The purpose of this study is to establish the family economy planning in the side of economic welfare and to discuss its problems. Hypothesis testing and survey analysis whether nuclear family have been formed in the urban communities or not are investigated. Also, survey of family economic period are classified in the following manner. First, as the beginning of family, they are interested in savings, children's education and investment of an estate. Third, as the contracting period of family, they rely upon other's financial supports. Therefore, it is desirable for each family to establish family life cycle planning. As the results of hypothesis testing, 1) Nuclear family have been formed in urban communities. 2) The age of housewives is not concerned with whether their husband's parents live in the same house or not. 3)The age of housewives is not concerned with whether their parents lived with them or not. 4) The relationship between the age of housewives and monthly income is not significant. 5) The relationship between the age of housewives and monthly expenditure is significant. 6)The relationship between the age of housewives and monthly savings is not significant.

나의 스승 홍순인. 필자는 홍순인 선생을 1973년도에 만났다. 필자는 학교의 학생으로 그분은 설계를 지도해 주는 선생으로 이렇게 시작된 우리의 만남은 그분이 돌아가시기 전까지 계속 되었다. 하지만 홍순인 선생의 건축에 대한 열정과 업적을 글로 표현한다는 것은 필자로서는 큰 영광이지만 한편으로는 그분에 대한 올바른 평가가 될 수 있을까 하는 염려가 되기도 한다. 그러나 아직도 많은 사람이 그분의 짧은 생애를 무척이나 애석해 하기에 용기내어 그분의 삶을 기록하고자 한다. 특히 여기에 기록되는 많은 내용은 그를 아는 많은 분과 특히 그분의 미망인인 김영숙 여사와 홍순인 선생과 고향에서부터 서울까지 자취생활을 같이 해 왔던 누구보다도 그분의 성장과정을 상세히 알고 있는 그분의 동생 홍순복씨의 증언과 도움을 기초로 하여 작성할 수 있었음을 밝혀 두는 바이다. 필자는 그분을 통해 건축을 알게 되었으며, 건축을 좋아하게 되었다. 그래서 그분을 잊지 못하고 있으며 설계하는 일이 힘들때나 괴로울 때면 그분을 생각하면서 마음을 새롭게 하기도 한다.

본 논문에서는 Kinect 기반의 모니터 제어 기법을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 기법은 Kinect의 Joint 기능을 활용하여 신체의 구조를 인식하고 손과 머리의 Joint를 받아온다. Kinect의 카메라는 손 동작을 추적하여 Joint 신체 부위에 해당하는 Joint 값을 모니터의 좌표 값으로 변환함으로써 손 동작에 따라 마우스를 움직이는 기능을 구현한다. 그리고 파워포인트에서 사용하는 F5, Esc, Right, Left 키에 대하여 Joint의 좌표 값이 일정 범위를 초과하면 마우스 클릭 이벤트를 발생하도록 구현함으로써 파워포인트의 슬라이드 화면을 제어하는 기능을 구현한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the consumption expenditure structure for leisure & recreational service in urban households. For these purpose, the data collected 175 households in Pusan metropolitan city. Statistics employed for the analys were frequencies, means, one -way ANDVA, and multiple regression analysis. The major results of this study were as follows; Average monthly expenditure for leisure, recreational service was 190,342 won. And their expenditure for leisure & recreational service share was 12.89 % of total expenditure. Those expenditure with high income elasticity were hobby & culture education, and journey. And those with low income elasticity were play & inspection, and health & sports. In leisure & recreational service expenditure, the variables which influence were job and degree of household head, and income.

To investigate polyacetylene compounds isolated from petroleum ether extract of panax ginseng effect on the macromolecule synthesis, lympoid lukemia L1210 cell was incubated with them at 4, 8, 12,16 hours. Panaxydol, panaxynol and panaxytriol as cytotoxic substances inhibited the synthesis of macromolecule such as DNA, RNA and protein. Panaxydol which had the most potent cytotoxicity among these three compounds showed the strongest inhibitory effect on DNA, RNA and protein synthesis. For DNA and RNA synthesis, panaxynol and panaxytriol decreased the rate of inhibition with the incubation time but panaxydol had a strongest inhibitory effect at 16 hour incubation time. Protein synthesis was markedly inhibited by all these polyacetylene compounds. It was obserbed that there is a relationship between cytotoxicities of polyacetylene compounds and the inhibition of macromolecule synthesis.

