보행자 검출기는 보안이 필요한 곳에서 모니터링을 하거나 특정 장소를 드나드는 사람의 수를 셀 때, 운전 중 차도에 뛰어드는 사람을 감지할 때 등 상황에 따라 여러 목적으로 응용될 수 있다. 이에 따른 연구는 많이 진행되어 왔지만, 임베디드 시스템에서는 제한된 컴퓨팅 능력으로 인해 검출 속도가 느리다는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 입력 영상에서 배경 부분을 빠르게 제거하여 검출 속도를 향상하는 방법과 ARM 아키텍처에서 NEON 병렬화 기법을 이용하여 검출 속도를 향상하는 방법을 제시한다. 제시한 방법으로 구현한 검출기는 기존보다 201.1% 향상된 속도를 나타냈다.

Jeju're behind in communicating with the public and local population compared to the national registration number of the best art galleries and the relatively low awareness needed to promote alternative that fits the times. QR Code excel in design and favorable approach to provide the identity of the drawing and the information is being used to promote a variety of mediators of the museum. However, most of the Jeju Museum of Art is the situation with incomplete registration of the design development design development requires QR code is a feasible reality. In this study, I analyze the semantics of the Museum Identity divided into six places in Jeju registered public art gallery in the signifier and signified. Proposed a design QR code QR code developed and developing design reflects the Museum Identity of development based on a selection of four places to the use case analysis of the design according to the value of properties.

'The Great Nest of Being (The Great Chain of Being)' is a key ontological concept in Perennial Philosophy. The Great Nest of Being shows the depth of the world's religions that have existed historically, and in this context, they represent holarchies of existence and consciousness. This paper examines the nests of various beings in order to grasp the depths of the world's mainstream religions, and reveals that the great nest of being that appear in the Daesoon Thought has the characteristic of synthesizing other nests that have emerged previously in history. According to Perennial Philosophy, the differences among different religions in regards to ultimate reality are not differences in reality but merely differences in semantics. In other words, these differences are only 'different expressions of the same ultimate reality.' Thus, linguistically, ultimate reality in the great nest of being can be summarized as the 'same in what is signifié (signified, 記意)' and 'different in the signifiant (signifier, 記標).' As stated in a preceding study; however, ultimate reality in Daesoon Thought is both transcendent and personal, as well as intrinsic and impersonal. This fact is specifically stated in the Four Tenets (4大 宗旨) of Daesoon Thought. In other words, the Tenets of Daesoon implicitly acknowledge not only the concepts of reality and the direction that emerges from the base of existence in existing systems of religious thought, but also can encompass the ideologies of those systems of religious thought. Considering the four quadrants as the Kosmos (AQAL), it encompasses a universal ideology. Therefore, the tenets of Daesoon Thought encompass the same significance (meaning) of the major systems of religious thought throughout the world in regards to ultimate reality and provide a clue to the solution to the presence of different signifiers (signs).

A pedestrian detector can be applied for various purposes such as monitoring or counting the number of people in some place, or detecting the people plunging in the driveway. There was a lot of related research. But, the detection speed is slow in embedded system because of the limited computing power. An algorithm for fast pedestrian detector using HOG in ARM SIMD architecture is presented in this paper. There is a way to quickly remove the background of image and to improve the detection speed using NEON parallel technique. When we tested with INRIA Person Dataset, the proposed pedestrian detector improves the speed by 3.01 times than previous one.

쓰레기매립장의 침출수 누출 탐지를 위한 물리탐사법은 침출수의 전기전도도를 대상으로 한 전기탐사법이 주로 적용되어 왔다. 이 연구는 제주도에 위치한 비위생매립지를 대상으로 주변 수리지질환경 파악을 위한 전기비저항 탐사와 더불어 매립장 경계부와 토양층을 통한 침출수 누출 영역을 효율적으로 규명하기 위하여 다중주파수를 이용한 소형루프 전자탐사를 병행하여 수행하였으며, 아울러 오염지역의 천부 지하수 유동 방향을 추정하기 위하여 침출수의 유동에 의해 발생될 수 있는 자연전위를 모니터링 하였다. 전기비저항 탐사 및 자연전위 모니터링 결과 매립지 주변을 통한 침출수의 누출 가능성은 거의 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 주변 하천에서 정기적으로 실시한 수질 분석 결과와 일치된다. 또한 소형루프 전자탐사 자료에 대하여 공간 필터링 및 1차원 역산법을 적용한 결과 매립장 경계부의 위치 및 매립장 내부의 심도별 매립물에 의한 저비저항 이상대를 효과적으로 도출 할 수 있었다.

This study analyzed symbolically the win-win cooperation(or win-win growth) policies and laws of large and small business to Roland Barthes and Greimas's semiotics model, and suggested that the company win-win ecosystem(cooperation) and sanggeuk(competition) shoule from a mutual harmony and balance rather than being separated from eace other like yin(-) and yang(+) theory. The results of these studies, unlike the coexistence cooperation Promotion Law of large and small business is the original intent in the ecosystem of companies, there will also be acting as a regulatory rather to officials of large and small business. In this study, because it is limited to the analysis of large and small business win-win cooperation policies and laws, it must be supported in the future of the specific empirical research.

