The sensor to determine ATPase activities was consisted of an immobilized enzyme membrane(purine nucloside phosphoryrase and xanthine oxidase) and an oxygen electrode. The proposed sensor was used for the determination of $K^+-, Ca^{2}+- and Mg^{2+}-$ATPase activities in several fish muscle proteins such as Thunnus albacares(Yellowfin tuna), Tetrapturus audax(Striped marlin), Prognichthys agoo(Japanese flyingfish), and Cypvinus carpio(Carp). $K^+-, Ca^{2}-$ATPase activities measured by the proposed sensor system were in good agreement with the results obtained by a conventional colorimetric assay. One cycle of assay could be completed within 3mlnutes.

The Korean venture industry showed a rapid growth due to various government incentive measures, development in information technology, and explosive growth of the KOSDAQ market. Recently, however, the Korean venture industry has revealed numerous side effects, which seemed to be coming from excessively aggressive government involvement in the industry, and fallen into a deep depression. This phenomenon may imply that the Korean venture industry has been established by the government policy rather than based on the venture capital market, whereas the venture industry in advanced nations has grown up autogenously based on it. This paper analyzes the Korean venture capital market and suggests policy recommendations to revitalize the domestic venture capital market. They include facilitating the supply of funds through limited partnerships and overseas venture capital, extending the direct equity investment, and actively promoting the KOSDAQ market.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) education in dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by fifty dental hygiene students in May 2016 before and after CPR education. The questionnaire consisted of knowledge, attitude, confidence, and performance of CPR skill. Performance test by professionals was measured to evaluate capability of skill after CPR education. Results: Scores of the knowledge increased from 4.35 to 12.24 after education (p<0.001). Scores of attitude increased from 51.86 to 58.92 (p<0.001). Scores of confidence changed from 56.66 to 85.02 (p<0.001). Scores of self-capability of skill increased from 44.90 to 74.02 (p<0.001). 5. The average score of capability of skill by professional test was 24.47. Conclusions: CPR education improved the knowledge, attitude, confidence and capability of skill in dental hygiene students. The development and education of CPR program will make the students perform bystander CPR in the emergency situation actively.

Insular carcinoma(poorly differentiated thyroid cancer) is defined as a aggressive, follicular-derived thyroid carcinoma with behavior intermediate between follicular/papillary and anaplastic carcinomas. It was described by Carcangiu in 1984, but its prognosis, classification and the origin is not yet clear. And preoperative fine needle aspiration cytology of insular carcinoma has not been satisfactory. We experienced a case of advanced thyroid insular carcinoma with invasion of the sternum. So we intend to present the case with a review of the related literatures.

The evolution of microstructure and phases of Mg-10Al-Mn alloy by cooling plate method during homogenization treatment have been investigated with metallographic analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The ingots used for this experiment were prepared by cooling plate and homogenization heat treatment was performed at 300 and $400^{\circ}C$ for various holding times (0, 1, 4, 8 and 12h). The casting ingots were consisted of the fine grains and eutectic phases. And, these eutectic phases were dissolved into the matrix during homogenization treatment at $400^{\circ}C$ but the lower temperature (at $300^{\circ}C$) did not be.

'YTN Science TV' that is the only one specializing in science channel in domestic have struggled low ratings and the restricted access in spite of the performance and significance that it has contributed to the population of science. This study will seek alternatives and development challenges through the comparison with the similar channel of international for the activation of the science channel. Accordingly, this study is to review the BBC knowledge channel that have contributed the successful overseas expansion and the education for the people of its country in pursuing commercial and public interest. This study will provide significant in the activation of the science channel in domestic through review of such cases.

