Chesbrough는 개방형 혁신이 촉진될수록 기업의 성과가 높아진다고 밝힌 바 있다. (Chesbrough 2006). 그리고 Laursen 외 (2006)는 영국 제조업 분석에서 기술집약도와 개방형 혁신의 폭이 역U형의 관계가 있다고 실증분석을 통해서 밝힌 바 있다. 그리고 윤진효 외(2008)도 한국의 성서 및 구미 클러스터 기업들을 대상으로 한 개방형 혁신과 성과간의 관계 실증분석에서 일반적으로 개방형 혁신이 커질수록 기업성과가 향상된다고 밝힌 바 있다. 그런데 Laursen 외 (2006)의 Working paper나 윤진효 외(2008) 모두 OECD 등의 기준에 의해 기업의 개방형 혁신과 성과간의 관계가 첨단산업과 비첨단산업별로 상이하게 나타나고 있음을 밝힌 바 있다. 본 연구는 부정확한 산업분류를 정교화하여 연구개발 집약도별로 기업군을 나누고 동 군별로 개방형 혁신과 기업성과간의 관계를 한국 기업들을 대상으로 실증 분석하고자 한다. 가설검증을 통해서 연구개발 집약도에 따라, 개방형 혁신과 기업성과간의 관계를 규명하고 기업의 개방형 기술혁신 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 우리나라 기업집단이 갖는 현황과 특징을 여러 각도에서 살펴보았으며, 기업집단을 둘러싼 논쟁 중 중요한 쟁점인 기업집단의 생산구조 및 다변화가 기업집단의 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적인 분석을 시도하였다. 30대기업집단이 광공업부문에서 차지하는 비중은 그동안 변화가 있었지만 최근 들어 조금 높아지고 있으며, 상위기업집단과 하위기업집단간의 격차도 확대되고 있어 경제력집중 문제가 소수의 상위기업집단의 문제로 압축되는 경향이 나타나고 있다. 30대기업집단 가운데서도 상위집단은 산업규모가 크고 성장속도가 빠른 산업에 중점적으로 진출해 있는 반면, 중 하위집단은 산업규모는 크지만, 성장이 상대적으로 정체되어 있는 부문에서 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 30대기업집단은 다양한 산업 시장에 진출해 있어 다변화가 크게 진전되어 있으며, 개별 상품시장에서도 높은 시장지위를 차지하고 있다. 규모가 큰 시장일수록 기업집단의 참여가 많으며, 규모가 작은 시장에서는 참여 기업집단이 독점적 위치를, 규모가 큰 시장에서는 시장을 분점하고 있는 경향이 있다. 실증분석에 의하면 기업 및 기업집단의 성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 노동장비율, 노동의 질 등 생산측면의 요인이며, 시장력 및 시장구조, 다변화 등이 기업집단의 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지는 판단하기 어렵다. 기업집단의 규모와 기업집단의 성과간에는 특별한 관계가 성립하고 있지 않지만, 개별기업 수준에서는 기업규모가 클수록 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기업의 대형화는 촉진시키되 기업집단 계열기업간의 연결관계를 단절하고자 하는 현재의 경제력집중 대책방향이 적절하다는 점을 시사한다. 기업공개는 기업집단의 소유분산에 기여하는 동시에, 기업의 규모확대를 촉진하는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 이로부터 기업공개의 촉진이 경제력집중 대책의 유용한 수단일 수 있다는 결론을 도출할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 사회적기업육성법에 의해 인증 받은 한국의 사회적 기업을 대상으로 사회적 기업 운영자 및 주요 경영진의 마케팅 지향성((1) 고객지향성, (2) 경쟁자 지향성 (3) 부서간 유효성)이 기업의 경영성과((1) 재무성과 (2) 사업성과 (3) 조직효과성 )에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고자 한다. 사회적 기업은 수익성과 공공성을 동시에 추구하는 목적을 가지고 있기 때문에 일반적 의미의 기업이라 보기 어렵다. 무엇보다도 이윤의 극대화가 제한되기 때문이다. 또한 현재 사회적 기업에 대한 접근이 복지적 측면에서 많이 이루어지고 있는 것도 사실이다. 그러나 현대적 의미의 사회적 기업은 일정부분 일반기업과 경쟁해야 하기 때문에 스스로의 경쟁력을 갖추어야만 지속성을 유지할 수 있으며 사회적 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 사회적 기업이 일정한 수익성을 지속적으로 추구하지 못하는 경우 정부의 재정 부담이 증가하여 사업의 지속성이 어려움에 빠지게 될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회적 기업의 마케팅 지향성에 따른 경영성과를 실증 분석해 봄으로써 사회적 기업이 가져야할 무형자산인 마케팅지향적 사고 및 행위에 대한 시사점을 도출해 보고자 한다.

This study analyzes whether there are differences in the level of compensation and pay-performance sensitivity between venture firms and non-venture firms listed on KOSDAQ. To test the above mentioned purpose, this study uses 726 firm-year data listed on KOSDAQ from 2006 to 2009. The results are as follow: First, we find that managers' compensation level of venture firms are higher than non-venture firms. Second, pay-stock performance sensitivity is higher than pay-accounting performance sensitivity in venture firms. Overall, because venture firms give a lot of stock-option to managers, compensation level of venture firms is higher than other firms. Also, venture firms set higher pay-stock performance sensitivity than pay-accounting performance sensitivity to mitigate short-sighted decision.