This study was done to evaluate the quality of clinical nursing care using the variables of structure, process, and outcome and to analyze the relationship between the variables. This study also explored which variables are validating indicators to evaluate the quality of nursing care. The results analyzed by multiple regression showed that, generally structural variables did not contribute to the variance in outcome scores, but process variables of nursing care contributed significantly to the outcome variable of patient satisfaction. A combination of structure and process variables explained outcome variables more than structural variables alone. Also, patient satisfaction and hospital preference were significantly related to each other. Therefore, if nursing quality evaluation relies solely upon on structural variables such as number of available nurses and workload, it would be inaccurate because process variables of nursing care are strongly related to outcome variables and the two categories of structure and process variables helped to strengthen the relationships. Thus, it is important to focus on variables of structure, process, ant outcome together in evaluating nursing care quality.

This study examined a portfolio scale for the assessment of the writing of 295 kindergarten children. The data were analyzed by Spradley's Developmental Research Sequence(DRS), using qualitative methods. Results showed that the writing portfolio scale for 4-year-olds includes "a word or write a children's name" "picture or word with shape of letters" and "scribbling or zig-zag". The writing portfolio scale for 5- and 6-year-olds includes "invented spelling" "write according to sound" and "omitted letters" "write a good hand". The writing portfolio scale for 4-, 5-, and 6-year-olds reflects their writing experience in daily life.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of consumer instantly impulse buying in cuber market user. Also this study analyzes causal effect on consumer instantly impulse purchasing by demographic and social, place and promotion, consumer emotion state, and consumer internal and psychological variables. The data had been collected from on-line research method with 1,034, as using cuber market. The major statistical methods used for data analysis are frequency, percentile, mean, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and path analysis. The result of causal effect analysis were as follows; First, the variables affecting possession oriented materialism were sex and age. Second, the variables affecting self-control were sex, income, account of credit card, and instantly state of mind. Third, variables directly affecting instantly impulse purchasing were serif employed, banner advertisement, experience of cuber shopping, shopping mall pattern, instantly state of mind, purpose of shopping, happiness and success oriented materialism, and self-control. Also sex, income account of credit card, and instantly state of mind emerge to indirectly effect via self-control. Especially, the variables of success oriented materialism and instantly state of mind influenced on the highest of relative variables in consumer instantly impulse purchasing.

As a part of searching for new antitumor agents from natural products, 94 kinds of Chinese plants were extracted with petroleum ether/ether (1:1), ethyl acetate and methanol, successively and their cytotoxicities were evaluated against A549 (human lung carcinoma) cell line. Among them, six kinds of ether extracts, seven kinds of ethyl acetate extracts and one kind of methanol extracts showed significant cytotoxic activities (above 70% inhibition) at a concentration of $50\;{\mu}g/ml$. These results surest that they may be involved in natural sources with possible anticancer activities.

Mackerel muscle protein hydrolysates, which were prepared from defatted mackerel meal by proteases such as complex enzyme, alcalase, bromelain, pancrease, pepsin, w-chymotrypsin, trypsin and papain, were tested for the antioxidative action against linoleic acid. Among proteases tested, the hydrolysates obtained from the treatment of complex enzyme, bromelain and alcalase showed higher antioxidative effects. Also, the hydrolysates showed the synergistic effects with o-tocopherol and the inhibitory effects for peroxidation of metal ions(Fe3+, Cua+) From the profiles of fractionation of the hydrolysates with Bio-gel P-2 column, the most active fractions, part I(complex enzyme-derived) and part e(bromelain-derived), had below MW 1,400 and the antioxidative effects were closely related to the binding capacity with metal ion(Cua+). Amno acid composition of the part I was abundant in histidine, arginine, phenylalanine and lysine, and the part e was abundant in lysine, glutamic acid and leucine.
