A Study on Development of Owner's Standard Specification Structure for Modular Building (모듈러 전문 시방서 개발을 위한 체계 구축)

  • Specification is an important document for securing safe construction and improving quality as well as the contract document. Currently, the specifications used in modular buildings in Korea are only the construction specification, and most of the contents are used by borrowing the standard specifications of the building, so the contents of the modular buildings can not be reflected and it is contents are similar to the guideline book. The current status of domestic specification for modular buildings is affecting the quality of modular buildings. Therefore, we analyze activity through monitoring the modular process of modular buildings and analyze systematically relationship by applying IDEF modeling with analyzed activity. As result this paper proposes a structure of special specification specialized in modular building through generalization. The major classifications were divided into three stages : factory construction, transportation, and on-site installation. The specification structure was divided into 32 types of construction items from the floor slab assembly of the factory production to the joint finish of the on site installation in accordance with the opinion of experts.

Importance of objectives of Housing unit in Home Economics by three systems of action of Home Economics teachers in middle school (중학교 가정과 교사가 인식하는 주생활 영역의 세 행동체계별 목표 중요도)

  • The purpose of this research was to develop objectives of Housing contents in Technology$\cdot$Home Economics by three systems of action and to find out the importance of the objectives of the teachers have taught the class. The 303 teachers from 183 middle schools replied the mail questionnaire during September, 2003. The data were analyzed by SPSS/win. The 21 objectives for each system of action were developed based on the textbooks, teachers guides, and other related references. The importance of the objectives related to communicative system of action was the highest, respectively followed by the ones related to technical and emancipatory systems of action. Indoor Environment & Equipment was more likely to be important than Maintenance & Repairs as the objectives related to communicative system of action, while Usage of Living Space was less likely to be important than the other two sub-units. The importance of the objectives was somewhat differed by the general characteristics of the teachers. The older are the more important the objectives related to technical system of action. Female, Home Economics teachers, who learned philosophy of Home Economics were more likely to think than others objectives related to communicative and emancipatory systems of action to be important. This research showed the teachers' perspectives of the objectives of Housing contents were not the same among respondents and generally supported the previous results from other contents of Home Economics.

  • 현재의 정보통신기술교육은 정보 활용적인 측면과 다른 교과에 대한 도구적인 성격이 짙다. 정보통신기술교육에 새로운 활력을 불어넣기 위하여 ACM과 IEEE의 공동보고서인 Computing Curricula 2003을 통하여 컴퓨터 교과에 대한 관점을 조명해 볼 필요가 있다. 컴퓨터 과학에 대한 내용학적인 접근을 통하여 교과에 대한 정체성이 확립되는 밑거름이 될 수 있다. 미래 사회의 주역인 학생들의 정보화 마인드 형성을 위하여 정보교육은 내용선정부터 체계적으로 시도되어져야 한다. 여러 분야 중에서도 컴퓨터 구조교육의 내용을 단순화, 정교화시키는 과정을 통해 정보에 쉽게 접근할 수 있고, 정보적인 사고가 가능할 수 있도록 프로토타입(Prototype)을 구성하고자 한다. 기존의 구조교육의 형태와 내용을 분석하여 학습 내용을 선정하여 요소를 추출하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Analysis and Prospect of North Korean Legislation System - Focused on the 'Legislation Law' of North Korea - (북한의 법제정(입법) 체계의 분석 및 전망 - '법제정법'을 중심으로 -)

