연둣빛 신록이 온 산과 들판을 뒤덮어 어디론가 떠나고 싶은 화창한 봄날, 새들이 옹기종기 모여 앉아 큰 소리로 지저귀는 미곡 창고 옆에 자리한 전남 강진군 군동면의 군동농업협동조합을 찾았다. 강진군 군동농협은 미곡 영농 조합으로, 총 1,690명의 조합원 중 1,180명이 65세 이상의 고령자이다. 군동면은 여느 농촌처럼 젊은 사람들의 도시 이주로 심각한 고령화를 겪고 있다. 지속되는 고유가 및 물가 상승, 금융 시장의 급변, 농축산물 수입 개방 가속화와 같은 요소들이 지역 경제를 더욱 어렵게 하고 있다. 이러한 힘든 여건 속에서 군동농협은 신용 사업 및 공제 사업 등의 난항을 겪고 있지만, 희망을 잃지 않고 영농 소득 증대 및 사업 확대를 위해서 애쓰고 있다. 그 결과 2007년도에는 농협중앙회의 공제 부문 평가 항목에서 실적이 우수하여 NH보험 연도 대상 본상 부문에서 동상을 수상하기도 했다. 또한 경제 사업 부문에선 각종 영농 자재를 적기에 농가에 공급하거나, 유류 판매 사업에서 큰 실적을 거두는 등 좋은 결과들을 냈다. 사회 환원 사업에도 힘쓰고 있어 영농 자재 환원과 조합원 자녀 장학금 수여 등 활발한 활동을 보이고 있다. 그리고 무엇보다 일본 수출 작물인 착색단고추(파프리카)가 꾸준한 수출 증가 추세 속에 군동면을 대표하는 효자 작물이 되고 있다

Cold area in korea, railway roadbed and gravel ballast was occurred frost-heaving. So during winter, track was rising and during thaw, track was sinking. In order to prevent the damage of frost-heaving, we have applied a few countermeasures which are circumfusion of calcium chloride and replacement of gravel ballast method. This countermeasures effect is feeble, not continuous and not eco-friendly. This study suggested that we use wasted tire-chips in frost-heaving area and considered appropriate new method to maintenance. This method was named "A Method of Wasted Tire-Chips Post". To prove effect of this method, we have tested in laboratory and field. The result of frost-heaving-ratio field test was decreased frost-heaving-ratio about 50% using "A Method of Wasted Tire-Chips Post".

전기철도차량에 전기를 공급하는 가공 전차선로 시스템은 커티너리(catenary) 방식과 강체가선 방식으로 구분 할 수 있으며 강체가선 방식은 DC 급전구간에서 주로 사용하고 있는 T-bar 시스템과 AC 급전구간에서 주로 사용하는 R-bar 시스템으로 구분 할 수 있다. 최근 국내환경에 적합한 고속용 R-bar 시스템의 개발을 진행하고 있으며 여기에 필요한 브래킷 지지 및 절연용 장간애자와 동상구분을 위한 절연구분장치 개발을 진행하고 있다. 따라서 국내에 수입하여 적용하고 있는 저속, 고속 R-bar 시스템용 장간애자 및 절연구분장치의 성능기준을 확인하고 개발에 필요한 성능기준을 검토 적용하여 고속 R-bar 시스템용 장간애자 및 절연구분장치 개발을 진행할 예정이다.

This study presents the laboratory properties on the frost heave under various moisture contents and compaction efforts in pavement subgrade soil. Many researches were conducted on the frost heave. However, the researches with the domestic soils have not been so active until now. In particular, the evaluation of the frost heave in pavement subgrade soils was not established by many researchers. The problems relating with the frost heave have been serious causes in the distresses of pavements. The study was performed using an appropriate field simulation. The research results revealed that the drainage conditions in earth work should be treated cautiously.

