본 연구는 직업교육의 내실화를 위하여 교수·학습능력 신장에 기초가 되는 직업기초능력 향상 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 개발에 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 직업기초능력 영역 중 e-Learning 콘텐츠로 개발하였을 때 효과적일 것으로 관련전문가들이 합의한 자기개발능력을 개발하였다. 자기개발능력은 업무를 추진할 때 스스로를 관리하고 개발하는 능력으로 이 연구에서는 직업과 자기개발, 자기관리 능력으로 프로그램을 구성하여, 사례분석을 중심으로 한 문제해결능력 향상에 초점을 두고, 동영상과 시뮬레이션, 게임 등의 멀티미디어적 전략을 활용하여 e-Learning 콘텐츠를 개발하였다.

공동주택 리모델링은 유지보전과 개량보전이라는 두 가지 관점을 포괄하고 있다. 유지보전과 관련해서는 현재 장기수선계획과 특별수선충당금제도가 있으나 제대로 운용되지 못하고 있다. 그리고 개량보전을 위해서는 최근 관련 법의 개정이 이루어지고 있는 등 제도적 여건이 조성되고 있다. 향후 공동주택 리모델링의 활성화를 유도하기 위해서는 첫째, 특별수선충당금제도의 내실화를 위한 조세 감면 등의 인센티브 제공과 공익적인 기구의 설립을 통한 운영 등이 요구된다. 그리고 주민들의 실질적인 리모델링 욕구에 부응하기 위하여 세대수 증가, 내력벽 철거 및 발코니 용도 변경 등의 사안에 대해서도 전향적인 검토가 요구되고 있다. 또한, 리모델링에 대한 유인책 제공을 위한 조세 및 금융상의 지원도 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 이밖에 중고주택정책, 재건축정책, 리모델링을 고려한 신축주택의 설계 지침 마련 등 여건 조성을 위한 관련 제도의 개선도 요구되고 있다.

Secondary schools in Korea have been faced with several critical problems in their science education. Among them the most fundamental are the problems which involve the development and operation of science curricula. This study had, therefore, its objective to develop the suggestions for sabstantial science curricula of secondary schools. Actually the objectives are trifold as following specific description. ${\circ}$Analysis of the rationale and theory of science curricula. ${\circ}$Status survey of secondary science curricula and identification of the problems in development and operation of the curriculum in foreign and Korean secondary schools. ${\circ}$Development of suggestions for substantial science curriculam of secondary school. In order to attain these objectives the methods of literauare survey. questionaire and interview were used. Through these methods several problems are found and identified. The major findings and problems identified in this study are: ${\circ}$aims, goals, and objectives of science education are not dfferentiated. ${\circ}$the curricula show discipline-centered seleetion and organization of the content:neglect the relationship of science-technology-society and life-world context. ${\circ}$shortage of weekly instructional hours for science subjects. Other findings and problems are described and the descriptions of the suggestions for substantial curricula are followed at the end of this paper.

본 연구는 공교육이 기본적으로 책임져야 할 영역 중에서 교육이 상대적으로 취약하게 이루어지고 있는 일부 영역을 검토하고 해당 영역에서 e-Learning을 적용함으로써 공교육을 보다 내실화 할 수 있는 국가 차원의 정책 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 문헌 분석 및 전문가 협의회를 통해 e-Learning이 실질적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 3개 영역 - "소외계층 학생 지원", "선택교육과정지원", "영재교육 지원" - 을 도출하고 각 영역에 따른 현황 및 문제점을 검토한 후 정책적 대안을 논의하였다. 아울러 e-Learning관련 정책이 효과를 발휘하기 위해 수반되어야 할 전략적 기반으로서 관련 법제도의 개선, e-Learning 콘텐츠 공유 및 질 관리의 필요성을 함께 제시하였다.