  • Recently, the aspect of regulating the legal system in North Korea has increased in quantity and shows the improvement of the evaluation of the lack of systematic consistency in the past. North Korean legislation has been negatively criticized for its lack of function and role of the legislative body and ambiguity of the legal system. In particular, the newly adopted "Legislation Law" in relation to the revision of the legislative system of North Korea contains important and clear contents to understand the legislative system and procedures of North Korea. The contents of the "Legislation Law" can be found a glimpse of the process by which the framework and procedures of the North Korean legislative process are organized more systematically. The North Korean legislation provides legal and institutional grounds for promoting internal and external policies under the Kim jong-un's regime. North Korea is focused on the nuclear issue, so there is limited information on other areas. In light of this, the purpose of this study is to examine the legislative theory and system of North Korea, and outline the theoretical basis of North Korea's emphasis on strengthening socialist judicial life, the socialist legal system, and the state theory of socialist rule of law. In addition, it can be analysed the content of actual legal reform in light of North Korea's legislative theory and system. In the study, it will examine the legislative system of North Korea and its characteristics by examining the legislative process and legislative process of North Korea. Moreover, it can be compared the contents of the Legislative Law of China with the legislative process of the DPRK and examine its characteristics. We will look at the challenges to the legislative system in North Korea and look into the future direction of the legislation. Kim jong-un's announcement of the revised legislation until recently through the publication of the 2016 Supplementary Codes is an important data for the current state of the North Korean legislation. This is because it confirms the content of the laws and regulations already known through "Democratic Chosun(a newspaper issued by North Korea Cabinet)'s statutory interpretation." However, in the case of laws and regulations related to the North Korean political system, it is still a remnant of the lagging legislation that the announcement is delayed, or it remains undisclosed or confidential. North Korean laws are developed and changed according to the changes of the times. In particular, the contents of the maintenance of foreign investment and the foreign economic law system and related internal legal system are found to change in accordance with the development direction of the socioeconomic system. If the direction of Kim jong-un's regime is to be expanded to the path of reform and opening up in the economic sector, the revision of the related laws and regulations will accelerate. Securing the transparency and objectivity of the North Korean legislative process and procedures will help to broaden the understanding of the inter-Korean legal system and to seek institutional measures for inter-Korean integration. In the future, in-depth research on the North Korean legal system will be emphasized as a basis for ultimately forming a unified Korea's legal system.

  • In this paper, previous research materials for the education in the area of information and communications of elementary information curriculum, new improvement and the suitability of contents selection were examined and analyzed. Targeting professors in the departments of elementary computer education nationwide, the importance of the educational contents organization and the appropriateness of education period were investigated. Based on the investigation results, they were evaluated through the verification of the third delphi survey, the final educational contents were selected, and the elements of key concepts, achievement standards were drawn up and suggested. The proposed organization of educational contents in the area of information and communications of the elementary information curriculum and the achievement standards will be able to be used for the re-organization and improvement of detailed elementary information educational contents.

Development of Content Structure of Healthy Dietary Education Program for the Parents of Multicultural Families (다문화가정 자녀를 위한 건강식생활 부모교육 프로그램의 내용 체계 개발)

  • This study aims to develop the content structure of healthy dietary education for multicultural family parents who guides their children to the correct and desirable applications at home. This study is an exploratory study intended to establish the contents of healthy dietary education for multicultural family parents. For the methodology we investigated dietary behaviors of children of multicultural families. As a result of examining closely the necessity and contents of healthy dietary education for the multicultural families parents including food safety, nutrition, and food culture. Based upon the above findings, the goals of healthy dietary education for parents were set up, its content area and sub-area(education topics) were composed and fixed, and finally, topic-specific goals and 12 content elements were extracted, detailed and systematized for pre schoolers and elementary school children.

Sequence Analysis and Suggestion for Linking Contents of Elementary and Secondary Software Education (초·중등 소프트웨어(정보) 교육 내용의 연계를 위한 계열성 분야 분석 및 제언)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the sequence of software education content elements of the 2015 revised national curriculum in terms of basic subjects that preliminary informatics teachers should complete in the college, presented in ministry of education notification no. 2017-126, in order to implement and establish more systematic and interrelated software education. Expert reviews were conducted to verify the validity of the sequence analysis and the results were presented in a structured table, which can be used as a reference for teachers in the field to consider the sequence of educational content when designing curricula and lessons. In addition, learning concepts, which are the key words of the achievement criteria associated with the content elements, are analyzed in order to explore the hierarchy of software education contents in each sequence. Based on this, the study suggests how to link software education between school levels.
