Nowadays, the arson is not common interest happening. the arson has been handled with a crime of violence along with murder, robbery and rape. because of being detrimental to the public clam. but the arson a has not been made award of a serious social problem. There is a rise in the control pos-sibility according to a level of national concern. we have known that the last fire accident of the Dea-gu underground It took a heavy toll of lives and the property due to our no interest in arson. The government should not only make up for legislation and systematize to correct a defect but also there is uniting the countermeasure system of the organs. The government establish particular research institution of the arson to consider a useful countermeasure. a purpose of this study is to enhance the concern and cognition of people and to search for the effective approach on the control of crime arson which is increasing recently.

스마트카드는 휴대하기에 간편하고 사용하기에 편리하다는 장점으로 인해 세계 각국에서 전자상거래를 비롯한 다양한 분야에서 그 이용범위가 급속히 확대되고 있다. 현재 사용되고 있는 스마트카드가 자체적으로 어느 정도의 보안과 인증기능을 갖추고 있기는 하지만 아직까지 사용자 보안 모듈로서의 기능은 미비한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트카드가 가지고 있는 자체적 보안 특징과 기능적 보안 특징을 분석한 후, 이를 이용하여 스마트카드가 사용자 보안 모듈로 사용되기 위해 필요한 요구사항을 제안하고자 한다.

도서관 경영은 일반기업의 경영과는 달리 도서관 자체의 특수성을 최대한으로 고려한 관리기술이 필요하다. 또한, 어느 조직이든 인적자원이 중요한 조직의 요소가 되지만, 도서관의 경우 지적인 정보서비스가 이루어지는 곳이므르 특히 인적자원의 중요성이 더 높다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 도서관 직원의 직무만족은 도서관 조직의 목표달성을 위해 매우 중요한 역할을 하며, 직원의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 리더십인 필요하다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 도서관 직원의 직무만족과 리더십 간의 관계를 규명하므로써, 도서관의 주 목표인 정보제공의 효율성을 달성하는데 기여하고자 한다.

Numerical simulations on the suspended load in the Do jang fish port are carried out. Suspended load is analysed by using the two-dimensional advection-diffusion equation. To describe behaviors of a pollutant in costal zone, a split-operator method is applied to the numerical model. The advection part is first solved by SOWMAC and then the diffusion part is solved by a three-level locally implicit scheme.
