  • 인터넷과 네트워크 기술의 실시간 모니터링과 갱신이 가능해짐에 따라 e-Business는 여러 가지 다양한 형태로 변화되어 가고 있다. 이에 맞추어 기업은 실시간으로 시장의 요구에 반응하기 위해 기업중심의 체제에서 고객중심의 체제로 체질을 개선하고 있으며 이제는 기업과 고객의 차원을 넘어 한 단계 진보된 관계관리로의 기술 투자에 많은 역량과 기술, 자본을 투자하고 있다. 하지만 시시각각으로 변화하는 어플리케이션외 변화에 대부분의 중소 기업들은 어려움을 호소하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 고객 중심의 관계관리에서 파트너와의 관계관리에서의 가치 이전에서 오는 내부 프로세스의 변화에 대한 상호 보완적 통합 기법을 제안 함으로써 중소 기업들에게 이런 어려움에 다소나마 도움을 주고자 하는데 본 논문의 연구 목적이 있다.

  • 기존 제조업체는 저렴한 운용비용과 관리가 용이하기 때문에 기업 내부에서 안 사용하는 인트라넷 생산관리 시스템을 사용하고 있으나 외부업체와의 업무연결, 외부사용자와의 상호소통이 힘들다는 등의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 인트라넷의 확장개념으로 고객 및 협력업체와의 관계 증진을 위해 기업의 내부 통신 시스템인 인트라넷에 이들을 포함시킨 엑스트라넷의 도입이 절실한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 제조업체의 기존 인트라넷 기반의 생산관리 시스템을 보완하기 위해 외부업체와 제조업체간의 업무를 향상시키는 인터넷을 통한 주문관리가 가능한 Web-Deal 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 정보이용자와 정보를 창출하는 업체 사이에 거의 즉각적인 상호작용이 가능하므로 진행 상황을 실시간으로 알 수 있다. 따라서 신속한 업무처리에 의해 고객의견을 즉시 반영할 수 있는 시스템이다.

An Empirical Study on the Obligations of Contractual Parties for Successful IT Outsourcing (성공적인 IT 아웃소싱을 위한 계약당사자간 책임 요소에 대한 실증 연구)

  • IT outsourcing has become a critical component of organizations, but improper expectations, ambiguous contracts and unclear goals frequently cause the failure of IT outsourcing. Especially we have to be concerned about the uncareful management of customer-supplier relationships based on a psychological contract perspective. This study focuses on the obligations of contractual parties for IT outsourcing which influence the outsourcing relationship(OR) and the successful performance of IT outsourcing(OP). The supplier obligations consist of the achievable infrastructure(S1) and capability(S2), and the customer obligations is composed of the acceptable environment(C1) and acceptability(C2) for IT outsourcing. This paper shows that the S1, S2, and C2 have an effect on the OR, the OR on the OP, and the S2 also on the OP directly. The four components of customer-supplier obligations are mutually related to each other. What is more, we must notice that the S2 has strong connections with the C2.

A Study on the Effects of Internal Marketing on Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction in Shipping Companies (해운기업의 내부마케팅이 서비스품질과 고객만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relation among constituent concepts and verify the relation among internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction in shipping companies. To achieve the goal of this study, the author studied literatures on internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, and carried out a survey targeting people working for shipping companies and international logistics freight forwarders to make an empirical analysis. The results are as follows. It was confirmed that education and training, reward system, empowerment among internal marketing elements of a shipping company have a positive effect on the service quality and customer satisfaction of the shipping company, and the service quality of a shipping company also has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. As it can be known from these results, it would be necessary to concentrate on internal marketing of a shipping company in order to increase service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • This study presents how the sharing of values and philosophies in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) links the customer with the enterprise, thereby enhancing its performance. Using channel integration, customer experience management, and partner relationship management, this i-focus case suggests a number of improvements for local corporations that have adopted CRM, but have not succeeded in enterprise-wide integration. Successful execution of CRM strategy is found to require the sharing of values and philosophies not only within the organization, but also with its customers. Furthermore, the study concludes that CRM is an ongoing process which requires continuous evolution through reflection of past activities and dynamic adjustment of objectives in order to reach customer cenricity.

