본 연구에서는 SCM를 통해 기업이 추진하는 목표들이 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위해서 파트너십이 실시간기업의 특성요인인 민첩성 및 기업내부 가시성과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공급사슬 기업의 파트너십 (몰입, 신뢰, 상호의존성)이 민첩성 및 기업내부 가시성을 매개하여 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 둘째, 민첩성과 기업내부 가시성이 BSC 네 가지 관점인 학습 및 성장관점, 내부 프로세스관점, 고객관점, 재무관점에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, BSC 네 가지 관점간의 인과관계를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실증연구에서는 공급사슬관리를 실행하고 있는 실시간 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 온라인과 오프라인을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 최종적으로 82개의 표본을 분석에 사용하였다. 이러한 실증결과는 SCM과 RTE를 추구하는 기업의 실무자들과 연구자들에게 많은 시사점을 제공하리라 여겨진다.

기업의 소유구조와 기업가치에 미치는 영향에 관하여는 기존의 많은 선행 연구에서 분석되고 논의되어 왔으나, 일반 제조업과는 상이한 업종상 회계상 특성을 가진 건설기업의 경영성과를 소유구조에 따라 구분하고, 그 성과를 일반 제조기업과 비교한 연구는 미진하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국기업의 주요 지분율의 증감과 경영성과와의 동질성여부, 소유구조에 따른 제조기업과 건설기업과의 성과 차이, 건설기업중 소유경영자와 전문경영자간 성과 관계에 대하여 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외국인 지분율의 증가는 기업의 미래 성장성(MTB)에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 반면 내부 및 외국인의 지분율의 증가는 기업의 효율적 운영과 동질적 상호 작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 건설 및 제조기업에 있어서 주요 지분율의 증감은(내부 지분율, 외국인 지분율, 기관투자자 지분율) 기업 경영성과 측정 지표인 MTB, ROA에 대하여 업종간 차이를 보여주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 건설기업에 있어서, 기업의 미래 성장 가능성은 전문경영자가 경영하였을 경우가 소유경영자가 경영하였을 때보다 높은 반면 얼마나 기업을 효율적으로 운영하였는가를 측정하는 ROA지표는 상이한 결과를 산출하지 못하였다.

Today, TQM is used as a important tool of management innovation for enterprise's competitive power. Purposes of this paper are to find out the implementation strategy of TQM activities for SMEs through the analysis which examine the relationship between key activity factors and business performance. This study has been conducted using the data collected from 116 SMEs implementing TQM activity. By analyses of the questionnaires, empirical results shows that TQM activities has positive effect on business performance. The contribution of this study is that it provides a conceptual framework and empirical evidence of the causal relationship between key activity factors and business performance. The result of this study can be used for selection of the performance measurement indicators for target achievement in TQM activity. And it will contribute for objectivity of activity performance in case of displaying measurement indicator showing the performance of TQM activity.

This study tests four hypotheses on management performance of environment-friendly firms. The hypotheses are that i) environment-friendly firms are lower management performance than general firms, ii) high cost environment-friendly firms are lower management performance than lower cost ones, small and medium environment-friendly firms lower management performance than large ones, and long-term environment-friendly firms higher management performance than short-term ones. The major findings are that the first hypothesis is not supported at the 5% significance level and the second one is also not supported at the 10% significance level. The third one is supported in terms of stability since large firms are more stable small and medium ones at the 5% significance level. The last one is not supported since short-term environment-friendly firms are more stable than long-term ones in the 10% significance level.

