  • 본 연구는 2012년에 시작된 국가예방접종사업의 지원 확대로 지역사회 예방접종 대상 감염병 퇴치 기반이 강화됨에 따라, 일지역 보건소의 2012년 예방접종 등록 출생아를 대상으로 정기예방접종에 대한 각 차수별 예방접종등록관리 보건정보시스템에 전산등록 된 영유아 예방접종의 기록을 근거로 만3세의 기본 예방접종력에 대한 각출생월별, 각백신별, 미접종률과 미접종에 대한 각각의 사유를 분석하고 미접종자에 대한 접종안내 및 접종실시를 하여 만3세의 기본접종에 대해 완전접종과 높은 예방접종률로 감염병을 예방하고 일지역 보건소의 예방접종사업에 기초 자료로 활용하기 위한 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 밀폐된 공간과 다른 검사보다 시간이 오래 걸리는 자기공영상(MRI)검사 장비에서 환자와의 접촉이 많은 Head coil, Block, 밀폐된 공간인 Bore 등의 세균오염도를 측정 및 세균의 종류를 파악하고, 설문을 통하여 감염관리 실태를 파악하고 자기공명영상(MRI)장비의 소독 상태를 파악함으로써 환자의 병원감염에 대한 인식의 개선과 소독의 중요성을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This study was examined to determine hydraulic conductivity of vadose zone($K_s$) and effective porosity(${\phi}_e$) of undisturbed soil profiles collected at each vadose zone of 6 study areas in South Korea. Effective porosity was approximately 19% of total porosity for each soil profile. Applied to Ahuja's equation, the correlation between $K_s$ and ${\phi}_e$ showed $y=1.3{\times}10^{-7}x^{2.15}(r^2=0.37)$ for total soil profiles. Although the small numbers of soil profile were used for this study, the result of this study might be used for other soil hydraulic studies as reasonable data.

  • A method of DID generating step is suggested for applying the XML technology to the information data extracted from the Legacy databases. The IDREF-ID attribute reference modeling is used for representing the complex relationship between tables and excluding the prearranged step of ID insertion. ID Insertion procedure is performed in parallel with investigating the relationship between the tables and the frequent search direction between the table data. As a result, ID insertion procedure can be performed simultaneously with understanding of the IDREF-ID relationship between tables, and DID are also generated.

  • Kenaf has been cultivated in Jeju Island. After being harvested at 105 DAP(day after planting) and separated from kenaf stalks , decorticated kenaf basts were treated with different concentration/temperature/time combinations in order to do chemical rotting. The following fiber properties were compared; rotting effects, colors, crystallinity, molecular structures, dyeabilities, and non-cellulose contents such as pectins, lignins, & hemicellulose. The best results of chemical rotting were obtained from the specimens treated with low concentration/ low temperature/short time. Their colors were bright yellow. The lumens of specimens diminished with the affect of NaOH. The structures of chemically rotted kenaf fibers were cellulose 1. The degree of crystallinity of chemically retted kenaf fibers were very high. Non-cellulose content, especially hemicellulose, was low in the specimens treated with the high NaOH concentration. Dyeabilities of kenaf fibers were higher among the specimens without the non-cellulose content than those with the non-cellulose content.

  • This paper discussed the assessment of hand of denim fabrics finished by enzymatic hydrolysis. The semantic differential scale established using the database collected from university students. Analyzing the subjective rating by common factor analysis with oblimin rotation five factors expressing the hand were induced. Factor one was the surface property related to the surface roughness or softness Factor two was the durability which was related to the compactness and bearing strength Factor three was the sense of weight which was related to the thickness and weight. The moisture related properties and the sense of shape recovery were the forth and fifth factors respectively. the evaluations on the surface property weight and moisture related properties were similar by men and women However the shape recovery and the durability were evaluated differently. Surface and weight related properties were important factors judging the hand of fabrics by both group.

  • To improve the dyeability and colorfastness of cotton and silk fabric dyed with natural dye of safflower, cotton and silk fabrics were pre-treated with different mordants such as halliic-acid, alum, brine and tannic-acid. Also, to investigate the effect of finishing treatment of fabrics on dyeability, cotton was treated with chitosan and mercerized before dyeing. L, a, b, ΔE and colorfastness(light, Laundry, sweat) of each samples were measured and compared. Mordant treatment didn't improved significantly dyeability and colorfastness on cotton and silk. But, on cotton mercerization and chitosan treatment improved dyeability and colorfastness. To compare the efficiency of extracted dye and Powered dye, extracted red dye of safflower prepared as powder. Cotton and silk were dyed with dyeing solution which made with powdered dye according to different concentration. Efficiency of powdered dye was found out lower than extracted dye solution.

  • 본 논문은 초고강도콘크리트의 폭렬현상을 연구해 보고자 실리카흄 유무와 PP섬유의 혼입량을 변수로 하여 공시체와 벽체의 폭렬현상을 관찰한 후 변수가 초고강도콘크리트에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 실험적으로 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. KS F 2257 화재온도이력곡선을 30분 적용하여 콘크리트의 초기 폭렬특성을 실험적으로 검토하였다. 그 결과 공시체의 경우 압축강도가 100 MPa 초고강도콘크리트의 경우에는 실리카흄 여부와 PP섬유 혼입량이 폭렬억제에 관계되는 주요 인자인 것을 알 수 있었으며, 벽체의 경우에는 벽체 시험체의 부분 가열 및 전면 가열 실험을 실시했다. 폭렬 최대 깊이, 시간, 소리 발생 회수를 비교하면 부분 가열이 전체 가열에 비해 폭렬이 빠르고 깊게 발생하는 것으로 나타났다.
