새로운 천년(millenium)을 바로 앞둔 현시점의 기업 경영 패러다임으로 지식 경영(Knowledge management)의 물결이 사회 각 분야에 일고 있다. 여기서 패러다임이란 `Way of thinking about` 또는 `way of doing`이며, 새로운 천년을 맞이하는 기업과 경영자에게 생각하는 방법과 행동의 변화를 요구하고 있다. 이러한 경영 환경하에서 원자력산업 교육은 지식 창출의 원천인 사람, 즉 인적 자원(human resource)의 고가치화에 있어 그 역할의 혁신이 강조되고 있다.

전주대학교 '궁중약(藥)고추장' (사업단장 신정규)은 지난 2004년 ‘교과과정과 연계된 현장학습을 통한 우수한 실무 인력 양성’을 목적으로 하여 설립된 학교기업이다. '궁중약(藥)고추장'의 주 상품인 약고추장은 전주대학교 전통음식 문화전공에서 우리나라 고조리서에 기록된제법을 바탕으로 현대인이 입맛에 맞게 재현한 고추장으로 학생들과 교수진이 함께 연구를 통해 탄생시킨 우수상품이다.

This study examines the effects of in-company English programs on Korean employees' English learning. During the twelve weeks, 68 employees in Korea engaged in an English learning program in the workplace. Before and after the program, pre- and post-tests were conducted to see if their English proficiency improved. Pre- and post-surveys and interviews were also administered to understand how they perceived the program. Results show that the employees improved their English oral proficiency and their attitudes toward English learning positively changed, as a result of participating in the program. Also, the program appeared to be successful, meeting their needs. Given that little research has investigated the effects of in-company English learning, this study provides insights on the effectiveness of English programs in the workplace in Korea.

This study validate effectiveness of Online Entrepreneurship Education based on PBL(Problem-based Learning) and flipped learning. This study reveals online education of entrepreneurship based on PBL and flipped learning method has positive effect on personal entrepreneurship, will to be an entrepreneur, and problem-solving skills. First, the results show that entrepreneurship education based on PBL and flipped learning can improve entrepreneurship more than a previous learning method. Second, PBL and flipped learning based online education affects will to be an entrepreneur in positive way. Experimental group who experienced problem solving activity and flipped learning has more will to be entrepreneur than control group who takes previous learning method. Lastly, PBL and flipped learning method based entrepreneurship education also has positive effect on personal problem-solving techniques. This results show that online entrepreneurship education based on PBL and flipped learning has positive impacts on entrepreneurship, will to be an entrepreneur, and improving problem-solving skills significantly.
