This study was designed to evaluate the mechanism by which reactive nitrogen intermediates (RNI) induced the cytotoxicity of human doparminergic neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells. 3-Morpholino-sydnonimine (SIN-l), a donor of peroxynitrite (ONOO) and sodium nitroprusside (SNP), a donor of nitric oxide (NO) induced cell detachment and apoptotic death, as characterized by chromatin condensation, the ladder pattern fragmentation of genomic DNA and morphological nuclear changes. SIN-l also induced the activation of caspase 3-like protease in a time-dependent manner. Exogenous antioxidants, such as reduced glutathione (GSH), N-acetylcysteine (NAC), and selenium protected the cells from apoptotic death and reduced the activation of caspase 3-like protease by SIN-1. Furthermore, SIN-l directly reduced the intracellular levels of glutathione. Taken together, these data suggested that RNI including NO and peroxynitrite decrease the concentration of intracellular antioxidant such as GSH, which lead to the apoptotic death of human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells.

IP 주소 공유 기술인 FSL3/4는 IP 패킷의 헤더나 페이로드의 수정없이 단지 패킷 헤더 참조에 의해 로컬 네트워크의 호스트들에게 인터넷 풀 액세스 및 종단간 IPSEC 세션을 지원한다. 그러나 FSL3/4는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하지 않으며 커널에 적재할 수 있는 모듈의 형태로만 존재하기 때문에 사용자 접근이 용이하지 않고, 추가적인 기능을 위해서는 커널 소스를 직접 수정해야 하는 불편함이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제점을 보완하고 FSL3/4 기능 확장을 립게 하는 Netfilter를 설계하고 구현하였다.

부동산 거래 관리 시스템이란 부동산 거래 관리 활동과 관련된 등록, 검색, 상담 및 부동산에 대한 이력 관리와 분석을 목적으로 하는 시스템이다. 거래 상담 및 분석 과정에서 부동산에 대한 지형 정보 서비스가 지대한 영향을 미친다. 본 시스템은 지도 정보 및 비디오나 사진등과 같은 영상 정보를 포괄하는 지형 정보 서비스를 제공함으로써, 원격지 거래자들간의 상담 및 관리/분석 활동이 원활히 이루어질 수 있도록 설계/구현되었다. 또한, WWW를 통해 이같은 지형 정보 서비스를 제공함으로써 사용자들이 별도의 클라이언트 에뮬레이터 없이 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 설계/구현 되었다.

본 논문에서는 급증하는 사회적 문제인 자살에 대해 가상현실 체험을 통해 예방할 수 있는 콘텐츠 설계를 제안한다. 엔터테인먼트 형태의 콘텐츠로 뇌파 측정을 하여 자살증후군을 가진 대상자를 선별하고 이에 따른 자살동기 유형별 적합한 자살예방콘텐츠를 설계하는 것이다. 콘텐츠 설계는 자살예방을 위한 검증된 프로그램을 적용하고 사용자의 자연스러운 몰입을 유도하도록 VR 기기를 활용한다. 콘텐츠 사용을 통하여 수집된 데이터 분석으로 오프라인 전문가의 심층적인 치료 및 교육이 가능하도록 연계한다. 본 논문에서 설계된 콘텐츠를 이용하여 자살에 대한 경각심을 주거나 예방을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Under the rule of Japanese Imperialism, there were two kinds of architectural government organizations inside the Chosun(朝鮮) Governor-General which designed To(道) and Pu(府) government office buildings; one was the organization inside the central government office and the other inside the local government offices(To and Pu). By the administrative approval procedure of the Chosun Governor-General, the local architectural organization planned site and floors of the building in the schematic design stage, and in the detail design stage not only the central but sometimes the local planned the building design. The design accomplished by the local in schematic stage was believed as a kind of guideline in detail design and the local organization was able to insist their own needs to the central and to change the central's planning. Even though the central had the authority of the design, the local took part in the planning of To and Pu government office buildings at least in the schematic design stage.

자가 슬괵건을 이용한 전방 십자인대의 재건술시 사용되는 Poly-L-Lactic-Acid 성분의 생분해성 간섭나사로 인한 합병증은 많지 않다. 저자들은 전방 십자 인대 재건술시 생분해성 간섭나사로 이식건을 고정 후 경골 터널 전방에 발생한 결절종에 대해 결절종 절제술과 동시에 간섭나사를 제거한1예에 대해 보고하는 바이다.

컴퓨터 네트워킹의 새로운 패러다임으로 떠오르고 있는 P2P(Peer-to-peer)통신은 기존의 서버-클라이언트 모델의 한계점을 극복하는 많은 해법을 제시하고 있다. 이에 최근여러 가지 플랫폼의 각기의 서비스를 제공하는 애플리케이션들이 속속 등장하고 있다. SunMicro systems에서 시작되어 현재 Open Project로 진행중인 Project JXTA는 이러한 분산 Computing, 특히 Peer-to-Peer Computing이나 Peer-to-Peer 네트워킹이라는 영역에서 폭넓게 발생하는 문제를 해결하기 위해 만들어진 테크놀로지로서 Peer to Peer를 비롯한 분산 Computing들을 위한 Infra Service를 제공하고 있다. JXTA 테크놀로지를 이용하여 제공할 수 있는 여러 서비스 중에 일반 Peer들의 대용량 데이터 전송에서 있을 수 있는 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 서비스를 제안한다. 대용량의 데이터를 여러 서버에서 나누어 받을 수 있도록 하여 Peer-to-Peer 어플리케이션에서 사용자는 찾고자 하는 자료를 검색했을 때 자료의 위치와 함께 제공자의 status와 capability를 monitoring 함으로써 실제 제공할 수 있는 또는 제공하고자 하는 속도와 다운받을 서버와 가져올 데이터의 용량을 결정함으로써 대용량 데이터를 단시간에 효율적으로 주고받을 수 있다.

Reported in this article is a case report of a patients who developed limb threatening ischemia as a consequence of a subclavian artery thrombosis resulting from screws. The subclavian artery thrombosis after open reduction and internal fixation of clavicle fracture, when it occurs, should be treated promptly by plate removal and claviculectomy. It can be prevented by placing screws in locations away from the underlying neurovascular structures.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of the manipulatives in instruction of mathematics to those who have learning disabilities. Two middle school students who revealed very low achievements in the previous mathematics tests were involved in this study. Unit Cubes were used as the manipulatives, and the researchers utilized this manipulatives to teach the number bases. After a series of instructions utilizing the Unit Cubes, the subjects were interviewed with semi-structured form. In general, the effect of using the manipulatives were positive. Both subjects could understand much better with the Unit Cubes, and revealed affirmative results such as their positive attitudes toward mathematics.

본 논문에서는 미등록어 처리가 강화된 복합명사 분석 기법을 제시한다. 기본적으로 모든 복합명사 내에 한국어나 외래어의 미등록어가 포함되어 있을 수 있다는 가정하에 분석을 시도한다. 따라서 등록어로 구성된 복합명사에 대해서도 미등록어가 포함된 분해 후보가 생성될 수도 있다. 이는 분해 후보의 수를 크게 증가시키는 문제를 일으킨다. 이 문제에 대처하기 위하여 미등록어의 분류에 따라 미등록어로서의 가능성 여부의 판별 및 제거, 분해 후보 상호간의 견제에 의한 제거 등을 이용하였다. 이러한 과정은 정답 후보 선택시에도 영향을 미쳐 정답이 아닌 분해 후보가 선택되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 처리 시간을 줄일 수 있는 이점이 있다. 실험 결과 제시된 기법들이 매우 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다.
