The Organization Commitment and Perception of Human Resource Management by Employment Types of School Foodservice Employees (학교급식 직원의 고용유형에 따른 인적 자원 관리 활동에 대한 인식과 조직 몰입도)

  • As the foodservice industry is labor intensive, the efficient management of human resources is an essential element for improving operational efficiency. This study was designed to investigate the performance level of human resource management in self-operated school foodservices and to examine the relationship between human resource management, organizational commitment, and productivity. Whether these factors rated differently by employment and job types was also examined. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 dieticians and 240 cooks in Seongnam and Yongin. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, the t-test and multiple regression analysis were tested using Minitab. Human resource management practices rated highly in the dimension of employee training (3.51), followed by working environment (3.39), and turnover management (3.37). In contrast, reward management (1.73) and working condition (1.56) received the lowest score. Organizational commitment scored 3.65 points, and showed that dedication (3.82) was the highest score; however, self-esteem (3.50) was the lowest score. For human resource management, there were significant differences between employment types as full time workers (3.85) rated management more highly than part-time worker (3.43). Overall productivity was fairly high, especially in high school foodservices. Only the performance appraisal had an influence on organizational commitment (${\beta}$=0.292, P<0.05). Productivity was positively correlated with human resource management (r=0.432, P<0.001) and organizational commitment (r=0.36, P<0.01). In conclusion, school foodservices need to establish objective performance standards, and increase employee morale by enhancing reward systems and working conditions. In particular, irregular employees require training with job performance standards and given a proper reward program, depending on their performance, to improve organizational commitment.

  • A flower support was developed for real flower decoration automation production system using an ultrasonic wave sealer to automatically produce a system. Because a flower support for real flower decoration that was produced manually could not meet the needs of the consumers, this study developed an automated manufacturing system to increase productivity. A flower support for real flower decoration was constructed using a cap consisting of plastic and plate made from non-woven fabric. The guide was designed to transport the cap to the ultrasonic wave sealer and optimal guide was developed from the test according to the material and shape. To produce the entire system, the guides and accessories were weighed and appropriate motors and pulleys were calculated. Control of the automation production system was based on a PCB board, which increased the reliability and security, and a remote controller with manual and automatic modes was prepared. After development, tests of the transfer precision and repetition accuracy revealed an X-axis of 2.7mm, a Y-axis of 1 mm, and a repetition of 0 mm. The productivity was also checked. The automated machine worked 8 hours/day to make 35 supports and 70 Therefore, the automatic system produces 200% more output than manual work

An Analysis on the Revision Factors of Construction Cost Calculation Criteria through Field Survey of Waterproof Work (방수공사 현장시공실태에 따른 공사비산정기준 개정요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzed the major contents and results of revision through an analysis of the specifications and the field survey to revise the construction cost calculation criteria. The result of the survey found that the background processing difficulty was reduced due to an improvement of the quality level of the field floor, and the enhancement of the material's function brought a decrease in construction time and the application of various construction methods. In addition, the application of combined waterproofing methods using more than one material was increasing and the productivity differed according to the site and location. Based on these results, waterproof items were subdivided and applied to the composite construction method, and the input items were differentiated according to the material and construction method. The adequacy of the construction calculation criteria was ensured by presenting the criteria classified according to the construction area, and deleting the items that are not applicable and amending them to make them suitable for the specifications by reflecting the actual conditions of the construction on the site.

Isolation and Characterization of Cholesterol Degradation Bacteria from Korea Traditional Salt Fermented Flat Fish (가자미 식해로부터 콜레스테를 분해세균의 분리 및 특성)

  • In order to develop the Production and application of cholesterol oxidase, a cholesterol degradation bacteria which produces a remarkable amount of extracellular cholesterol oxidase has been isolated from Korea traditional salt fermented flat fish. The isolated strain was identified as a strain of Bacil1us sp. based on its morphological, physiological characteristics and cellular fatty acid compositions. Experiments were carried out to optimize the condition of cholesterol oxidase production using Bacillus sp. SFF34. Bacillus sp. SFF34 was shown to give the maximum yield of cholesterol oxidase in the medium containing 2.0% glucose, 0.5% yeast extract, 0.02% MgSO$_4$$.$7H$_2$O, 0.025% K$_2$HPO$_4$, 0.15% NH$_4$NO$_3$ and 0.2% cholesterol. The optimum culture conditions, temperature, initial pH and agitation speed were 30$^{\circ}C$, 7.0 and 150rpm respectively. The enzyme production reached a maximum level at 24 hrs of cultivation(2.42 U/ml).

