As integrated management of scattered knowledge in the organization contributes to organizational performance, organizations are increasing their investment in knowledge management(KM) policies and technologies. For KM to be operated efficiently, the participation of employees performing knowledge-sharing activities is important. This study suggests how shared goal, value congruence, and task interdependence reduce the negative effects of relation and role conflict on the intention to share knowledge. We surveyed workers in organizations that have more than 50 employees and have KM policies, and 381 samples were used for hypothesis testing. As a result of hypothesis testing, we confirmed that a shared goal affects the intention to share knowledge through each of the factors of value congruence, relation conflict, and role conflict. In addition, we confirmed that value congruence and task interdependence moderated conflicts that negatively affected the intention to share knowledge. We identified the conditions that affect the knowledge-sharing activities of employees in terms of individual, organizational, and work structure. Therefore, the results contribute to the establishment of strategies for achieving the performance of the organization's KM.

MFP는 프린터, 복사기, 스캐너, 팩스 등의 장치가 결합되어 있는 임베디드 장치로써 출력, 복사, 스캔, 팩스 외에도 대용량의 문서 데이터를 저장하고 네트워크 통신을 이용한 원격 유지보수, 다중 전송 등의 기능을 갖고 있다. 이러한 MFP는 최근 기업 및 공공기관에서 업무의 효율성 증대와 경비절감을 위해 중요한 문서를 처리하는 장비로 널리 보급되고 있다. 하지만 내부 직원이나 공격자들에 의해 중요한 문서들이 외부로 유출되면서 기업의 피해가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업 내부 정보 유출을 방지하기 위해 MFP에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 보안 취약점과 그에 따른 대책을 분석하였다.

The study examines the current situations of bank industry whose profitability has been worse recently, finds out the causes of the reduced bank profits, and presents ways to solve the problem. The ways to strengthen the profitability are as follows:First, the expansion of business area is needed. It is necessary to expand business that will create new profits through M&A between the bank and other industries. Second, reorganization for the high-value business is needed. The bank should no longer depend on the profits by deposits and loans, but develop high-value business area for high profitability. The bank business strategy needs to focus on the long-term profitability, not the short-term one. Third, the structure of bank needs to be slimmed. Slimming the structure should be based on the efficiency of business for the future, not for a short-sighted profitability. Fourth, the interest rates of deposits and loans need to be differentiated. The bank profitability can be enhanced by promoting deposits and loans which reflect low risk and high profitability. Fifth and lastly, advancing to abroad needs to be revitalized. Securing the oversea's bank markets can play a key role in strengthening the profitability of banks in the future.

오늘날 우리사회는 컴퓨터기술과 통신기술의 발달로 인하여 정보사회로의 이행이 급속히 진전되고 있으며, 기업들은 치열한 경쟁에서 살아남기 위하여 정보기술을 이용한 경영혁신에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 정보기술의 급속한 발달에 따라 정보시스템의 기능이 조직의 내부에서 점차적으로 조직외부의 고객과 공급자 그리고 경쟁자 등으로 그 초점이 이동되어가고 있는 실정이다. 기업조지간에 통신망기술로 연결하여 정보를 교환하는 조직간정보시스템(Interorganizational System : IOS) 은 산업의 구조를 변화시킬 뿐만 아니라 , 기업에 잠재적 경쟁우위를 제공하는데 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 조직간정보 시스템이 특수한 형태인 전자자료교환(Electronic Data Interchange : EDI) 시스템은 표준양식에 의한 기업간의 거래문서를 전자적으로 컴퓨터와 컴퓨터간 통신 네트워크에 의해 교환하는 것으로서, 기업간 정보거개의 혁신적인 개선과 업무절차의 간소화에 의한 생산성의 향상 및 업무의 효율성 증대 등 획기적인 성과를 가져온다. 본 연구의 목적은 EDI 시스템의 성공적 구현에 영향을 미치는 주요요인에 대한 중요도 순위를 설문을 통하여 조사하고자 하는 것이다. 우선 EDI 시스템의 개념을 살펴본후, EDI 시스템구현의 성공요인에 대한 선행연구들을 고찰하고, 선행연구에서 도출된 주요요인들을 연구자별로 분류하여, 본 연구에서 조사하고자 하는 요인들을 설정한다. 다음으로 EDI를 이용하고 있는 국내기업의 70여개 기업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 본 연구에서 조사하고자 하는 19가지 주요요인에 대한 중요도를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다.