본 연구는 현재 시행되고 있는 영재교육에서 상대적으로 적은 관심을 받고 있는 언어 영재 교육의 필요성과 방향을 탐색하기 위한 시도로써 이루어졌다. 과학 문명의 발전을 위해 과학 영재교육이 필요하다면, 인류 문화의 발전을 위해서는 여러 분야의 영재교육이 골고루 이루어져야 한다. 특히 언어가 주가 되는 여러 분야의 전문가들에 의해 우리의 문화, 예술의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 효과적인 언어 영재 교육이 이루어지기 위한 준비로서 현재 우리나라 언어 영재교육의 현황을 분석하고, 언어 영재교육의 필요성과 방향을 탐색하여, 언어 영재교육의 내실화를 기할 수 있는 기초를 제공하였다. 언어 영재교육이 올바르게 이루어지기 위해서는 무엇보다도 언어 영재들에 대한 잘못된 인식을 변화시켜 언어 영재 교육의 필요성을 깨닫도록 해야 하며, 언어 영재에 관한 기초 연구를 실시하여 언어 영재성 및 특성을 이해할 수 있어야하며, 언어 영재와 기타 다른 영역의 영재들을 위할 프로그램을 개발하여야한다.

This study evaluated the meaning of the clinical clerkship through in-depth interviews with students who had experienced a clinical clerkship. The clinical clerkship is one of the most important steps in the curriculum for becoming a doctor. While students perform actual clinical practice, the experience also reinforces a great deal of medical knowledge and competence as a reserve doctor. However, departments that operate inefficiently have caused some problems. Therefore, this study analyzed the data from interviews of 25 students who finished the clinical clerkship in terms of the meaning of the clinical clerkship, the attitude of the students toward work in clinical practice, the attitude of professors toward the clinical clerkship, benefits, and drawbacks. Comments are feedback from a student's experience in the clinical clerkship, and they may be an important resource illuminating the current status of clinical practice. This study also discusses how to run an effective clinical clerkship by checking in with students on the problems they face in clinical practice.

본 연구의 목적은 교사교육의 중요성에 기초하여 교원양성 과정의 내실화와 u-러닝 시대의 교육 변화를 주도할 수 있는 교사를 양성하는 새로운 교사양성체제에 대한 요구 분석에 있다. 이러한 현장의 다양한 요구를 기반으로 u-러닝 시대 교사의 교육철학과 리더십, 교육내용에 대한 인식, 교사와 학생의 상호작용(의사소통) 방식의 이해와 실천이 바탕이 되는 측면에서 교사양성체제를 보완 할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to search for the ideal role and performance assessment(PA) in the current school system of Korea, and then to propose some suggestions to improve PA, based on the previous research. The result of the study is presented below. The direction of PA application in school was made to follow the theoretical meaning of PA, to solve the problems related ti its adoption in school, and to help teachers educate students more effectively. The main goal of PA application in term of 'school education' is to help students learn more effectively. That is, the assessment is not only for the evaluation, but also for improving students' learning. PA can be used to assess students' strength and weakness in terms of their academic achievement of various fields of the subject. Also, PA can be used to assess students' academic achievement as an alternative method to the multiple-choice test. Finaly, the results of this study propose some suggestions about how to conduct PA in school to the stakeholders such as educational authorities, schools, teachers, students and parents.

이 연구는 전자상거래 관리사의 자격검정을 실시하기 위해서 필요한 자격의 구체적인 구조와 내용의 설계를 목적으로 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 인터넷 전자상거래 개요 및 현황, 기술적 특성, 그리고 인터넷 상거래 관련 법 등에 대한 자료를 분석하였고, 관련 분야의 현장 전문가와 교육 전문가들이 참석하여 직무분석을 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 전자상거래 관리사 자격의 구조와 내용을 설계하였으며, 자격의 내실화와 활성화를 위한 정책제언을 하였다. 이 연구는 문헌연구, 전문가 협의회 및 면담, 그리고 데이컴 법(DACUM: Developing A Curriculum)에 의한 직무분석을 통해서 수행되었다.

이 연구의 목적은 대학도서관이 대학 내에서 지식정보자원의 수집 관리 유통을 통해 대학 교육의 내실화와 연구경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심시설로서 운영될 수 있도록 법적 또는 제도적 기반을 마련하고자 하는 것이다. 현행 도서관법은 관종별 도서관의 관점에서 보면 공공도서관과 국립중앙도서관에 국한되어 대학도서관, 전문도서관, 학교도서관에 대해서는 선언적인 내용만을 담고 있다. 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 학교도서관진흥법의 경우에서와 같이 세부적으로 대학도서관 관계 법규의 변화 추이를 살펴보고, 대학도서관진흥법 발의 및 제정 과정을 조사 분석하며, 나아가 대학도서관진흥법의 제정 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
