Moving object segmentation is a fundamental function for content-based application. Moving object edges are produced by matching the detected moving edges with the current frame edges. But we can often experience the object edge disconnectedness due to coincidence of similarity between the object and background colors or the decrease of movement of moving object. The edge disconnectedness is a serious problem because it degrades the object visual quality so conspicuously That it sometimes makes it inadequate to perform content-based coding. We have solved this problem by developing a robust and comprehensive edge linking algorithm. And we also developed an automatic moving object segmentation algorithm. These algorithms can produce the completely linked moving object edge boundary and the accurate moving object segmentation. These algorithms can process CIF 30 frames/sec in a PC. These algorithms can be used for the MPEG-4 content-based coding.

The importance of protecting personal information is getting attention more than ever. However, the package delivery system has yet to keep up with the privacy movement. The waybill attached to the package contains personal information about the recipient in text form, which is exposed to anyone with visible eyesight. In order to remedy the problem, this paper proposes that the contents of the waybill should be replaced by QR code instead of plain text which can be read and accessed through the human eye. In addition, in order to prevent indiscriminate access to the contents of the QR code, the access is only permitted using smart glasses registered in the delivery blockchain network system. Lastly, to prevent leaking the contents of the QR code from the person who has access to the registered smart glasses, an inside job, the access record is recorded on the blockchain.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the construct of Korean Version of Mental Toughness through Open-ended Questionnaire for soccer Players and coach. Data collection was inductively analyzed by distributing open questionnaires to 100 soccer players belonging to the Korean Football Association and 100 soccer coaches who participated in the training for obtaining a soccer coach's license. The resulting results are as follows. First, as a result of the inductive content analysis of korean version soccer players mental toughness, 11 factors were derived in the detailed area and 6 factors in the general area. Secondly, in the results on the mental toughness of Korean version soccer players according to soccer players and coaches, both players and coaches were found to be the highest factor, kkangdagu. I hope that the results of this study will be used as basic data for efforts to reduce the improving performance for soccer players and coaches.

This study attempted to analyze the contents of the public library steering committee-related ordinances, derive problems and implications, and based on this, suggest the contents and supplementations necessary for the construction of the library steering committee ordinance. To this end, first, we looked at the theoretical background such as the significance and role of the public library steering committee, and the nature of the ordinance. Second, it was analyzed by dividing it into five areas: the status of enactment of ordinances related to library steering committee, whether provisions related to library steering committee are included, composition content, composition method, function, conference and regulation enactment, and allowance payment. Based on this analysis, it was mentioned that it is necessary to establish a department in charge of ordinances, a library steering committee, guarantee the participation of library directors and library experts, hold regular meetings, disclose minutes, and reflect the results of committee deliberation. In addition, when enacting a standard ordinance items containing the name, nature and role, composition, meeting, sub-organization, rule of the library steering committee.

${\ulcorner}$상한잡병론(傷寒雜病論)${\lrcorner}$에 나오는 양허증의 병인병리(病因病理)에 대한 내용을 종합하여 검토하고, 그 처방의 구성 약물과 용약 규율에 대하여 살펴본 결과, 양허증을 치료하는 상용약물로는 부자 계지 건강 오수유 생강 등이 쓰였음을 알 수 있었다. 임상에서 약을 사용할 때에는 장부의 생리적 특징에 근거하여 약물을 배합하여야 좋은 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 예를 들어 심양허(心陽虛)에는 계지감초(桂枝甘草)에 복령(茯笭)을 배합하고, 신양허(腎陽虛)에는 진무탕(眞武湯) 신기환 등(等)에 복령(茯笭), 택사(澤瀉), 백출(白朮) 등의 약물을 배합하여, 비양허(脾陽虛)로 인한 담음(痰飮)에는 계지감초(桂枝甘草)의 신감(辛甘)한 약성으로 화양(化陽)하고, 복령(茯笭), 백출(白朮)로 건비리습(健脾利濕)하는 영계출감탕을 사용하며, 심하(心下)에 수(水)가 정체된 경우에는 윗 처방에 사인 백두구 등의 온건비위(溫健脾胃)하고 성비소식(醒脾消食)하는 약물을 가하여 사용한다. 폐양허(肺陽虛)하여 폐위가 된 경우에는 감초(甘草) 건강(乾姜) 등을 사용하여 온폐복기하는데, 이는 ‘배토생금(培土生金)’의 의미이다. 간양허(肝陽虛)가 나타나는 경우는 매우 드문데, 위기가 허한(虛寒)하여 간(肝)이 소설(疏泄)작용을 못할 때에는, 오수유(吳茱萸)로 온위산한(溫胃散寒)하고, 인삼(人參) 대조(大棗)로 보중익기하며, 오수유(吳茱萸) 생강(生姜)의 신산(辛散)작용으로 간기를 다스리는 오수유탕(吳茱萸湯)을 사용하여 강역지구(降逆止嘔)하며, 혼(魂)을 수렴하지 못하여 생긴 실안(失眼)에는 산조인탕(酸棗仁湯)으로 보간(補肝)하여 치료하며, 간경(肝經)에 한사(寒邪)가 침입하여 근맥이 연급(攣急)하게 된 경우에는 지주산(蜘蛛散)을 사용하여 온경산한(溫經散寒)한다.