  • 사회적 소프트웨어인 블로그(Blog) 사용이 급증함에 따라 기업 내에서 블로그를 활용하는 기업들이 늘어나고 있다. 기업에서 블로그가 외부적으로는 고객 관계, 광고, 판매 촉진 또는 파트너와의 커뮤니케이션이나 협력의 도구로 사용되고, 내부적으로는 협업, 지식 관리, 공동체 개발 등의 도구로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 기업들이 내부적으로 블로그를 사용함에 있어 기술적 수용에 미치는 영향에 관하여 조사하였다. 연구 모형은 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model; TAM)을 근간으로 모델을 설정 하였다. 데이터 수집은 설문지 방식으로 기업 블로그를 도입한 국내 주요 기업을 대상으로 실시하였다.

An Empirical Study in the Effects of Six Sigma Project Management System on Project Balanced Scorecard (6시그마 프로젝트 관리시스템의 활용이 프로젝트 균형성과지표에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • While six sigma project management systems have been widely used as a knowledge management systems, no one has proposed an empirical explanation for impacts of project management systems on project performance. This study proposes a structural equation model of the project management system that relates learning/growth, internal growth, customer performance, and financial effects based on six sigma project performance. The relationships are investigated using data collected from a sample of green and black belts. The results indicate that there are a causal relationship with use of project management and learning/growth and internal process, internal process and customer performance, and customer and financial performance. However, there is no relationship between internal process and financial effects. The results suggest that six sigma project system could effectively be implemented as a knowledge management system to improve six sigma performance of green an black belts. This study also compares index of SEM's model fit of research model and that of alternative models for further analysis. The result shows that index of research model of index is better than that of alternative model.

  • 본 연구에서는 SCM를 통해 기업이 추진하는 목표들이 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위해서 파트너십이 실시간기업의 특성요인인 민첩성 및 기업내부 가시성과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공급사슬 기업의 파트너십 (몰입, 신뢰, 상호의존성)이 민첩성 및 기업내부 가시성을 매개하여 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 둘째, 민첩성과 기업내부 가시성이 BSC 네 가지 관점인 학습 및 성장관점, 내부 프로세스관점, 고객관점, 재무관점에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, BSC 네 가지 관점간의 인과관계를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실증연구에서는 공급사슬관리를 실행하고 있는 실시간 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 온라인과 오프라인을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 최종적으로 82개의 표본을 분석에 사용하였다. 이러한 실증결과는 SCM과 RTE를 추구하는 기업의 실무자들과 연구자들에게 많은 시사점을 제공하리라 여겨진다.

The Effect of Hospital Internal Marketing on Nurses' Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation (병원 내부마케팅이 간호사의 직무만족 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, we analyzed the factors influencing internal marketing at hospitals on job satisfaction and customer orientation among nurses in order to provide basic data necessary for management of nursing personnel. From December 26, 2018 to January 4, 2019, the study surveyed 255 nurses at a general hospital in Gyeonggi Province. For data analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation, and linear regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 21.0 program. First, the results of this study show that the effect of marketing inside the hospital on job satisfaction was statistically significant. Second, marketing inside hospitals was found to have a statistically significant effect on customer orientation. Thirdly, it was found that the effect of job satisfaction on customer orientation was statistically significant. Fourth, the effect of job satisfaction parameters on the relationship between marketing and customer orientation within the hospital 1st and 2nd stages appeared to have a statistically significant positive (+) impact, and three steps were found to be independent variables. The regression coefficients for organizational vision and future image, organizational attributes and systems, communication, and education/training system by sub-factors of internal marketing at hospitals significantly appeared.

The Effect of Empowerment and Internal Service Quality Management in an Airline on Customer Orientation (항공사의 구성원들에 대한 임파워먼트와 내부서비스 품질 관리가 고객지향성 향상에 미치는 영향)

  • As the service industry develops, service quality, customer satisfaction, and human resource management are considered priorities in modern management to maintain a company's growth. Therefore, understanding the strategic importance of service marketing is an essential task for modern companies. This study examined the relationship between the internal service quality of employees in the organization and customer orientation through organizational effectiveness. In the case of an airline, a service can be defined as an interaction between an external customer and an internal customer service provider. This interaction significantly affects the behavior and attitude of the employees. Based on the results, empowerment has a significant influence on the internal service quality, but it has no significant effect on customer orientation. As the relationship between department and employees improved, the more confident staff showed an improved ability to perform their work. Therefore, it is important that the organizational structure and the reporting system are as concise and clear as possible to allow employees to accurately recognize the authorities and responsibilities assigned to them and have autonomy and discretion in the framework.