최근 전력변환장치 및 전동기 드라이버에서 전력용스위칭 소자의 사용 증가와 관련하여 고조파 저감 및 역율개선에 대한 관심이 증가되어지고 있다. 더욱이 유럽 및 미국에서는 전력변환 장치에 대한 고조파 저감 및 역율개선에 대한 규격들(IEC 555-2, IEEE 519)이 정립되어 많은 전기.전자 산업. 가전 제품들이 이 규격에 근거한 전고조파 왜형(total harmonic distortion)에 대하여 제한을 받고 있다. 적절히 설계되어진 역율개선(power factor correction) 회로들은 공급 전원과 동상이며 정현파형상의 전류를 상용 전원에 제공하며 규격에서 제한된 고조파 성분을 제거하는 역할을 한다. 본고에서는 이들 고조파 제한에 관한 규격에 대하여 고찰하고 전력 변환 장치에 대한 입력전원의 고조파 저감 및 역율개선에 대하여 지금까지 개발 및 연구되어진 PFC 회로 및 제어기법에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

For the purpose of combining the purification processes for several biologically active proteins form human urine, an efficient integrated fractionation procedure has been investigated. The procedure was started by concentration with ultrafiltration and pH precipitation followed by a selectable combination of chromatography on gel filtration, adsorption, ion exchanger, affinity, and reverse phase column. By this process, the purified urokinase, epidermal growth factor and albumin migrated as a single band on SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and were fully active. The recoveries of these purified proteins were 48%, 17%, and 46%, respectively.

계통연계 인버터 제어 시 계통 전압과 동상인 전류를 공급해 주기 위해 반드시 계통 전압의 위상 정보가 필요하다. 기존의 PLL 방법은 계통 전압에 고조파가 존재하지 않을 시에 검출된 위상 값은 정확하지만, 고조파 존재 시 정확한 위상 값을 얻을수 없다. 본 논문에서는 전차원 상태 관측기를 이용하여 기본파 성분과 고조파 성분을 분리하여 검출된 위상의 정상상태 오차를 감소시킬 수 있고, 저역통과필터를 고려한 PLL 시스템의 모델링을 이용하여 동특성을 개선하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 모의실험을 통하여 검증하였다.

An objective index for quality estimation of anchovy sauce, our traditional seafood, has been required because inadequate standard causes dispute about quality estimation. Qualities of anchovy sauce made by traditional method and commercial anchor sauce products were compared by investigating their proximate compositions, total nitrogen contents, amino acid contents, development and level of a specific peptide on SDS-polyacrylamde gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and isoelectric point (pI) of the specific peptide. Also, pIs of IEF were attemped to identify fish species of salt-fermented sauces. The 55,600 and 46,900 dalton of peptide band were identified in all experimental samples. Especially, the area of 55,600 dalton was closely correlated with total nitrogen contents. Also, specific pIs in accordance with fish species were identified. The results suggest that correlation between area of 55,600 dalton and total nitrogen contents are used of index for quality estimation, and specific pIs are used of fish species identification.

Chitinase was induced in rice cell suspension culture with treatment of chitooligosaccharides mixture. Among eleven isozymes found in 10% polysacrylamide gel electropherogram, four isozymes were identified as induced enzymes. Acidic chitinase fraction separated in DEAE-cellulose column chromatography, includes three induced chitinase, while basic fraction contains only one induced isozyme. Treatment of chitooligosaccharides mixture enhanced the contents in both protein and chitinase activity in cell suspension culture media, but increase in chitinase activity was much higher than in protein.

도로의 동상방지층을 설치하기 위하여 동결관입깊이를 산정하며, 동결지수는 대기온도의 강도와 지속시간의 누가영향으로 표시된다. 대기온도는 일평균 대기온도를 사용하며 4개/일 평균(대기온도$_4$)을 사용하는 것이 일반적이지만, 현재 기상청에서 제공하고 있는 일평균 대기온도는 8개/일(대기온도$_8$)를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 일평균 대기온도의 산정하는 방법이 동결지수의 산정결과에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 한반도 남부지역(동결지수 $350^{\circ}C{\cdot}$일) 미만 6개지역을 저성토부, 절성경계부 및 절토부로 구분하여 15개소에 대하여 현장계측시스템을 구축하였다. 그리고 현장계측 시스템으로부터 얻어진 대기온도를 통하여 동결지수를 산정하여 비교하였다. 동결지수 비교결과 일반적으로 일평균 대기온도$_4$를 사용한 경우가 일평균 대기온도$_8$을 사용하는 경우보다 약 3% 전후 큰 것으로 나타나났으며, 6개 지역의 동결지수를 결정할 때 대기온도$_8$을 사용한 동결지수를 보정할 수 있는 보정식을 제안하였다.
