콘크리트의 인성개선을 위하여 횡보강근을 사용할 수 있으나 보통강도으 철근ㅇ르 사용하였을 경우에는 조속한 철근의 강상으로 인한 콘크리트으 인성개선효과가 급격히 떨어지기 때문에 고강도 횡보강도에 의한 압축인성 개선효과를 이론 및 실험으로 고찰하였다. 실험결과 각 공시체의 변형능력을 비교해 보면 보통강도근의 경우 콘크리트 응력블록계수가 최대일 때 콘크리트의 압축단 변형도가 1%내외인데 비하여 고강도근으로 횡보강하였을 경우가 콘크리트의 압축변형도는 2%로서 충분한 휨압축 인성개선용으로 콘크리트의 충분한 인성개선이 가능하다고 볼 수 있다.

오늘날 강학상 의미의 형식적 조직의 조건을 충족하고 있는 유기체들이 가장 크게 관심을 갖는 영역의 인사관리 분야는 단연 우수 신임자 확보와 관련된 것이라 할 수 있다. 공무원 조직도 물론 이러한 경향성에 예외가 될 수 없다. 따라서 경찰 역시 이에 대한 많은 관심을 기울여 왔다. 특히 민주화 이후 경찰의 역할에 대한 서비스 지향적인 내외적 욕구를 극대화시키기 위해 경찰관 개인역량의 중요성은 더욱 증대되고에 있다고 할 수있다. 본 연구는 현재까지 경찰조직 내 우수자원 유입을 위한 다양한 논의들 중에서 임용시험의 개선을 통한 접근에 집중하여 소개하고 있다.

나이, 자외선 등 내외적인 여러 가지 스트레스에 의해 일어나는 피부노화 현상은 피부두께의 변화오 함께 세포수 감소 및 피부 신진대사 저하, 생체결합수 손실을 비롯하여 콜라겐, 엘라스틴 등을 세포간물질 감소로 인해 피부속이 바람 빠진 공처럼 함몰되고 골이 생겨 결국 주름지고 거칠은 피부표면의 형태로 나타난다. 피부 노화 현상에 대한 여러 가지 기능적, 구조적 변화를 살피고 피부노화를 억제하기 위한 화장품의 역할과 연구 동향을 살펴 본다.

개인신원검증은 사용자가 자원 및 시스템에 접근할 수 있는 자격을 증명하고, 사용자가 요청한 업무를 수행하기 위해 필요한 권한을 부여 받는 과정이다. 즉 인증 과정이 성공적으로 수행된 후 인가 수준을 결정하는 중요 요소로서 활용된다. 이러한 개인신원검증은 신원 도용, 변조의 위험과 비인가 된 사용자의 접근을 허용할 수 있는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 국 내외적으로 개인신원검증에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 NIST의 FIPS 201-1에서 규정하는 개인신원검증에 대한 주요 인프라, 인증 메커니즘, 암호키에 대한 기술적인 세부 내용을 분석하고자 한다.

RBI(Risk-Based Inspection)는 각각의 설비별로 위험등급 또는 위험도를 산정하고 이에 따라 검사의 우선 순위, 방법, 주기 및 일정계획 등을 수립하여 기술적인 근거에 의해 종합적이고 체계적인 검사를 수행하는 것이다. 이와 같이 RBI는 위험도를 정성적/정량적으로 평가하여 위험의 대부분을 내포하고 있는 30％ 내외의 소수의 설비를 찾아내어 이에 대해 최적의 방법으로 인적, 물적 자원을 집중적으로 투입함으로써 안전성 확보와 함께 경제성을 추구하는 효율적인 기법이라 할 수 있다.(중략)

천안시 서북구에 위치한 '으뜸농장'은 보통 농장과 달리 아파트 단지 건너편, 차가 빈번히 다니는 도로변에 자리 잡고 있어 놀라지 않을 수 없었다. 앞으로의 신축농장에 새로운 모델을 제시하는 것 같다. 농장 안으로 들어가면 깔끔한 정리 정돈과 시설에 또 한 번 놀라게 된다. 23주령 50,000수 규모의 산란계를 1층과 2층에 나누어 사육하고 있으며 양계업에 남다른 자긍심과 산업에 대해 많은 애정을 갖고 있는 최일주 사장 내외를 만나 농장 운영방식과 그 동안의 양계산업에 대한 생각을 들어 보았다.

최근 IT환경이 급격히 변화함에 따라 기업들이 관리해야 할 데이터량이 증가되어 IT자원에 대한 유지 보수 및 관리의 문제가 대두되고 있다. 전세계적인 경기불황의 여파로 인해 기업들은 IT비용에 대한 부담을 줄일 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 시작하였다. 이러한 상황에서 등장한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스(Cloud Computing Service)는 국 내외의 기업 및 정부에게 새로운 돌파구가 될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 이에 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 (Cloud Computing Service)의 현황 및 전망과 더불어 해결해야 할 과제를 제시하고자한다.

This research develops a theoretical model of the influence of firm's internal and external characteristics on foreign knowledge learning and international performance. To verify research hypotheses, 222 cases were collected as samples and the data was tested by structural equation modeling analysis. The result of the analysis shows that the CEO's foreign experience, entrepreneurship, technological innovation and use of foreign network have positive influence on the international performance. Besides CEO's foreign experience and use of foreign network affects the foreign knowledge learning, which shows the useful relationship of international performance and accordingly it is proved that the foreign knowledge learning has mediating effect between the firm's internal and external characteristics and international performance.

The purpose of this study was to identify the groups of nursing college students according to their work preference, into 4 groups according to their internal and external motivation level and to identify differences in creative leadership and self-efficacy according to group differences. The main research results are as follows. First, four groups(All, INT, EXT, NOT) with different levels of motivation according to work preference showed a significant difference in creative leadership (p<.01). The group with the highest creative leadership was the group with both internal and external motivation high, while the lowest group was the group with both internal and external motives low. Second, the difference of self-efficacy according to work preference type showed significant difference according to the level of internal and external motivation(p<.05). This result shows that creativity has a bipolar structure as studied by Amabile and that external motivations can play a synergistic role in the expression of creativity.

This study analyzes whether the network characteristics lead to differences in innovation performance between inventors, using the case of Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motor Company which have applied for the most patents in the electronics and automobile industries while showing significant differences in the degree of collaborative invention. The more inventors an inventor is connected with in the network, the higher innovation performance is achieved. While existing literature addressed intra- / interindustry, and intra- / inter- group spillovers at the organizational level, this study extends this discussion to the inventor level. This study newly introduces spillover pools from network components and then constructs spillover pools in three dimensions of the group, the industry, and the network component. The study analyzes the effects of each spillover pool on invention performance of an individual inventor and compares the effects between spillover pools. At the inventor level, the innovative effects of spillover pools were confirmed. The results of this study suggest that the inventor's network characteristics and spillover pools can be used to predict the inventor's innovation performance.