본 논문의 목적은 안전성과와 경영성과의 영향관계를 체계적으로 설명할 수 있는 모형을 개발하고, 근로자수 300인 이상인 기업 43개와 300인 미만인 30개 기업을 구분해서 개발한 모형을 실증적으로 분석함으로써 모델의 타당성을 분석하는데 있다. 안전성과에 대한 변수는 노동부산하의 한국산업안전공단에서 집계한 재해자 수와 근로손실일 수를 선정하였으며, 경영성과에 대한 자료는 (주)한국신용정보와 (주)매일경제에서 출간하는 상장기업분석자료를 근거로 하여 1인당매출액을 선정하고 조절변수로 사용된 노무비, 경비, 부채비율, 수출비중을 업계평균에 비해 상대적으로 높고 낮은 정도를 높은 기업은 1, 낮은 기업은 0의 값을 지정하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 기업의 특성요인들에 따라 안전성과가 경영성과에 미치는 영향이 다르다는 본 연구의 이론적 모델은 근로자 수가 300인 이상인 국내 대기업의 경우에는 그 타당성을 지닌다고 볼 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to find a cause of economic performance differences among industries. For this purpose, several hypothesis are established and tested (1) Whether the firm's capability and performance are different among industries\ulcorner (2) Whether the firm's management resources affects the performance are different among industries\ulcorner (3) Whether the firm's performances are different between high performance group and low performance group in same industry\ulcorner The results of this study are (1) the level of firm's capability and performance are different and (2) the management resources which affect the performance are different according the industry. And (3) the management resources are different according to the firm's performance level in same industry.

본 연구에서는 품질분임조활동이 기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향정도를 실증분석 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 품질분임조 도입에 따른 성과분석과 품질분임조 활동의 효율성을 분석하여 품질분임조 활동이 기업성과에 미치는 실제적인 효과를 파악하고자 하며 분임조 활동과 기업경영성과의 관계성을 파악한 결과를 바탕으로 경영층의 적극적 지원 활동을 유도함으로써 품질분임조 활동을 장려함과 동시에 기업경영성과에 도움을 주고자 한다.

This study analyzes how the environmental-friendly logistics activities impact on both environmental performance which is the result of sustainable development and business performance which is one of basic achievement of commercial company. It has been researched especially focusing on manufacturing-based company. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, it has been proven that environment-friendly storage and cargo handling, management and policy factors significantly affect environmental performance. And environment-friendly production, management, policy factors significantly affect the company's business performance.

이 연구에서는 "민간기업의 정보화에 소요되는 자원을 제공하여 수혜기업의 경영성과와 이를 통한 연관산업의 경쟁력 증대를 도모하는 정보화 분야의 정책적인 기업지원서비스"를 "기업지원 정보 서비스"로 정의하고, 기존 공급자 중심의 사업목표 달성여부의 평가를 위한 평가지표 개발연구에서 벗어나, 중장기적 관점에서 기업지원 정보서비스 활용요인과 성과에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서비스 활용요인을 기업지원서비스 품질(정보, 서비스, 시스템)과 조직특성(정보기술자원의 성숙도, 조직문화)차원으로, 기업성과 차원을 정보 지향성(Information Orientation)개념과 경영성과 요인으로 구성하여 기업지원 정보서비스의 활용과 기업 성과의 영향관계 살펴보고자 하였다. 실증연구는 산업정보지원센터의 서비스를 활용하고 있는 186개의 기업체 표본을 수집하여, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석한 결과 설정한 모든 경로가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 특히 서비스 품질과 조직문화가 활용수준에 큰 효과를 보이고 있으며, 정보지향성이 경영성과를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 정보화 분야의 기업지원 서비스 정책 수립 방향과 개별기업의 전략적 정보 기술 활용을 위한 주요한 시사점을 주고 있다.

Purposes of this paper are to find out the implementation strategy of TPM activities for SMEs through the analysis which examine the relationship between key activity factors and business performance. TPM activity has been playing a important role to strengthen the competitive power of the enterprises through the optimization of equipment management and maintenance. This study has been conducted using the data collected from 124 SMEs propelling TPM activity. By analyses of the questionnaires, empirical results shows that TPM activities has positive effect on business performance. The contribution of this study is that it provides a conceptual framework and empirical evidence of the causal relationship between key activity factors and business performance. The result of this study can be used for selection of the performance measurement indicators for target achievement in TPM activity. And it will contribute for objectivity of activity performance in case of displaying measurement indicator showing the performance of TPM activity.
