In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, various universities' corporate field application education models are being presented. In particular, along with new teaching methods, various educational models for customized education of many companies are being studied, increasing their usability. Research on project-oriented teaching methods for competencies required in the field of business is the most developed field in recent years. In this study, we intend to propose a case-oriented curriculum model that applies the project-oriented teaching method to the requirements of these companies. In particular, we design an industry-oriented curriculum model through a companycustomized education model for blockchain and web developers, and suggest the direction of development focusing on examples of the operation process. The model through this case was designed and operated as a curriculum model suitable for the field through in-depth interviews with industries, etc.

집합식 교육의 대안으로서 최근 기업 환경에서 인식되고 있는 인재육성 방법이 바로 e-러닝이다. 이는 비즈니스와 정보기술 분야에서 나타나던 디지털 혁명의 영향력이 교육에서도 그 반향을 일으킨 것으로써, 교육의 틀 자체를 급속한 변화에 대처할 수 있도록 바꾸어 놓은 것이다. 과거처럼 획일적인 교육방법과 지식을 제공하는 대신에, e-러닝은 학습자가 다양한 학습환경 및 자원에 자유롭게 접근할 수 있게 함으로써 새로운 학습 경험을 할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.

본 논문에서는 기업교육에 있어서 e-Learning을 효과적으로 실현하기 위해 Information Filtering을 제안하고자 한다. 사용자 profile에 기반하여 지식 경영상 시스템을 기업교육에 도입함으로써 정보 검색 시 term space에서 모든 단어를 vector로 나타내어, 사용자 profile과 비교 측정하여 다음 유사한 측정을 통해서 원하는 정보 문서를 사용자에게 제공한다. Information Filtering의 도입으로 사용자의 흥미 변화에 맞춰 다이나믹하게 공급되는 학습 문서속에서 기업을 위한 e-Learning으로 경영성과를 높이는 하나의 전력을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of entrepreneurship experience and education on entrepreneurship intention, and to test the moderating effect of gender on these relationships. To test the hypothesis, we used GETR(Global Entrepreneurship Trend Report) data that was collected by Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation and was consisted of 40,388 data collected from 2,000 people in 20 countries. First, entrepreneurship experience and entrepreneurship education have significant influence on entrepreneurship intention. Second, gender moderating effects on these relationships were found to have a significant effect on the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention. Specifically, the positive effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention was found to be stronger for women than for men. Finally, the analysis of the three-way interaction effect of the social protection confirmed that the positive relationship between entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial intention was stronger for women than for men, and this effect was found to be higher in the high social protection group. In other words, women with entrepreneurial experience are more likely to increase their entrepreneurial intentions when they are more aware of social protection than men.

The purpose of the research is to investigate the perception of corporate and e-Learning institute on ubiquitous society and learning environment in the context of human resource development. In addition, the study aims to analyze their recognition of u-Learning's components into the level of significance and actualization. The total of 118 institutes were participated in the research survey among the 144 e-learning certified institutes from the Ministry of Labor. The research includes the results of survey and implications on the area of human resource development.

This Study was to conducted in order to suggest future direction for reorganization of Suwon ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Women's High School as a vocational high school. The purpose of this Study was to provide suggestions for the Suwon ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ women's high school through workforce demand of electric-electronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province and SWOT Analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the high school need to work out a educational strategy geared to workforce demand of region based electric-eElectronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province for students' employment. Second, the following two approaches are recommended for curriculum development to meet region based electric-eElectronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province for students' employment. (1) School curriculum development that is geared to a enterprise for students' employment. Demand of the enterprise is reflected when curriculum is developed under cooperation between school and enterprise. Specific knowledge, attitude and skills is emphasized to students according to demand of the enterprise. (2) school curriculum development that is geared to industry for students' employment. Demand of the electric-electronic-communication industry in Gyeonggi Province is reflected when curriculum is developed under cooperation between school and the electric-electronic-communication industry. Broader knowledge, attitude and skills is emphasized to students for the industry.

해외에서는 교육/훈련 영역에서도 최신 정보기술과 아웃소싱을 통해 기업들이 교육/훈련에 대한 투자로부터 더 많은 성과를 높일 수 있도록 하는 새로운 접근방법이 시도되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 새로운 접근 방법의 도입을 통한 효과성 향상을 위해서는 해당 기업의 상황에 맞게 적절히 활용할 수 있도록 하는 비즈니스 목적과의 연계, 성과측정, 니즈 세분화 등을 수행하여야 하며, 관계 나침반 같은 프레임워크를 활용하여 핵심 교육/훈련 프로세스에서 회사의 전략에 부합하는 혁신을 달성할 수 있도록 아웃소싱 업체와의 관계 형성을 하여야 한다.
