In general, most knee dislocations are reduced easily by simple traction. In rare cases, closed reduction of the knee dislocation is attempted, but ruptured ligaments or muscles are stuck in the joints and cannot be reduced. The cases of this irreducible knee dislocation have sometimes been reported. The authors encountered a case of irreducible knee posterolateral rotational dislocation that was not reduced by simple traction and report it along with a review of the literature. This case provides an opportunity for clinicians to examine the clinical considerations when experiencing an irreducible knee dislocation.

The concept of entrepreneurial orientation has been recognized as a key driver for success of business ventures. Since small and medium-sized business ventures usually lack in business experience, firm level entrepreneurship seems to play an important role in generating firm performance. Following those logics, traditional approaches assumed that the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance is linear, but recently studies start to report non-linear relationships. However, only a few researches examines and compares the performance effects of entrepreneurial orientation with diverse performance indicators. Current study explores the effects of entrepreneurial orientation both on financial and innovative performance with 1,497 Korean small and medium-sized business ventures. This study finds that there is a linear relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and financial performance, but inverted U-shaped relationships between entrepreneurial orientation and innovative performance, measured by product novelty and patent issued. Also those relationship patterns are consistent with different measurement of entrepreneurial orientation. Based on these results, theoretical implications with some limitations are discussed.

Startup must be agile and be able to handle extreme changes, survive unpredicted threats, and capitalize on emerging business opportunities. Agile teams continually sense changes for competitive action and marshal the necessary knowledge. While team members share their knowledge, there must be emerging various type of conflicts in teams. This study examines the relationship among the conflict, knowledge sharing and agility in startup context. At the same time, we tested the roles of shard vision both moderating variable between conflict and knowledge sharing, and antecedent for knowledge sharing. Different two types of conflict, task conflict and relationship conflict, knowledge sharing, agility, and different impact of shared vision are identified from literatures and tested. 182 data points were collected from under 5-year old startup's representatives to test these hypotheses. PLS data analysis indicated that the task conflict and shard vision positively effect on knowledge sharing, and then knowledge sharing has statistically significant effect on agility. And the impact of conlict has been weakened by shared vision's moderating effect. Based on the results, we proposed practically several team management skills for startup managers, leaders and stakeholder, and explained theoretical contributions.

Socioscientific issues (SSI), by their nature, are conceptually embedded in technology. Previous research reported that nature of technology (NOT), unlike nature of science, was quite explicitly manifested in SSI decision-making, and NOT could be a promising construct for promoting SSI reasoning. In this study, authors introduced an integrated conceptual framework for NOT, which consisted of four dimensions (i.e., artifacts, knowledge, practice and system) as diverse modes of technology. We adapted the framework to investigate students' conceptualizations of NOT in the context of various SSIs. Data was collected from 45 college students enrolled in a liberal arts course on science and technology. The students participated in a team project, where they prepared and led discussions for SSI topics in class. Seven topics concerning SSIs were selected by students themselves. The preparation and class discussion of each student group were audio-recorded, and final reports were also analyzed. As a result, NOT sub-components in the dimensions of artifacts and system were explicitly represented in most contexts of SSI with various ranges of understanding. Other sub-components under the dimensions of knowledge and practice were rarely or implicitly shown in the discussion. The depth of students' understanding on NOT varied. Implications for science education were discussed.

Recently, global economic recession has a significant influence on promoting launch of start-ups around the world. As is often the case, powerful and bright entrepreneurship is required so that the start-ups may be successful in their target markets. Despite the fact that numerous studies about impact of the entrepreneurship on start-ups exist in literature, there is no study attempting to recognize importance of social learning about entrepreneurship on individual creativity of those who have intentions to become entrepreneurs of start-ups. In this sense, this study proposes a new research model in which social learning about entrepreneurship is assumed to have an influence on individual creativity of start-ups candidates. For the sake of proving the proposed research model more rigorously, we include those constructs such as para-social interaction, imitation of role model, and internal motivation. We garnered 89 valid questionnaires from college students who were invited to the experiments designed for this study. Results proved that para-social interaction and imitation of role model affect internal motivation significantly, which in turn affects individual creativity positively. These results also provide theoretical directions revealing the embedding process of entrepreneurial capital among society.

Startup teams should be prompt to seize an business opportunity and handle various business problems with which they has not been faced before. This research examines and compares the hypotheses about the processes of communication media usage, knowledge sharing and team agility by the level of task conflict. In order for detailed investigation, each of antecedent was divided into sub-dimensions: communication media usage into synchronous and asynchronous media usage, and knowledge sharing into speed and quantity of knowledge sharing. Team agility, the dependent variable, was proposed as an important success factor of startup teams. The research model describes that the communication media usage affects knowledge sharing and consequently team agility. The differences of media usage and relationships among variables were proposed as the level of task conflict in teams. 230 data points were collected from startup teams under 5 years and statistically processed to test research model and hypotheses. From the total sample analysis, the results indicate that the knowledge sharing speed is positively associated with the quantity, and the knowledge sharing speed and quantity have positive associations with team agility. Both synchronous and asynchronous communication media usage also has significant positive associations with knowledge sharing speed. On the other hand, media usage did not show significant direct association with knowledge sharing quantity. From the group comparisons of task conflict, it was found that the higher task conflict, the higher in media usage, knowledge sharing speed and quantity, and team agility. The process of media usage, knowledge sharing, and team agility were found to be different between the high and low task conflict. From these results, the authors discussed and proposed some implications for startup team leaders.