  • 종이의 생산성을 향상 시키기 위한 방법에는 초지기의 광폭화오} 생산 속도의 증가 가 있다. 현재 초지기는 10m까지 생산 폭이 확대 되었고, 생산 속도에 있어서는 최 신 설비의 경우 2,OOOm/min로 설계 되고 있다. 따라서 생산 폭과 속도의 증가는 이 전의 소폭과 저속의 생산 셜비에서와 동일한 원료 배합과 생산 관리로는 최적의 생 산 효율을 달성하는데 문제점이 있다. 그러므로 현재 각국의 신규 제지 설비에 적 용되 고 있는 twin wire system역 시 생 산 속도의 증가를 극복하고 기 존의 fourdrinier s system 이 지니고 있는 문제점을 극복하기 위해 도입되었다. 두 가지의 생산 설비에서 제조된 종이의 가장 큰 차이점은 미세 입자들의 분포와 종이의 구조적 특성에 있다. 특히 fourdrinier system에서 미세 입자들의 분포는 횡단 면을 기준으로 볼 때 표면에서 와이어 면으로 진행됨에 따라 급격히 감소된다는 것 을 알 수 있다. 이러한 사실은 주지하는 바와 같이 초지 형성부에서 효과적인 탈수 를 달성하기 위해 부착되어 있는 여러가지 탈수 장치들의 영향으로 와이어 방향으 로만 급격한 탈수가 일어나기 때문이다. 그러나 twin wire system 2.! gap former어$\mid$ 있 어서 미세 섬유와 충전제가 횡단면상에서 분포하는 형태는 "U"자 형태로 상면과 하 면에서 가장 높은 미세분의 분포를 나타내고 줄간층에는 상대적으로 낮은 미세분이 분포하고 있을을 알수 있다. 따라서 종이의 중간층 미세분 분포의 감소는 섬유간 표면적의 감소를 의미하고 이로 인하여 결합력이 약해진다는 것을 알 수 있다. 특 히 도공 원지로 사용되었을 경우 heat off-set 인쇄시 블리스터와 같은 문제점을 일 으키기도 한다. 앞서 언급한 바와 같이 종이의 제조 설비에 따라 제조되는 종이의 구조적 특성이 변하게 되므로 동일한 도공 공정에 적용 되었을 경우 이들로부터 제 조된 도공지의 특성에도 영향을 미칠것으로 예측된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 두 가지 초지기의 형태에서 제조된 원지가 도공 작업성과 도공지의 특성에 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰코자 하였다.대해 고찰코자 하였다.

  • Among the currently available binder specifications, Superpave Performance Grade asphalt specification is regarded as a superior specification on its theoretical background as well as pavement performance relationship. Many difficulties are expected; however, for Superpave implementation in Korea because of heavy burden of equipment cost as well as lack of trained personnel in asphalt industry, which may too much barrier to overcome in Korean situation. As an effort to improve qualify of asphalt binder, recently, people discuss about a possibility of constituting a performance-based asphalt specification using rather easy-to-measure asphalt properties. The objective of this paper is to determine the possibility of constituting a performance-based asphalt specification using an empirical asphalt properties, such as penetration ring and ball softening point rather than using fundamental properties of asphalt. Nine straight asphalts, that covers entire straight asphalt from all Korean refineries, and eighteen modified asphalts that were modified from two modifiers were included in the study. An analysis was made through a comparison between empirical properties and Superpave PG criteria. This study concluded that it may possible to constitute a pseudo-Superpave-like specification using an empirical asphalt properties as a specification criteria. Therefore, more systematic research is needed to constitute the asphalt specification.

  • This study aimed to develop non-sintered cement that could replace portland cement which emits large amount of carbon dioxide during firing process. For this purpose, ground granulated blast furnace slag, type c fly ash and slaked lime were used. In addition, through the experimental results, the characteristics of the non-sintered cement binders according to the mixing ratios will be identified, and the utilization plans for the precast concrete products will be presented. In this experiment, non-sintered cement binders using industrial by-products were prepared to compare the flexural strength and compressive strength of each of the 3, 7 and 28 days. As a result, the results satisfy the KS of the target product proposed in this study. Therefore, this study presents the possibility of using precast concrete products by developing non-sintered cement binders using industrial by-products.

Analysis on Work and Labor Productivity in Elementary School Foodservice Systems (초등학교 급식의 작업분석과 생산성에 관한 연구)

  • This study was carried out to investigate work analysis and productivity of school foodservice systems through Questionnaire. The subjects Participated in this survey were 342 cook who engaged in school foodservice. The results were as follows : Average number of meal produced by a cook was 114 meals and 85 meals in conventional and commissary foodservice, respectively. Average lead time per meal were 7.65 and 9.37 minutes in conventional and commissary foodservice. It was no significant in average lead time per meal before noon were 2.86 and 3.35 minutes, as working time before dining and total working time of commissary foodservice required more time than conventional foodservice in conventional and commissary foodservice.

  • 프레스는 끼임재해가 많이 발생하는 위험 기계로 방호장치의 사용이 필수적이다. 현재 광전자식 방호장치가 널리 보급되어 설치되고 있으나 프레스의 가공 작업시 발생하는 진동으로 인하여 방호장치의 고장이나 오작동이 많아서 사용에 불편함을 초래하고 있다. 이러한 불편함뿐만 아니라 생산성 등의 이유로 발스위치를 사용하고 있는데, 방호장치를 사용하지 않는 상태에서 손으로 작업하다가 재해가 많이 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 프레스에서의 끼임 재해예방을 위해 방호장치의 사용을 독려하고 이를 위한 기존 방호장치의 진동문제 개선을 위한 방안과 신규 방호장치의 도입을 위한 안전인증기준안을 제시하고 기술적인 문제를 검토하여 대책을 마련하고자 하였다.

Use of Open Source Software Development Tools in Stages (공개 software 개발 도구들의 단계적 활용)

  • Software 개발 과정 전체에 걸쳐서 적절한 도구의 활용은 개발의 품질과 생산성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 수단이다. 근래에는 상용 도구들 뿐 아니라 공개 (open source) software 기반의 개발 도구들도 많이 나와 있다. 그러나 이러한 도구들의 실제 활용률은 높은 편이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 많은 공개 software 기반의 개발 도구들 중에서 사용 빈도가 높고 우수한 도구들을 선정하여 그 도구들의 유형을 일반과 embedded software 용으로 분류하고, 일반 software 용 개발 도구들을 3 단계로 나누어 점진적으로 도입하는 기준을 제시한다.