Aesthetic consciousness of the body determines the form of clothing, reflecting the time and culture as well as the individual and society. Using 'body' to analyze the clothing form, my study develops a framework by which to classify the representation and non-representation of the body in fashion. Theoretically, this study draws from Jean Baudrillard's Simulation theory which maintains that simulation develops the whole edifice of representation. My study substitutes the successive phases of the image to that of (non) representing body in fashion. The correspondences between them are; first, 'image is the reflection of a basic reality' for the representation of physicality, second, 'image masks and perverts a basic reality' for the manipulation of physicality, third, 'image masks the absence of a basic reality' for the absence of physicality, and fourth, 'image bears no relation to any reality whatever' for the absence of body in fashion. Aesthetic ideal of the body is visualized in the form of a dress. Fashion continues to explore forms and images that transcend the traditional representations of the clothed body. My study suggests a framework to analyze bodily representation in fashion, focusing on the relationship between the clothes and body.

About the phenomenon of being imaged of everything, the scholars of the humanities who had studied on the simple reason structure in a text have been in a big agony how accept it. Especially, semiologists have studied about this for a long time and the points at issues of Saussure, Peirce as well as Umbeto Eco are more outstanding. Being based upon his philosophic interesting from medieval esthetics to modern semiotics, Eco was very concerned about the field of general esthetics and poputar arts like television and cartoons. He connected the mutual open-relations between 'signifier' and 'signified' debated in Semiotics with the open and vague modern arts and regarding it as a deviation from the custom, intensively studied the film-media. Saussure is a representative figure of semiotics and explained Sign and the character of semiotics as the division into two parts such as signifier/ signified, form/ substance, langue/ parole, synchrony/ diachrony. The triadic semiotics (the theory that Sign is composed of the triadic structure like sign, referent and interpretant) of Peirce put the new item- 'interpretant' in sign and referent to connect them and open the possibility to introduce time in to the Sign. In this paper, I try to analyze a cartoon film in the semiotic structure with the systemic, reasonable and logical approach and analysis as as possible. While the images shown through a film were depended on the romantic and impressional judge in the past, due to semiotics, it' s quite possible to correlate the procedure of symbolization to social coherence so that we analyze the incredible power of images to suck audiences with the systemetic Sign. I accept all ot film-images including a cartoon film as not the simple esthetic arts but a social custom and system, want to serve as a aid to properly understand world and humanbeings and prevent the film-image from being mystic. A cartoon and a cartoon film which were begun with the link of a text and an illustration give shape to all of images such as materials, places and even thoughts with a cartoon icon existed in only a cartoon. A cartoon and a cartoon film simply and exquistely conceptualize the complex and vague attribute of an organic creature and extend them infinetly beyond language. However, it can be exploited as a mysticism to temptate the general public and a faking material. In addition to that, it can distort our world-knowledge engaging a political power and the massive power of mass media. In this paper, being based on semiotics to approach a cartoon film in a scientific and organic system, I conclude that a non-linguistic cartoon expression is entangled with the manifold signs and implies the supplementary meanings just like a regular linguistic expression. It remarks that the iconic images of a cartoon film are composed of the social codes and can be analyzed on grounds of a linguistic system.

Feeding traction loads from the public power system may lead to some current and voltage unbalance and consequently affects the operation of its energy-supply system and other equipment connected with it. This paper introduces an analysis of the current unbalance caused by the demands of an electric railway on a public power system. And the results with compensator and without compensator are simulated, and eventually the formula about the current unbalance is suggested. The Scott-connected transformer is adopted in Korea National Railway System. So Scott-connected transformer among the various transformer connection schemes is analyzed in this paper. Also, the formulas about the unbalance and compensating current can be derived by using two parameters(M-phase and T-phase current) of secondary Scott-connected transformer. So, the practical and accurate simulation can be done through dynamic models by using scheduling of traction.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of extended CT field of view (FOV) on PET/CT of Standardized uptake value (SUV) when imaging extends beyond the CT FOV. Materials and Methods: CT images were reconstructed at different FOV sizes (500 and 700 mm). Two sets of CT images were reconstructed from the CT projection data by using two FOV sizes. Twenty patients were used in this study. PET images were reconstructed using attenuation maps with 500 mm CT FOV and 700 mm extended CT FOV images. Region of interests (ROIs) drawn on the PET images. In addition, twenty patients' PET images reconstructed by 500 mm CT FOV and 700 mm extended CT FOV were compared with $SUV_{max}$. Results: When using attenuation maps with 700 mm extended CT FOV, the $SUV_{max}$ analysis of liver (p=0.000), lung (p=0.007), mediastinum (p=0.001) were statistically significant. Conclusions: 700 mm extended CT FOV helps to recover the true activity distribution in the PET emission data. In addition, 700 mm extended CT FOV has affected SUV measurement of liver, lung, mediastinum.