The Korean semiconductor industry is the top export item, and its technological prowess is also higher than that of its competitors. However, the technology gap with rivals will narrow. And the semiconductor industry is facing difficulties due to trade friction. Therefore, semiconductor firms should be more efficient in their production. we study analyzes the efficiency semiconductor firms using DEA model. We evaluate the CCR, BBC efficiency and RTS(return to scale) of 30 Korean semiconductor firms. There are a total of 13 efficient DMUs with a BCC of 1. There are a total of 6 efficient DMUs with a CCR of 1. A total of 10 DMUs were IRS in Scale Efficiency and a total of 9 DMUs were CRS in Scale Efficiency and a total of 11 DMUs were DRS in Scale Efficiency. We also suggest the semiconductor firms which can be benchmarked based on analyzed information.

This study analyzes how the environmental-friendly logistics activities impact on both environmental performance which is the result of sustainable development and business performance which is one of basic achievement of commercial company. It has been researched especially focusing on manufacturing-based company. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, it has been proven that environment-friendly storage and cargo handling, management and policy factors significantly affect environmental performance. And environment-friendly production, management, policy factors significantly affect the company's business performance.

This study examines the effect of deviant strategies on corporate value and future performance by departing from the same strategy as other firms in the same industry. Business strategy affects the development and growth potential of a firm and becomes an important factor in determining future performance and corporate value. Business strategies differ according to industrial characteristics, and a firm that implements a heterogeneous strategy within the same industry may have different future performance or corporate value compared to other firms. This study analyzed listed firms from 2011 to 2019 in order to verify the effect of strategic deviation on the relationship between future performance or corporate value. The analysis results are as follows. First, strategic deviation was found to have a positive (+) effect on corporate value, but it was found to have a negative (-) effect on future performance and also affect the persistence of performance. These results are meaningful in examining the effect of strategic deviation on corporate value or future performance and performance persistence by classifying strategies in prior studies and expanding the results that the type of strategy affects corporate value and future performance.

IT 벤처기업은 자본 대비 높은 수익성을 가지므로 지식기반 산업환경에서 많은 투자자들의 집중적인 관심을 받고 있다. 이러한 IT 벤처기업의 효율성을 평가하기 위한 방안으로, DEA 와 데이터마이닝 기법을 통합하는 방안을 제시하였다. 국내 코스닥 상장 기업 가운데 IT 에 주력하고 있는 벤처기업들을 대상으로 본 연구에서 제시한 효율성 평가방법을 적용 하였다. 대표적인 비모수적 분석기법인 Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)를 이용하여 연구대상 기업들을 효율기업 및 비효율기업으로 구분한 후, DEA 의 효율성을 설명하는 모형을 logit 을 이용하여 구축하였다. DEA 는 기업의 상대적인 효율성을 측정하는 데에서 우수하지만, 효율성 정도를 설명하는 모형의 구축에는 한계가 있다. 이를 보완한 DEA 의 결과를 logit 과 통합한 효율성 모형에 대해서 데이터 마이닝 기법인 logit, 판별분석, Support Vector Machine(SVM) 등을 적용하여 IT 벤처기업의 효율성을 사전에 예측하여 평가 및 투자에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 중소기업 CEO의 사내 기업가정신이 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는 데 있다. 중소기업은 창업부터 성장하기까지 많은 위험요소에 노출되어 있으며 이러한 위험요소를 체계적으로 관리하고 극복하는 노하우를 쌓아 잘 활용하였을 때 경쟁시장에서 생존할 수 있다. 즉, CEO의 미래지향적이며, 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 성향과, 위험 감수적인 기업가적 정신이 사업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정하에 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해, 사내 기업가정신의 주요 구성요소를 '혁신성', '진취성', '위험감수성'을 독립변수로 하였고 사업성과를 종속변수로 설정하였으며, 선행연구를 기반으로 커뮤니케이션 스타일을 매개변수 채택하여 변수 간의 관계를 실증적 분석을 통하여 검증하고자 한다. 중소기업 CEO를 대상으로 하는 사내 기업가정신의 선행 연구 논문을 바탕으로, CEO가 강사인 대상으로 차별화하여 분석하고자 하였다. 또한 사내 기업가정신과 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 사업성과에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하여 사내 기업가정신의 중요성을 밝히고자 한다. CEO의 역량과 능력이 기업의 사업성과 향상에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하고, 강사가 CEO인 중소기업을 대상으로 강사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 조직 구성원과 사업성과 향상을 이끌어 내기 위한 참고자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.

The high-technological in the electric and electronic industries is recognized in overseas markets as well. However, the competition for technologies in these industries is increasing. Therefore, electric and electronic firms should be more efficient in their production. so, This paper analyzes the efficiency of High-growth Electrical and Electronics firms using DEA model. We evaluate the CCR, BBC efficiency and RTS(return to scale) of 20 Korean high-growth Electrical and Electronics firms. There are a total of 12 efficient DMUs with a BCC of 1. There are a total of 4 efficient DMUs with a CCR of 1. A total of 11 DMUs were IRS in Scale Efficiency and a total of 6 DMUs were CRS in Scale Efficiency and a total of 3 DMUs were DRS in Scale Efficiency. We also suggest the Electrical and Electronics firms which can be benchmarked based on analyzed information.
