진동을 정량화하기 위해서는 진동변위, 진동속도, 진동가속도 등의 척도를 사용하여 진동의 크기를 나타내고 있다. 또한 각 국가별로 지반조건 및 사회적 특성에 따라 진동척도의 단위가 통일되지 않았고, 각 단위에 대한 진동기준도 다양하게 설정되어 있는 실정이다. 본 기사에서는 진동변위, 진동속도, 진동가속도로 표현된 진동기준을 국외에서 연구 제시된 자료를 중심으로 고찰하였으며 각기 다른 척도 및 단위로 표현된 기준들을 통일된 단위인 진동수준으로 표현하였다. 국내에서도 점차 진동문제에 대한 인식이 늘어감에 따라 진동기준에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있는 시점에서 국내 실정에 적합하게 진동문제를 효과적으로 표현할 수 있으며, 현장에서 계측하고 평가하기에 편리한 진동 표현방법의 기준설정에 대한 기초적인 준비가 필요하다고 사료된다.

Nuclear power plant is a huge system with multidisciplinary technology. So, R & D prioritization is a not a simple task and the relative importance of each prioritization criterion is not well established. This study built a technology classification chart for nuclear power plant operation and maintenace, established the relative importance of prioritization criteria and assigned the relative importance of each technology at each level. Analytical Hierarchy Process was used for the prioritization and the result was validated with Consistency Index and outcomes of fields interview.

This paper shows a reasonable design standard of Demand Factor and Diversity Factor for buildings, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investicated electric equipment capacity, electric power consumption, etc. The saving of electric equipment investment, the decrease of power loss, the improvement of facilities utilization and the decrease of electric power rates, can be contributed by the application of the design standard. The recommended design standard must be applied by the revision of current regulations and laws.

고준위방사성페기물의 기준 처분시스템 (Reference Geological Disposal System)의 개념설정을 위하여 현재 국내 원전에서 발생되고 있거나 향후 2010까지 건설될 원전으로부터 발생될 모든 사용 후 핵연료연료의 특성(크기, 무게, 초기농축도, 연소도, 냉각기간 등)을 대표할 수 있는 기준 사용 후 핵연료를 선정하였다.

최근 미국, 영국, 일본 등 선진국들의 정상이 모이는 G7 회담 등에서 논의되고 있는 것들 중 정치적인 문제를 제외하고는 환경문제를 가장 많이 다룬다는 외신보도를 우리는 여러번 접한 바 있다. 산업혁명 후 산업의 끊임없는 발달은 인류에게 생활수준의 향상과 편리성을 도모해 준 반면 환경오염으로 인한 지구파멸이란 위기감을 또한 우리에게 주었다. 1900년 이후 급격한 산업발달에 따른 석탄, 석유등 화석연료의 급증은 대기와 수질오염 등을 야기시켜 마침내는 고농도로 인한 인체피해가 수차례 대두되게 되었으며 이에 따라 1960년 이후 각국에서는 국민 건강 보호를 위하여 나라별로 일정한 기준을 설정하여 대기수질 등 오염물질을 규제하기 시작하였다. 따라서 본 고에서는 여러가지 기준중 대기환경기준 설정에 관한 정확한 의미와 내용을 분석하고 아울러 환경기준 제정시 기초가 된 내용을 상세히 풀이하여 환경기준을 이해하고 이를 지켜 나가는데 도움이 되고자 하였다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the validity of midsagittal reference (MSR) planes constructed in maxillofacial 3D images. Methods: Maxillofacial computed tomography (CT) images were obtained in 36 normal occlusion individuals who did not have apparent facial asymmetry, and 3D images were reconstructed using a computer software. Six MSR planes (Cg-ANS-Ba, Cg-ANS-Op, Cg-PNS-Ba, Cg-PNS-OP, FH${\perp}$(Cg, Ba), FH${\perp}$(Cg, Op)) were constructed using the landmarks located in the midsagittal area of the maxillofacial structure, such as Cg, ANS, PNS, Ba and Op, and FH plane constructed with Po and Or. The six pairs of landmarks (Z, Fr, Fs, Zy, Mx, Ms), which represent right and left symmetry in the maxillofacial structure, were selected. Statistically significant differences of the right and the left measurements were examined through t-test, and the difference of the right and the left measurement was compared among the six MSR planes. Results: The distances from the right and the left landmarks in each pair to each MSR plane did not show a statistically significant difference. The reproducibility of the landmark identification was excellent. Conclusion: All the six planes constructed in this study can be used as a MSR plane in maxillofacial 3D analysis, particularly, the planes including Cg and ANS.

MODAPTS는 1966년 호주에서 MTM을 기초로 하여 개발되었으며, 이 시스템은 학습과 사용이 용이해서 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 본 논문의 연구결과, MODAPTS의 시간단위는 동작구간의 쇠대치를 기준으로 하고 MTM의 동작시간을 합성하여 설정된 것이 증명되었으며, MTM의 동작시간은 "낮은 과업 표준(Low Task Standard)"을 기준으로 하였기 때문에 MODAPTS는 그 정확성에 대하여 검증을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 "높은 과업 표준(High Task Standard)"을 기준으로 하여 설정된 WF를 기초로 하여 MODAPTS의 구성과 정확성에 대하여 분석하였으며, "High Task MODAPTS"의 동작시간을 설정하였다. "High Task MODAPTS"(약칭 HITMAP)는 WF에 대한 정확도가 95%이상으로서 성과급용 표준시간 설정에 충분하므로 생산활동의 생산성을 측정하고 개선하는데 이바지할 것으로 기대된다.하므로 생산활동의 생산성을 측정하고 개선하는데 이바지할 것으로 기대된다.

Sprayed fire resistive materials are mainly used at steel structures to satisfy fireproof construction standard. However, the regulations on bond strength have been not considered with the exception of structures in the nuclear power plants, although it is an important factor showing material properties. Therefore, this paper suggested guidelines for bond strength of sprayed fire resistive materials used in the substation, by measuring bond strength according to aging of structures and impact loading considering environment of substations. It is judged that the bond strength suggested in this paper is the minimum value because it was measured from specimens widely used.

In this study, the contents of the revised curriculum in 2007 for the area of 'Information Society and Information Technology' in 'Informatics subject matter for middle school have been analyzed. In addition, evaluation standards have been suggested based on the achievement standards, which have been detailed according to the analyzed results in the study. Since the suggested achievement and evaluation standards have been developed based on the revision of the curriculum, the results in this study are expected to be helpful especially in 2010 for teaching and learning activities such as setting up the educational objects for teaching and learning, developing evaluation methods, improving the teaching and learning methods, setting the level and range of teaching and learning area, and etc.
