소비자의 욕구변화와 정보기술의 발전으로 정보경제시대, 신경제시대가 도래함에 따라 가치사슬이 변화하고, 새로운 가치를 창출하는 신산업이 등장하고 있다. 인터넷의 확산과 더불어 선으로부터의 자유, 개인성, 즉시성이 가능한 모바일 비즈니스가 우리나라에서도 태동하고 있다. 모바일 비즈니스는 금융업체, 정보제공업체, 통신망 운용업체, 최종이용자간의 새로운 가치의 결합이 특징이며, 막 흐름이 만들어지고 발전되고 있는 상황이다. 이와 같이 다양한 이해관계자가개입하고 있어 협력이 특히 강조되고 또 요구되고 있다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 이들간의 관계에 대한 연구가 미흡한 편이다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 비즈니스를 주도하고 있는 통신망 제공업체와 모바일 컨텐츠 공급 파트너간의 조직간 협력관계에 대한 실증 연구를 수행하였다. 관계마케팅, 거래비용, 자원기반관점, 네트워크 이론 등 기업간 관계를 기술, 설명, 예측하는 주요이론에서 논의되고 있는 개념을 바탕으로 본 연구는 컨텐츠 공급파트너의 전략적 성과에 영향을 주는 연구 모형을 제시한다. 최근 중요성이 더 강조되고 있는 항목은 신뢰와 결속임을 감안하여, 매개변수로써 전략적 성과에 영향을 주는 주요한 요소로 신뢰와 결속을 제시하고 있다. 컨텐츠 제공업체의 전략적 성과는 서비스제공업체에 대한 신뢰와 결속에 큰 영향을 받고있다는 점을 반영하고 있다. 한편 신뢰에 영향을 주는 독립변수로는 서비스 제공업체에 대한 평판, 서비스제공업체와 컨텐츠 제공 파트너간의 상호의사소통, 그리고 업무처리의 절차에 대한 공정성을 제시하고 있다 결속에 영향을 미치는 독립변수로는 동의된 목표, 업무정보교류, 거래특유자산의 3개의 변수를 선정하였다. 독립, 매개, 종속변수간의 9개의 연구 가설을 수립하였다. 국내의 주도적인 이동통신망소유업체에 모바일 컨텐츠를 공급하고 있는 170여개의 파트너를 대상으로 실증연구를 수행했다. 공변량 구조분석을 위주로 분석한 연구의 결과에 의하면 본 연구의 모델은 충분한 적합성을 보여주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가설의 상당수가 채택이 되었다. 그러나 모바일 비즈니스의 기업간관계의 실제측면을 나타내는 업무정보교류와 결속자의 관계의 유의하지 않게 나와 기각되었다. 기각에 대한 여러 가지의 해석이 가능하지만 측정의 신뢰성을 확보해야 하고 개념의 타당성을 더 엄격하게 준수할 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 연구는 조직이론에 근거한 변수를 채택하고 있으나 모바일 비즈니스의 생명주기특성상 태동기이기 때문에 기업간 관계를 연구하는 측면에서는 탐험적 연구성격이 강하다. 더 나아가 본 산업의 주된 연구가 질적이고 기업내부만을 연구했던 것에 비교하면 시초적이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 관계마케팅, CRM 등의 이론적 배경이 되고 있는 신뢰와 결속의 중요성이 재확인하는 결과도 의의라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 신뢰는 양사 간의 상호관계에서 조성될 수 있는 특성을 가진 반면, 결속은 계약관계 초기단계에서 성문화하고 규정화 할 수 있는 변수의 성격이 강하다고 할 수가 있다. 본 연구는 복잡한 기업간 관계를 지나치게 협력적 측면에서만 규명했기 때문에 많은 측면을 간과할 가능성이 있다. 또한 방법론적으로 일방향의 시각만을 고려했고, 횡단적 조사를 통하고 국내의 한 서비스제공업체와 관련이 있는 컨텐츠 공급파트너만의 시각을 검증했기 때문에 해석에서 유의할 필요가 있다. 또한 타당성확보 노력을 기하였지만 측정도구 면에서 엄격한 개발과정을 준수하지는 못했다. 향후에는 모바일 컨텐츠 파트너의 기업의 특성을 조사하여 관계성 변수와의 상호관련연구를 진행할 필요가 있다. 관계기간, 의존성, 거래처의 단/복수여부, 서비스 범주 등의 제반 변수를 고려하여 이러한 변수가 양사와의 관계성 변수에 어떤 영향이 있는가를 검증할 필요가 있다. 또한 신뢰, 결속 등 다차원의 개념에 대한 심도 깊은 연구와 최근 제기되고 있는 이론의 확대도 필요하다. 마지막으로 신뢰와 결속에 영향을 미치는 요소간의 개념적 분류, 차이의 검증, 영향력 등을 광범위하게 진행시킬 필요가 있다.