The purpose of this study is to confirm violence regulation of television. Television programs that infringed the standards of violence and were sanctioned, were analyzed in terms of broadcasting violence standards and the level of sanction imposed, according to network and cable television. The results show that both network and cable television were mainly imposed on sanction of caution and recommendation. And violation of article 36 was most. But there were differences in violation of articles 36, 39, 51 between network and cable television.

This paper summarizes some of the contents of the 7th International Symposium "Classical Art and Digital" of the Transmedia Institute(TMI), held on October 31, 2017. The purpose of this year's International Symposium was to look back on the genre and the aesthetic history of classical art and to create a place for discourse about the recognition of classical art in the modern digital era. In the first part of the discussion about the duplication of the original and virtual imitation, three presentations on "Visual Image Art and Digital" were introduced. The conclusion of this first discussion is summarized by urging the movement of viewpoint as 'systematic change of the routine aesthetic process'. In the second part on "Performing Arts and Digital", we realize that we need to definitize the 'new directive term system' necessary for the era of digital convergence and performance. In this process we can refer to the need for the emergence of a new aesthetic basis. Two papers in the second part of the paper will introduce the study of 'dance' performance. Some of these studies are reintroduced at the conclusion. The theme of this year's International Symposium can be expected to provide a foothold for the forthcoming second 'Laocoon sculpture argue'. In short, behind the various controversies in the history of aesthetics, this year's conference is concluded with a call for the need to flexibly read the enormous flow of 'art' and 'mental heritage left by art'. It is said that this year's international conferences are presenting the basis of practical and systematic theories for the upcoming fusion media era.

The aim of this study is to make an education satisfaction assessment tool in university. For this, the related study, researchers meeting were conducted and 20 university students were involved in checking items, and then inventory items were completed. The pilot test was conducted at university in Choongnam Province for EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis by using outcome data. From them, 4 sub-areas and 12 factors were consisted. The 4 sub-areas are education method, education contents, education environment, and education outputs. The education method is composed of appropriateness and fairness of classroom activities, the education contents are composed of systemization of education contents, the diversity and quality of education contents, and the effectiveness of education contents. The education environment is configured as educational facilities and environment, educational supporting service and administrative services. For content validity, items which adapted over 0.90 S-CVI : Standard Content Validity Index. To 48 inventory items obtained proper contents validity and reliability, measurement of suitability of verification was conducted. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of reliability test has emerged as highly 0.987. In CFA(Complimentary Factor Analysis), CFGFI, CFL, TLI, RMSEA, NFI indexes show a good value, therefore, this assessment tool for educational satisfaction in university is suitable for measuring tool.

Zhangshi(張?) is a distinguished Chinese scholar, who is known as the South-east Three sages with Zhuxi(朱熹) Luzujian(呂祖謙). He is well known for his influence through exchanges of ideas with Zhu xi, but the research on his ideas is rather poor. This paper aims to understand the ideology in general by looking deeper into the study of Zhangshi's self-cultivation. Contents of his self-cultivation especially emphasized the subject of the mind in the way establishing the unity of heaven and human within the theory mind based on metaphysical foundation. It would be very meaningful to study his theory of self cultivation in his ideological tendencies. this essay Based on the unity of heaven and human, especially uniting the ways of heaven and morality, this essay is approaches to the way of self-cultivation. This paper first examines the meaning of heaven and human for Zhangsi, and presents a self-cultivation method as a unified method in two categories of relationships This not only emphasizes the subject of the mind in the process of realizing the unity of heaven and human, but also to highlight the possibility of human becoming one with the heaven. This research will be an important research work in understanding Zhangshi's own philosophical system.

The purpose of this study was to show that yoga psychology aims to actualize the positive potentials in the depth of human mind with the perspective of body-emotion-mind-spirit integration. This approach is described in the context of modern positive psychology. For this purpose, the Self-realization of yoga psychology is discussed, which is to develop one's higher self as a center of psyche apart from one's psychological growth or maturation. An individual can experience positive emotions such as pleasure, joy, happiness and ecstasy through the typical yoga technique of concentration. Happiness is one of the main issues of positive psychology, but yoga psychology called it "ānanda" and divided it further into seven types. The positive emotions of positive psychology seem to be equivalent to positive states of mind in yoga psychology. But yoga regards calmness, tranquility, nonattachment and transcendence as the most valuable virtues for the full actualization of human potentials. From the perspective of yoga psychology, the tranquil state of mind is the wonderful fruit of long and arduous yoga practices. It is the calm and neutral state of mind which is free from all the turmoils of everyday life. Tranquility is beyond the scope of modern positive psychology's issues, but it offers some precious insights to them.
