Study of improving precision and accuracy by using an internal standard in post column isotope dilution method for HPLC-ICP/MS (후 컬럼 동위원소 희석법을 적용한 HPLC-ICP/MS에서의 정량분석에서 내부 표준물을 이용한 정확도와 정밀도의 개선연구)

  • An internal standard was used in PCID (post column isotope dilution) to improve the accuracy and precision in quantification of various chemical species. The error occurring in the column was the largest in HPLC-ICP/MS (high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma/mass spectrometry) when PCID and other traditional quantification methods were compared with each other. Internal standard was effective in correcting the loss of sample in the column to improve accuracy and precision. When applied to SeMet, using MeSecys or $Se^{4+}$ as an internal standard, relative errors were reduced from 31% and 13% to less than 1%, while standard deviations were reduced from 5.1% and 6.9% to 1.5% and 0.2%, respectively. Positive aspects of using an internal standard in PCID were compared with other quantitative techniques and discussed in detail.

  • Optimum conditions for making the Au and Al internal standards for TEM have been determined experimentally. The Au internal standard was produced by sputter coating at 9mA for 100 seconds in low vacuum $(\leq1\times10^{-3})$. The Al internal standard was produced by evaporation coating at 7kV for 10 minutes in high vacuum $(\leq1\times10^{-5})$. Measurements of the lattice parameters of andalusite and albite feldspars with this Au internal standard resulted in errors of (a) $ \leq1.2%$ in precion and $\leq0.3%$ in accuracy for andalusite: (b) $\leq0.5%$ in precision and $\leq1.1%$ in accuracy for albite feldspars. The most significant error occurred from the measuring processes of distances and angles of electron diffraction patterns. By employing systematic procedures of measurement with high precision devices, this lattice parameter determination method utilizing the internal standard should be a good alternative to the conventional powder XRD method or the sophisticated CBED method for special samples.

  • TXRF is a powerful technique for the soil sample analysis due to its ability to conduct quantitative analysis of powder sample without complicated pre-treatment processes. The conventional internal standard method used for this technique suffers from relatively low accuracy because of varying matrix effects of soil. In order to improve the accuracy, external standard method was applied to analyze two types of soil samples; acid-dissolutionized soil solution and detergent-suspended soil powder. Individual ICP-AES/MS grade standards were mixed, diluted and measured to create standard curves, but applying these curves for analyzing the soil solution sample did not make any improvement in comparison with the internal standard method. On the other hand, standard curves were created with using standard soil powders for the analysis of soil powder samples, and we found that this method increased the accuracy significantly relative to the internal standard method. Especially, Al, Fe, K, Ca, Ti, Ba, Mn, Sr, Rb, Cu was measured with relatively high accuracy (relative error = ${\pm}20%$).

  • Quantitative analysis of iron ore sinter consisting of hematite, magnetite, calcium ferrite and slag was investigated by X-ray internal standard method. After selecting NaF and $SiO_2$as internal standard materials, the calibration curves were determined and were applied to quantitative analysis of the internal standard method. Calcium ferrite was identified as a solid solution of CaO.$2Fe_2$$O_3$with 7 wt% and 3 wt% solubility of $AI_2$$O_3$and $SiO_2$, respectively. The maximum deviation of quantitative analysis of synthetic iron ore was about $\pm$5 wt%. The contents of each mineral calculated in industrial sinter were 27~40 wt% of hematite, 20~30 wt% of magnetite, 22~33 wt% of calcium ferrite and 10~20 wt% of slag.

  • 기업들은 새롭게 변화하는 법률 및 표준이 포함하고 있는 정보보호 요구사항들을 만족하기 위해 매번 상당한 시간과 비용을 투자하고 있다. 또한, 기업이 자체적으로 개발한 내부 컴플라이언스 정책 및 체계를 활용하고 있어 다양한 법, 표준의 변화가 있을 때 기업 내의 서로 다른 조직들과 협업하여 이를 준수하기란 어려운 상황이다. 이와 같이 관련 법, 표준의 내용들이 변경되는 한, 이에 대한 컴플라이언스를 위해 반복적으로 시간과 자원이 투입되기 때문에 막대한 비용이 소요될 수 밖에 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 금융기관들의 컴플라이언스 체계를 개선하며 이를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 금융 IT보안 컴플라이언스 프레임워크를 제안한다.

일부 야생 및 배양 버섯 중의 sterol 및 vitamin $D_2 함량

  • 일부 야생 및 배양 버섯중의 sterol 및 vitamin $D_2함량을 측정하였다. 야생버섯의 부위별 이들 성분의 분포 또한 평가되었다. 또 야생버섯의 자실체의 vitamin $D_2함량의 변화도 연구되었다. vitamin $D_2는 비누화 및 반예비 순상 HPLC 정제를 포함하는 방법을 사용한 후 HPLC법을 사용하여 측정하였는데, 내부 표준품을 이용한 분석용 역상컬럼을 이용한 정량을 하였다. Sterol 함량은 GC로 분석되었으며, 내부표준품을 사용하였다. 비누화 후에 sterol을 trimethylsily1 ester로 유도체화하여 분석의 시료로 하였다. 질량분석이 sterol류의 동정을 확인하기 위하여 사용되었다. 배양 버섯에서는 vitamin $D_2는 거의 존재하지 않았으나, 일부 야생 버섯은 이들 vitamin을 다량(4.7- 194$\mug$/ 100g 건물중) 함유하고 있었다. Ergosterol은 버섯류 중에 가장 많이 존재하는 sterol이었으며, 야생버섯류(296-489 mg/ 100g 건물중)보다 배양버섯류(602.1-678.6 mg/ 100g 건물중)에서 높은 함량을 보였다. Vitamin D2와 ergosterol의 함량은 버섯류의 부위에 따라 아주 다양하거나 적당한 변화를 보였으며, 자루부위에서 가장 낮은 함량을 보였다. 더욱이 개체별 자실체간의 vitamin $D_2함량간에도 많은 차이를 보였다.

  • 대상 전력기기와 위치가 정해지지 않은 상태에서 UHF 부분방전 센서의 성능 측정시, 유효높이는 유용한 파라메터이며 이를 용이하게 측정하기 위해서 표준전계 발생장치가 필요하다. 표준전계를 발생을 위해 평행판 전송선로 형태의 TEM Line을 설계 제작하였으며, 제작된 TEM Line의 특성을 살펴보았고, 표준프로브법을 이용하여 TEM Line의 내부 전계를 보정하기위한 실험을 실시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study aims to provide possible suggestions for the improvement KDC 5th ed. as a system. After analyzing and evaluating various devices of KDC 5th ed. such as schedules, common auxiliary tables, internal tables(omitted), notes, relative index, precedence order(omitted), alternatives, manual(omitted) and relocated table(omitted), suggestions for the improvement were proposed. If above suggestions are adopted, effective literature classification scheme which is suited to domestic circumstances will be certainly prepared.
