우리나라의 치안상황은 매우 안정적이라는 평가를 받는다. 특히 자정 이후에도 도심의 길거리를 활보하더라도 범죄에 대한 두려움의 수준은 낮다고 할 수 있다. 이는 대한민국 경찰공무원의 노력의 결실로 생각할 수 있으며, 경찰조직내에 우수한 인적자원이 많이 유입될 수록 효과는 더욱 극대화 될 것이다. 2014년 한국직업능력개발원이 고등학생 약 5만여명을 대상으로 희망직업을 조사하였더니 경찰관이 4위를 차지하였다. 이는 경찰조직의 입장에서는 매우 고무적인 현상이나, 이를 뒷받침 하는 결과들은 보다 강화된 선발과정이 필요하다는 것을 반증하기도 한다. 과거 10년전과 비교하여 4위를 차지했던 CEO, 사업가 등은 8위로 밀리는 등 경제불황이 학생들의 직업선택에도 영향을 미치게 된다고 밝혔다. 한 언론매체의 인터뷰 내용에서 고등학교 3학년생이 밝힌 내용은 "공무원이 되고 싶은데${\ldots}$ 공무원은 일이 편하고 미래가 보장되고 덜 잘리니까${\ldots}$하고 싶어요"라는 내용은 우리에게 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 것이다. 이러한 입직지원자들의 변화는, 고도의 전문성과 사명감을 갖추고 공직임무를 수행해야하는 경찰관에게 필요한 지식의 측정은 어떻게 이루어져야 할지 신중한 검토가 필요할 것이다.

현대 사회에서 소프트웨어가 사용되는 분야가 다양해지고 그 규모가 커짐에 따라 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에서 일부분을 내부조직이나 외부조직에게 외주를 주는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 그래서 소프트웨어 외주관리를 어떻게 하느냐는 프로젝트의 성공에 있어서 중요한 요소로 자리잡고 있다. 소프트웨어 외주관리는 적합한 외주업체를 선정하고 선정된 외주업체를 효과적으로 관리하는 활동이다. 최근에 체계적인 외주관리를 위한 많은 노력이 시도되고 있고, 관련 표준들이 제시되고 관련 연구가 수행되고 있다. 하지만 관련 표준들과 방법론들은 그 내용이 추상적이고 구체적이지 않다. 그래서 이런 표준과 모델들에서 제시된 내용을 실무에 적용하기는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 CMM, CMMI, SPICE, ISO/IEC 12207 등의 표준에서 제시하고 있는 소프트웨어 외주관리 활동과 다른 관련 표준 및 외주관리 활동에 대한 기존 연구 내용의 분석을 통해서 실무에 직접적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 소프트웨어 외주관리를 위한 프레임워크를 연구, 개발하였다.

This study investigates the impact of organizational socialization tactics on newcomers' organizational citizenship behaviors. We explains this relationship with the concept of perceived organizational support, which refers to the extent to which individuals perceive that the organization recognizes their contributions and takes care of their well-being. We expect that the more institutionalized the organization's socialization tactics are, the more organizational support individuals perceive, consequently increasing the performance of organizational citizenship behaviors. We performed a survey targeting 450 newcomers in domestic companies, and adopted 382 data for path analyses based on the structural equation modeling. As the result, in all the three dimensions of socialization tactics (content, context, social), the extent to which socialization tactics are institutionalized is positively related to the perception of organizational support. It also has the positive relationship with individuals' organizational citizenship behaviors, being fully mediated by the perceived organizational support. More specifically, context socialization tactics shows the highest level of impact both on the perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behaviors, whereas social tactics has the lowest level of impact. These results imply that the range of effects the organizational socialization has on the newcomers' attitudes and behaviors should be more extended and detailed.

The purpose of this study was to select and organize educational contents needed to achieve systematic education of Invention intellectual property in secondary vocational education and ultimately to provide basic data for development of national-level curriculum. For this, the study, based on literature research, selected and organized educational contents of Invention intellectual property and learning elements in secondary vocational education, which served as the first draft. Then, the study verified its validity through experts' meeting and prepared its final draft. The experts' meeting comprized three teachers engaged in education of Invention intellectual property, two researchers (including a professor) and one person in charge of intellectual property. This study had following findings. First, the first draft of selection and organization of educational contents of Invention intellectual property in secondary vocational education as per the literature research suggested nine subject and 39 educational contents. The result of validity analysis for the suggested first draft turned out to be generally valid at 4.4 on average. Opinions modified and added by the experts' meeting were 30 in total with 5 altered, 20 modified and 5 added. Second, the result of validity analysis of learning elements in educational contents by the subject turned out to be generally valid. Average validity by the subject was revealed as Basics of invention 4.4, General invention/patent 4.5, Invention & problem solving 4.3, General intellectual property 4.5, Invention & design 4.6, Particulars of patents 4.4, Patent drawings 4.5, Patent & own business 4.5. Third, the final draft of educational contents of Invention intellectual property in secondary vocational education selected and organized eight subjects and 40 educational contents. The finally-suggested subjects included Basics of invention, General invention/patent, Invention & problem solving, General intellectual property, Invention & design, Particulars of patents, Patent information, Patent & own business.

