phonemic system, phonological rules, and pronunciation descriptions and notations incorporated in the textbooks. Based on our analysis results, we point out the problems related to pronunciation education, and suggest directions for improvement. First, the presentation order of consonants and vowels in the phonological systems sections of each textbook was different. We recommend that a standard for consonant and vowel presentation order should be prepared, but that this standard should take into consideration the specific purpose of the textbook; the learning strategies and goals, as well as the possibility of teaching and learning. Second, similar to phonemic systems, the presentation order of phonological rules was different for each textbook. To create a standard order for phonological rules, we have to standardize the order of presentation of rules and determine which rules should be presented. Furthermore, when describing phonological rules, the content should be described in common and essential terms as much as possible without the use of jargon. Third, in other matters of pronunciation, there were problems such as examples for pronunciation and lack of exercises. Regarding this, we propose to provide sentences or dialogues as examples for pronunciation, and to link these to various activities and other language functions for pronunciation practice.