The purpose of this study is proposing a method of developing experience program for organizing continuous 'Recreating Cultural and Traditional Village'. Therefore, with having purpose of developing experience program which is deeply related with residents organization and architecture in the village, the researcher has participated in '2005 An-dong Gunjamaul Recreating Cultural and Traditional Village', accomplished developing experience program which can continuously manageable by residents and space and facilities which are accompanied with program. The results of this research are as follows. The developing process of experience program has four phases, selecting program, planning program, growing and changing program, and practicing and firmly establishing program. Moreover, the relationships between space planning and setting up a resident's organization and the experience program need to be considered. The things that experts have to consider are come up with three subjects. First, planning experience program with citizen participation. Second, designing experience program with spaces which will contain the programs. Third, developing programs which are accompanied with rediscover village's resources through continuous feedback.

위성의 방열판 설계 과정은 수치해석을 위해 위성을 모델링한 열모델에서 분할 격자인 노드를 기준으로 방열판 위치와 형상, 크기를 조절하면서 한계 온도조건을 만족할 때까지 설계 엔지니어의 판단에 의존하여 열해석을 반복하는 것이 보편적인 방식이다. 대부분 방열판 면적을 줄이기 위한 추가적인 노력을 하지 않기 때문에 필요 이상의 과도한 방열판 설계를 하는 경우가 많은 것이 사실이다. 이러한 방열판 설계에서 최소한의 방열판 면적을 사용하여 한계 온도를 만족하도록 설계를 최적화 한다면 무엇보다 전체 위성 열설계의 효율성과 경제성을 높일 수 있는 바탕이 될 수 있을 것이다. 위성의 방열판 설계는 방열판 영역 내에서 동일한 면적을 가지더라도 위치나 형상에 따라 그 효과가 상당히 차이가 날 수 있기 때문에 실제 방열판 설계에서는 이러한 점을 고려하는 것이 필수적이다. 먼저 위성은 열해석에 알맞는 격자 크기로 분할된 노드로 이루어진 열모델로 모델링되어 개발된다. 방열판이 설계되는 방열판 영역 역시 격자 모양의 노드로 분할되기 때문에 열해석을 이용하여 방열판 설계를 한다면 노드 크기를 기준으로 노드 분할 형태에 따라 설계를 한다. 그래서 위성 열모델에서 방열판 영역의 각 노드가 방열판 노드 여부에 따라 모자이크와 같은 분포의 방열판 설계를 하게 되므로 방열판 노드 분포의 최적화가 방열판 최적 설계를 의미하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 방열판 설계 최적화를 위해 일반적인 위성 프로그램의 열제어 개발에서 사용하는 위성 열모델과 열해석 프로그램을 최적화 기법과 동일한 언어로 다시 개발해야 하는 부담 없이 그대로 최적화 기법과 연동할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 제안하고, 실제 소형의 검증용 위성 열모델을 개발하여 여러 가지 해석 조건에 따른 방열판 최적 설계 결과를 비교하고 검토함으로써 이러한 접근 방식을 검증해보고자 하였다.

Purpose: The objective of this study was to explore operational definitions and moderators of the resilience of adult children of alcoholics (ACOA) and its associated variables. Methods: This integrative review was conducted based on a literature review method suggested by Whittemore and Knafl. Databases including PubMed, CINAHL, PsycINFO, and RISS were searched using the combinations of search terms such as; 'adult children of alcoholics,' 'parental alcoholism,' 'resilience,' and 'children of alcoholics.' Results: Seventeen studies were selected for this review. Findings of integrative reviews reported operational definitions for the resilience of ACOA and moderators. The operational definition of ACOA's resilience is: (1) having no behavioral and emotional problem, (2) meeting social and developmental expectancies, (3) having the ability to cope with adversity, (4) having high self-concept, and (5) having a meaningful relationship. In addition, the varying environmental moderators include family communication, qualities of caring environment, parental communication, parentification, and social support. Several moderators were identified as positive effect, self-esteem, alcohol-specific coping style, locus of control, spirituality, the image of God, and dyadic cohesion in marital communication. Conclusion: Our study findings emphasize comprehensive understanding of diverse definition of resilience and moderators in developing nursing interventions to promote resilience in ACOA.
