세계 및 한국경제의 성장과 함께 항공운송 시장의 급속한 확대에 따라 대한민국에서의 국제항공 운송 수요는 꾸준히 증가하게 됨에 따라 한국의 관문 역할을 담당하던 김포국제공항의 수용능력은 한계에 이르게 되었다. 따라서 정부는 김포국제공항을 대체할 인천국제공항을 건설하여 운영하는 한편 김포국제공항에는 한국 중국 일본의 수도를 포함한 몇몇 도시를 연결하는 근거리 중심의 국제선이 취항하게 되면서 공항운영에 대한 새로운 패러다임을 형성하게 되었다. 대한민국의 수도 서울의 항공교통을 위한 공항이 제한적이지만 복수공항 체계로 운영되면서 인천공항과 김포공항을 이용하는 항공여객은 공항 이용 시 선택의 기회가 주어지면서 공항운영자는 여객의 공항선택에 영향을 주는 요소에 관심이 점차 증대되고 있는 현실이다. 그러나 현재 국내에서는 항공여객의 항공사 선택에 관한 연구는 많이 이루지고 있으나 항공여객의 공항선택에 관한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정임을 부인할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 항공여객의 공항선택에 미치는 속성이 무엇이고 속성에 따른 중요도와 만족도를 측정하여 공항운영자의 공항운영과 활성화 전략수립에 대한 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 김포공항 국제선 이용객을 표본으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하여 IPA 분석과 GAP분석 및 경로분석 기법을 사용하여 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study is to establish a mid-to-long-term comprehensive development plan for the Gimpo library, and to lay out the overall system of the library scattered by region in Gimpo, and to present Gimpo library's unique vision and strategy to differentiate it from other regions. As a research, surveys and interviews were conducted for the residents of Gimpo-si (library users and beneficiaries) and library personnel. As a result, first, all libraries in Gimpo-si have a user-centered multicultural space service with differentiated concepts and themes of each library based on the functions and roles of data collection, information services, and various programs as public libraries. Seems to be oriented. Second, with regard to Gimpo library collections, it is necessary to first collect books with high usage rate by library and expand them to the needs of consumers. Third, in order to provide the services of the Gimpo library, it is necessary to develop a service that can raise satisfaction by using the citizens' participation and utilizing them in order to derive the service by analyzing other local library programs or services.

Kimpo international airport logistics complex had been the most busiest airfreight gateway in Korea during last century but, after the grand open of Incheon international airport in 2001, it had lost its major role as a national airfreight hub facilities. However, owing to its locational advantages in Seoul metropolitan area. Kimpo airport logistics park still acts like an urban logistics distribution center in these days. Caused by the KAC's profit oriented policies, the Kimpo airport logistics park's public function as an urban distribution center might be curtailed in the future. Therefore, several laws and ordinances related to national and regional logistics strategies should be modified to prevent it.

Many factories indiscriminately located in the vicinity of residential areas need to be adjusted to quasi-industrial parks or new planning management area. In the present work, the changes of atmospheric $SO_2$ concentration according to clustering of individual location factories throughout Gimpo city into a new area were evaluated using a commercial dispersion model, AERMOD. As a result of the evaluation, it was suggested the possibility of improving the pollution through the relocation of individual factories. The combination of relocation and discharge regulation on the stack height may reduce the overall pollution from Gimpo approximately up to 70%, and some areas achieve maximum 87% decrease. However, the area selected as a cluster zone may show a relatively large increase compared to the change in the total pollution level of Gimpo.

지하철 노선망 체계의 완성으로 서울시 도시교통난 완화를 위한 제3기 지하철9호선(김포공항~방이동) 901공구 현장(대우건설 이섬범 현장소장)을 찾았다. 서울시 지하철9호선 901공구는 서울시 강서구 개화동에서 김포공항 계류장 지하를 관통하는 3,285.5m 구간으로 901 현장은 농경지에 건설되는 차량기지 398,851㎡(약120,000평)와 김포공항 계류장 지하를 관통하는 구간이 있기에 어느 공구보다 안전 및 환경관리를 절대적으로 중요한 요소로 삼아야 하는 구간이다.

현재 우리 나라에서는 수송분야 중 항공기, 선박, 건설기계 농기계 등과 같은 비토로 이동오염원에 의한 대기오염에 대해서는 연구가 부진한 실정이다. 2001년 김포공항을 이용하던 국제선 항공기는 인천국제공항의 개항에 따라 이전하게 되었다. 이에 따라 항공기 이착륙에 의한 대기오염 배출이 상당 부분 김포지역에서 인천 영종도지역으로 이전되었을 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 미국 FAA에서 공항의 대기오염배출량 산출 및 주변지역의 농도예측에 선정모델로 추천하고 있는 EDMS (Emission and Dispersion Modeling System)을 사용하여 국제선 이전에 따른 김포공항 주변지역의 NOx 오염도 변화를 예측하고 이를 실측치와 비교 평가하고자 한다. This article introduces the storytelling project about Bukbyeon-dong, Gimpo-si by the Kimpo Cultural Foundation in 2018. The project archives local history and culture and includes research, exploration, oral history, story organization, and presentation of ways to utilize contents. Through this, the article aims to present the limitations and importance of the project, the meaning of the excavation of local historical and cultural resources, and the need for local archives.

In this paper, we will design and create an online K-pop Shopping mall made not only for korean fans but also international fans. Furthermore, the site will include Official Merchandise and Unofficial merchandise thus opening a job opportunity for those who have interests in K-pop business.
