최단붕괴 전압안정도여유를 고려한 수송능력산정 알고리즘의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Power Transfer Capability Calculation Algorithm Considering the Closest Saddle Node Bifurcation for Voltage Stability)

  • This paper presents a power transfer capability calculation algorithm considering the closest saddle node bifurcation for voltage stability margin. In this method, voltage stability margin constraints considering the closest saddle node bifurcation are incorporated into a power transfer capability formulation to guarantee adequate voltage security levels in an interconnected power system. The proposed method is applied to IEEE-24 reliability test system and the results show the effectiveness of the method.

  • This paper provides calculation and decomposition of Bus Incremental Cost on Power System Operation. In this method we show deriving Shadow Price from state variables in Optimal condition. And the decomposition can give a detailed description of each Bus Incremental Cost. The proposed method is applied to IEEE-30 and results shows the effectiveness of the method.

  • It needs to study on proper brake performance used in servo system of industrial application. In this study, braking torque of eddy current brake between electromagnet stator and rotating disk are analyzed. The torque-speed characteristics and proper disk construction are presented in this paper. From the computer simulation results, it was found that eddy current braking torque is linear or approximately constant over the desired speed range depending on the rotor material, disk construction, pole number and pole displacement of stator.

  • This paper develops methodology in order to consider CHP(Combined Heat and Power) capacity in the Basic Plan of Long Term Electricity Supply & Demand. We develop generating cost of CHP considering electric and heat. Also we develop mixed load duration curve which includes the electric load and heat load and then apply CHP capacity to SCM(Screening Curve Method) considering CHP feature. Accordingly, it decide the optimal CHP capacity in the Basic Plan of Long Term Electricity Supply & Demand. Also, We perform the sensitivity analysis according to cost variation.

  • This paper presents a efficient algorithm for calculating power transfer capability in interconnected large power system. The approach is based on interior point method. The efficiency of this method is favorable for large systems. IEEE RTS-96 power system is utilized to evaluate the proposed method.

  • This paper describes the optimizing method of direct load control (DLC) considering unit commitment which is based on dynamic programming. To solve DLC problem considering unit commitment, 3-dimensional dynamic programming as a new unit commitment method is developed. And, energy payback is concerned for DLC. As a result, optimization of operating schedule with DLC is possible. This method is applied to the test system, and usefulness of the method is verified.

  • A new generation planning algorithm considering environmental constraint by using fuzzy technique is developed. This algorithm has a new formula which can consider environmental constraints and an effective solving method which has newly developed fuzzy dual procedure. By using this algorithm, economic generation planning considering environmental constraints can be scheduled. The usefulness of this method is verified by applying it to the test system.

  • When launch vehicles are manufactured, one of the key points is a design of lightweight structure for reducing costs. Isogrid structure was designed to solve this topic, and many researches were carried out about buckling load because compression load is mainly applied to them. Recently, many studies are also being carried out about FEM model geometry of isogrid structure. The reason is that isogrid structure depends on size of ribs so it is difficult to modify about small changes in rib pattern. In this study, 1/8 model of cylindrical isogrid structure model was developed to analyze buckling behavior. Through parameter study, buckling analysis were performed to analyze buckling load and buckling mode depending on size of ribs.

한국산 쥐오줌풀로부터 생리활성 성분의 분리 및 동정 (Isolation and Identification of Biologically Active Components from Korean Valerian Roots)

  • The contents of valepotriates, valerenic acid and their derivatives as mild sedative and antispamodic principles in two Korean valerian roots (Valeriana officinalis var. latifolia Miq. and V. fauriei var. dasycarpa Hara) were investigated and were compared with those in European valerian roots(Valeriana officinalis L.) by BPLC method. Among valepotriate compounds, valtrate was detected as a small amount in two Korean valerian roots, and iso-valtrate and dihydrovaltrate were detected as a trace amount. Among valerenic acid and their derivatives, valerenic acid were contained from 0.9∼3.46 mg/g base on dry weight. Over the vegetation periods investigated, the content of valepotriates remained more or less constant, hut the content of valerenic acid reached its maximum in 3-year old age. The compound isolated from Korean V. officinalis var. latifolia was elucidated as valerenic acid by spectroscopic data such as GC-MS, $^1$H-NMR and $^{13}$ C-NMR, and comparison of GC retention time with that of authentic compound.