세계화의 진전 및 시장 개방의 가속화로 인해 국내외 항만물류산업의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 우리나라는 항만의 경쟁에서 살아남기 위해 첨단기술을 적용한 무인 자동화 컨테이너 터미널의 구축 등을 통해 생산성, 경제성, 보안성 및 서비스 수준을 향상을 위해 연구 하고 있다. 하지만 컨테이너터미널 내부 효율 및 생산성을 향상시키는 연구가 대부분이며 보안업무 등을 처리하는 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 컨테이너 터미널 보안의 중요성은 갈수록 중요 ${\cdot}{\cdot}$(중략)${\cdots}{\cdot}$.

기업에서의 경쟁력을 확보하는데 있어서 정보화 도구의 활용은 중요하다. 급변하는 지식경제시대의 도래로 인하여 제조 분야를 비롯한 모든 산업 분야에서 정보화는 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하고, 자생할 수 있는 가장 강력한 수단으로 대두되고 있으며, 점차 기업은 정보화에 많은 투자를 하고 있고, 이에 중소기업에서도 예외 없이 필수적인 것이 되어가고 있다. 중소기업의 정보화는 내부 업무의 효율성과 생산성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 국가 전체와 사회 각 분야에 대한 파급효과가 지대하다는 점에서 정부는 중소기업의 정보화 촉진을 위한 각종 지원을 해오고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 중소기업의 정보화 현황과 수준을 파악하고, 중소기업의 정보화 운용의 특성과 정보화 운용이 재무적 성과에 어떤 영향성을 미치는지 그리고 그에 따른 관리자의 인식은 어떠한지 알아보고자 한다.

정보화 시대를 살아가면서 더 많은 조직들이 업무에 있어서 정보의 중요성을 인식하고, 대부분의 조직들은 정보시스템을 주된 기능으로 대체하는데 기초를 둔 컴퓨터 환경으로 변화시킬 계획들을 가지고 있다. 하지만 많은 조직들은 정보시스템의 효율성과 신뢰성을 조사할 필요가 있고 심지어 불평까지 하는 경우도 있다. 오늘날 정보시스템 감리에 대한 수요는 정보시스템의 성공적인 개발을 지원하기 위해 증대하고 있다. 감리의 목표는 정보시스템의 부작용을 막고, 예산의 효율적인 사용을 확신하며 조직의 내부 감리 능력과 인식을 제공하는 것이다. 이런 목표를 성취하고 감리 품질을 높이기 위하여 정보시스템 감리를 제도화하고 공공부문의 정보시스템 감리현황을 조사하고 개선할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 우선 감리와 선행연구, 우리나라 현황 등을 기술한다. 그리고 공공부문 정보시스템 감리의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, Financial companies implement DLP(Data Leaks Prevention) security products and enforce internal controls to prevent customer information leaks. Accidental data leaks in financial business increase more and more because internal controls are insufficient. Security officials and IT operation staffs struggle to plan countermeasures to respond to all kinds of accidental data leaks. It is difficult to prevent data leaks and to control information flow in business without research applications that handle business and privacy information. Therefore this paper describes business and privacy information flow on applications and how to plan and deploy security container based OS-level and Hypervisor virtualization technology to enforce internal controls for applications. After building security container, it was verified to implement internal controls and to prevent customer information leaks. With security policies additional security functions was implemented in security container and With recycling security container costs and time of response to security vulnerabilities was reduced.

Finance Companies are operating a security solution such as E-DRM(Enterprise-Digital Right Management), Personal information search, DLP(Data Loss Prevention), Security of printed paper, Internet network separation system, Privacy monitoring system for privacy leakage prevention by insiders. However, privacy leakages are occurring continuously and it is difficult to the association analysis about relating to the company's internal and external distribution of private document. Because log system operated in the separate and independent security solutions. This paper propose a systematic chains that can correlatively analyze business systems and log among heterogeneous security solutions organically and consistently based on security documents. Also, we suggest methods of efficient detection for Life-Cycle management plan about security documents that are created in the personal computer or by individual through the business system and distribution channel tracking about security documents contained privacy.

Companies have to take agility against change of environment and build up the capacity of new value creation in today's management environment. Until now, there are so many management method for efficiency of management, rationality of management and IT (information technology) supported this method by integration of enterprise task and process automation. but company's competitiveness through the efficiency of management realized the limitations recently. so companies needs the new management method to raise core value of enterprise. This study applies strategy intelligence which is some part of Business Intelligence. We can identify the core value driver by using this method. and the core value driver is connected the KPI (key performance indicator) of processes in BPM (Business Process Management). This help the management of process focused on value driver. and some part of activity driver that effect the process performance can be use the Six Sigma method to strategic business process. This study first introduces the concept of Business Intelligence, Business Process Management and Six Sigma. and then efficient connection plan for value based strategic business process is introduces.
