편집자 주 : 오늘날과 같이 고도로 전문화 되어가는 사회에 있어서 모든 생활정보의 유통질서를 확립하고 원활히 활용하여야 할 필요성은 그 변화의 속도가 빠르고 내용이 전문화 될수록 더욱 시급하고 절실한 것이다. 현대 사회에는 인체조직내의 세포조직과 같이 사회발전에 필요한 모든 정보가 유통될 수 있는 정보망이 형성되고 그 조직의 중심적인 역할을 해야 할 기관이 도서관이다. 그러나 우리의 현실은 이에 도달하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본회에서는 제8회 도서관주간에 즈음하여 새로운 진로를 마련하기 위해 좌담회를 마련하고 여기에 게재합니다.

공장자동화(FA)를 달성하기 위해서는 다중 FMS와 CAD/CAM, ROBOT, NC 또는 CNC 공작기계, 그리고 LAN 등에 의한 유기적인 연결시스템과 같은 H/W 시스템과 대상기업의 각 업무 분야의 정보를 유기적으로 연결시켜 조직경영에 필요한 모든 정보를 유기적으로 연결시켜 조직경영에 필요한 모든 정보를 즉시 알 수 있게 해주는 total system 및 이러한 정보에 입각하여 조직의 관리 및 제어에 필요한 의사결정을 지원하는 DSS와 같은 S/W시스템이 필요하게 된다. MANAPAK은 중소기업 규모의 기계제작 조립공장을 대상으로 H/W시스템을 첨가했을 경우 공장자동화(FA)가 이루어질 수 있도록 S/W측면인 공장자동화를 위한 DSS(Decision Supportion System)을 개발하고저 하는 것이다.

경제의 글로벌화로 앞으로 시장범위가 전세계로 점점 확대되는 상황하에서 소위 시장경제의 파수꾼으로서 경쟁촉진과 함께 시장질서를 확립하고 소비자이익을 증진시키고자 하는 목적 달성을 충분히 해내기 위해서는 현재의 조직과 인력으로는 어느 정도 한계가 있을 것으로 생각된다. 물론, 정책개발이나 제도의 개선, 조직의 효율화나 각종 조사 및 사건처리기법의 개발 등을 통해 장차 이런 요구에 부응해 나갈 수도 있겠으나, 당장은 공정위의 업무내용에 걸맞게 질적으로나 양적으로 우수하고 전문적인 인력의 확보는 물론 조직의 확대$\cdot$정비가 필요하다고 본다.

환경경영시스템 (EMS, environmental management system)이란 환경경영을 기업경영의 방침으로 삼고 구체적인 목표와 세부목표를 정한 뒤 이를 달성하기 위하여 조직, 책임, 절차 등을 규정하고 인적ㆍ물적 자원을 효율적으로 배분하여 조직적으로 관리하는 시스템을 말한다. 본 사례연구는 우리 나라의 최대 철강회사인 P사의 EMS 도입실태와 문제점, 그리고 개선 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저, p사의 EMS의 기본체계와 내용을 환경정책, EMS 추진의 사이클. 환경감사. 환경조직. 환경교육 등으로 구분하여 살펴보았다. It is well known that the low achievement students are easily affected by the ways how the materials are organized and presented. So the studies on trying to find how those students' responses are differed according to the organization or presentation of the materials are necessary. This paper was based on the results of Korean Elementary 3 Grade Students National Diagnosis Assessment on Basic Scholastic Ability in area of mathematics. We analyzed students responses through combining the percents of correct answers with the assessment items. After that, we identified the properties of low achievement students in mathematics and presented some guides which, we thought, are helpful for improvements of mathematics textbooks and teacher guide books.

The aims of this study are to investigate the influence of the newly developed cataloging rule, RDA on the LIS cataloging education and to propose Korean LIS cataloging curriculum in a time of RDA. This study specially intended to examine the coexistence of the AACR and RDA and its implications on the LIS cataloging curricula design in the limited time of the course of study. For this purpose, this study examined the rapidly changing cataloging circumstances and how it affects on the cataloging education in LIS. This study also explored the students' as well as instructors' opinion and demand on cataloging education specially regarding RDA. As a result, this paper designed a cataloging education model including RDA curriculum and it also suggested cataloging syllabus based on the education model.

This study analyzes the influence of the career plateau perceived by food service industry employees on their turnover intention. The perception of career plateau is classified as either structural or content-driven. This work also examines how organizational support (formal and informal) for career development affect turnover intention in their interaction with career plateau (structural and content-driven). The research hypothesis was objectively verified based on an analysis of the data on 255 employees. As a result, the structural and content-driven career plateaus perceived by employees were observed to have a positive overall effect on their turnover intention. Aslo, informal organizational support for career development moderates the relationship between career plateau and turnover intention but not formal organizational support.
