  • Attitude Control System for a Hydrofoil type catamaran in wave is designed using a Decentralized Adaptive Control technique which is announced already by authors. This automatic attitude control system is designed for its good seaworthiness and for robustness on the variation of center of gravity. The performance is compared with a PID controller and the results show that the Decentralized Adaptive controller has better stability on the variation of the center of gravity.

  • As the computer-based electronic processing of financial transactions become more and more popular in financial areas, the need for more efficient and secure infrastructure has been increased. This Paper addresses the current status and Policy issues in building such infrastructure for electronic financial transactions in Korea. We examine our financial computer networks, electronic payment and clearing systems, standardization, and related laws, comparing with those in United States, Japan, and European countries and suggest policy recommendation in each area.

  • This paper presents a decentralized model reference adaptive control scheme for an interconnected continuous linear system composed of a number of single-input single-output subsystems in which outgoing interactions pass through the measurement channel and are subject to bounded external disturbance. The scheme can treat the unknown strength of interactions as well as the uncertainty of subsystems.

  • In this paper, a fuzzy logic controll(FLC) is designed for the pointing loop of the spinstabilized platform. For the fuzzy inference, a fuzzy accelerator board using the Togai InfraLogic software and digital fuzzy processor(DFP110FC) is designed, and a validation of an algorithm for fuzzy logic control is also presented. Through the simulation and the experiment, it can be seen that the designed FLC shows better performance than a conventional controller using the same loop gain.

  • 본 논문에서는 보다 효과적이고 편리한 서비스를 제공한 수 있는 전자상거래를 위해 에이전트 기법을 응용하고 휴대형 장비를 이용해 상거래가 가능한 지능형 전자상거래 시스템을 제안하고 이 시스템은 다중(multi)의 에이전트로 구성되어 있으며. 각각의 에이전트는 Perl을 이용해 CGI(Common Gateway Interface)로 작성되었다. 또한 유ㆍ무선 인터넷 사용자는 통합 인터페이스를 통해 시스템에 접근하여 개인화된 에이전트를 생성하고, 이들 에이전트들이 거래과정에 지능적으로 참여함으로서 사용자의 직접적 간섭 없이 거래가 이루어지도록 연구한다.

  • 탄소나노튜브는 우수한 전기적 특성과 더불어 열전도도, 강도, 높은 화학적 안정성, 바이오 물질과의 친화성 때문에 많은 응용이 가능하며 최근까지도 활발히 연구되는 대표적인 탄소질의 물질이다. 이러한 다중 벽 탄소나노튜브를 제품화시키기 위해서는 특정 용매에서 용이한 분산성을 지닐 수 있도록 기능화 공정이 필수적이고 많은 양의 파우더를 기능화 시킬 수 있는 장비의 구조 및 공정개선이 요구된다. 플라즈마 기술을 이용한 건식의 순환형 나노분산 파우더 플라즈마 반복처리장치를 통하여 기능화 처리된 탄소나노튜브를 습식공정에 비해 간편한 공정으로 재현성 있고 균일한 결과로 많은 양의 확보가 가능하다. 이에 탄소나노튜브의 기능화 결과를 제시함으로써 본 장비를 소개하고자 한다.

  • In order to stabilize linear time-invariant systems with the unknown system matrix, a piecewise constant linear state feedback control law including switching logic is developed. A number of feedback gain matrices are first precomputed by solving the Algebraic Riccati Equation with prescribed degree of stability, and then are switched over in a direction to increase degree of stability. Switching stops when a Lyapunov function shows the decreasing property, and hence switching times are finite.