본 연구는 사회복지관에서 이루어지는 실습 내용을 분석하여 효과적인 실습지도를 위한 실천적 지침을 제시하고, 궁극적으로 실습 성과 평가를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이틀 위해 서울시에 소재한 사회복지관 30개소의 실습지도계획서를 내용분석 연구방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 사회복지관에서 진행된 실습 내용을 일반주의 실천에 근거하여 5개 범주, 14개 단위로 세부 내용을 추출하였다. 각 범주는 클라이언트 체계 개입, 조직 환경 이해, 전문적 발달, 서비스 전달체계 이해, 기본적 대인관계 기술의 순으로 전체 실습 내용에서 차지하는 빈도가 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 사회복지현장실습을 위한 이론적 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

The purpose in this study was to develope the concept maps of sub-units included in 'resource management and environment' area of Home Economics(HE) as an advance organizer after analyzing the overlapped and connected contents between HE textbooks and those of other subject matters(Ethics, Social Studies, Sciences, and Physical Education) taught in the middle schools. The results of this study were as follows. First, the unit of 'resource facilitation and environment' of HE is dealt in Ethics. Specifically the overlapped content in this unit between HE and Ethics is the content of the savings of resources, recycling, and environment conservation. The unit of 'work and time of youth' is dealt in Ethics and Science. The overlapped content of this unit is that of the concept of 'work'. While Ethics focuses on the general concept of work, Science focuses on the scientific concept of work. Home Economics doesn't focus on the concept of work but on how to manage the work. In the unit of the 'adolescents and their consumption', there are many overlapped contents among three subject matters, HE, Ethics and Social Studies. Second, the 7 concept maps were developed by following the steps: (1) confirming the learning objectives presented in the 'resource management and environment' area of HE; (2) identifying the overlapped and connected contents between HE and other subject matters(Eethics, Social Studies, Sciences, and Physical Education); (3) organizing the overlapped and connected contents between HE textbooks and those of other subject matters.

Soft tissue tumor classifications should be an important part of radiology, oncology and, for clinicians and pathologists, they provide diagnostic instruction and prognostic guidelines. In soft tissue tumor classification systems, the World Health Organization (WHO) classifications have become dominant, enabled by the timely publication of new 'blue books' which included detailed text and numerous good illustrations. The new WHO classification of soft tissue tumors was introduced in 2002. Because the classification represents a broad consensus concept, it has gained widespread acceptance around the globe. This article reviews the changes which were introduced the adipose tumors, fibroblastic/myofibroblastic tumors, so-called fibrohistiocytic tumors, smooth muscle tumors, pericytic tumors and skeletal muscle tumors which have been first recognized or properly classified during the past decade.

본 강좌(V)에서는 특히 연성파괴의 개요와 그 기구에 대하여 기술하여 보겠다. 기술하는 내용은 연성파괴의 형식, 연석파괴에 대한 역학적인 금속조직학적 인자와의 관계 및 연성파괴에 대한 이론적인 취급의 일예등이며, 이들에 대한 개요를 가능한 범위내에서 서술식으로 기술하겠다. 본 강좌는 학회지 내용을 보다 쉽게 하자는 편집 방법에 따라 매우 기초적인 것만을 다루었다.

행정이란 Webster의 사전에 의하면 "장기적 안목에서 어떤 기관이 그 목적달성을 위한 활동의 계획, 조직, 그리고 통제하는 사무적 관리상을 말하며 이것은 흔히 수술적 응급대책과는 구별된다."라고 하고 있다. 따라서 작품보호행정은 작물보호가 무엇을 목적으로 하고 있는가를 명백히 인식하고 이론을 토태로 한 합리적이고 효율적인 목적달성을 위한 계획의 수립, 구체적 운영을 위한 기구의 편성, 그리고 이 조직의 합리적 운영등을 그 내용으로 하고 있다.