In Korea, small and medium sized domestic enterprises(SMEs) play an pivotal role in the national economy, accounting for 99.8% of all enterprises, 87.9% of total employment, and 48.3% of production. and SMEs were driving a real force of the development of national economy in many respects such as innovation, job creation, industrial diversity, balanced regional development. Despite their crucial role in the national development, most of SMEs suffer from a lack of R&D capabilities and equipments as well as funding capacity. Government-Supported Research Institute(GRI) can provide SMEs with valuable supplementary technological knowledges and help them build technological capacities. so, In order to effectively support SMEs, government and GRI must be a priority to know about the factors influencing the performance related to technology transfer and technological collaborations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Innovative competences and CEO's entrepreneurship on Organizational performance in ICT small and medium enterprises, including the moderating effect of Social capital. This study adopted research variables such as Innovative competence, CEO's entrepreneurship as independent variables, with Organizational performance as a dependent variable, including the moderating variable of Social capital. 1,200 companies data which in the field of ICT SMEs were collected from the survey. The result of this empirical study is summarized as follows, First, CEO's entrepreneurship was confirmed to have a significant effect on organizational performance, and social capital variables were confirmed to have a moderating effect between entrepreneurship and organizational performance. From these findings, it was confirmed that the Innovatibe competence plays an important role in influencing corporate performance.
As the Great Reset is discussed at the World Economic Forum due to the COVID-19 pandemic, artificial intelligence, the driving force of the 4th industrial revolution, is also in the spotlight. However, corporate research in the field of artificial intelligence is still scarce. Since 2000, related research has focused on how to create value by applying artificial intelligence to existing companies, and research on how startups seize opportunities and enter among existing businesses to create new value can hardly be found. Therefore, this study analyzed the cases of startups using the comprehensive framework of the multi-level perspective with the research question of how artificial intelligence based startups, a sub-industry of software, have different innovation patterns from the existing software industry. The target firms are gazelle firms that have been certified as venture firms in South Korea, as start-ups within 7 years of age, specializing in machine learning modeling purposively sampled in the medical, finance, marketing/advertising, e-commerce, and manufacturing fields. As a result of the analysis, existing software companies have achieved process innovation from an enterprise-wide integration perspective, in contrast machine learning technology based startups identified unit processes that were difficult to automate or create value by dismantling existing processes, and automate and optimize those processes based on data. The contribution of this study is to analyse the birth of artificial intelligence-based startups and their innovation patterns while validating the framework of an integrated multi-level perspective. In addition, since innovation is driven based on data, the ability to respond to data-related regulations is emphasized even for start-ups, and the government needs to eliminate the uncertainty in related systems to create a predictable and flexible business environment.
In this paper, I examine how the voice of Simcheong is reproduced and the meaning of it by examining the reconstruction method and characteristics of . And I tried to explore the possibilities and directions of contents based on classical literature by exploring the way in which this text reintermediation, and recreates the narrative of . This work deals with the story of ShimChung, and sees the problematic aspects of ShimChung's sacrifice and death through the gaze of the surrounding people such as the Namkyeong merchant and Guideok's mother while excluding the central characters Shimcheong and Shimbongsa. In the process, the voice of Simcheong was discovered as a victim and social hit. And It connects this with the discourse of filial duty and virtuous woman which regulates the life of women in the patriarchal society and establishes the place of social public opinion about the life of the women of the Joseon era. In this way, is presented the possibility of a new interpretation of . Also readers and audiences of present-day have an opportunity to reconsider the 'sacrifice' of social subordinate based on deep understanding of .
has many sexual elements among our literature. So is considered obscene. But if you take a closer look at , you can see that he is dealing with the real problem. Especially, the conflict between Gangsoe and Jangseung shows the contradiction of reality. However, it can not be questioned because it is hidden behind sexual elements. 's strategy of revealing is similar in Media Narrative. has been made into a film since the 1980s. However, these films stayed at the level of B-erotic movies. The real meaning of is gone, and the sexual image is more emphasized. Incidentally, this aspect is related to reality at the time. At that time, the military was in control of politics. So I wanted the people not to be interested in politics. For this reason, many erotic movies were created. Eventually, the strategy of revealing was even more maximized in Media Narrative. But recently there was a new attempt like . This was a new attempt to go beyond the standardized approach. Future interpretations of are expected more.