서비스 지향 아키텍처(Service-Oriented Architecture)의 특징은 비즈니스와 IT 간의 차이를 줄여 일관성을 유지함으로써 급변하는 비즈니스 환경하에서 기업의 IT 서비스가 민첩하게 대응할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 이러한 SOA의 특징을 만족시키기 위해서 서비스를 식별하는 시작점으로 비즈니스 프로세스가 무엇보다 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석하여 IT 관점의 서비스를 식별하기 위한 구체적인 절차, 활동, 산출물을 제시하는 방법에 관한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 BPMN을 이용한 비즈니스 프로세스 모델로부터 IT 관점인 유스케이스 모델을 도출하여 서비스를 식별하기 위한 구체적인 방법을 제안한다.

This study examines the recent business models of domestic logistics companies in Hanoi and Hai Phong, Vietnam, and suggests implications. We introduced business models (coastal shipping, distribution center and ICD transportation, cold chain, border crossing, port development, etc.) that provide logistics services through cooperation with existing logistics companies (shippers, logistics companies, local companies, etc.). If we propose a partnership plan in the short and medium term, short-term projects include warehouse, ICD, trucking business, and it is feasible to not only collaborate with Korean companies that have already entered the market, but to also invest in joint ventures with local companies (up to 51% of local companies). In the long term, we can consider coastal transportation, cross-border transportation, trucking, and investment in new deep sea ports. All of these businesses require local partnerships, so local companies require a 51% stake.

RnD Service firms are the innovative company that supports innovation, determines the healthy ecosystem in the high tech business sector. RnD service also brings up a regional innovation through the business ecosystem. This study conducted a case study RnD Service firms leading to the activation of high tech industry. We analyze the role of the RnD Service firms through reports and interviews with corporate managers. We understand the growth process was RnD Service firms, and identify the cost of organizing. RnD Service firms are independent economy, but was also a problem that appears is dependent on universities and research institutions sometimes. When the subject of a regional innovation take place the RnD Service sector, It should be noted that the emergence of innovative business. RnD Service model should not be developed by universities and public institutions, it should be a technology development model that occur between companies.

올해 포털사이트들의 최대 화두는 키워드 검색이다. 국내 검색광고 시장은 연간 100% 이상의 고성장을 거듭하며 포털사이트의 가장 확실한 수익모델로 자리매김했을 뿐 아니라 기업들도 검색을 가장 효율적인 광고 수단으로 인식하고 있어서다. 이에 따라 최근 검색서비스 기업간 경쟁이 치열해지고 있으며, 보다 합리적인 검색서비스들도 속속 등장하고 있다. 검색서비스의 새로운 장을 열며 합리적인 비즈니스 모델로서 인터넷 시장부활을 견인한 검색광고의 성장동인을 살펴보며 검색광고 시장을 진단해본다.

현대의 기업에서는 다양한 인적 자원과 비즈니스 솔루션을 이용하여 효율적인 기업 활동을 수행하기 위해 노력을 기울이고 있다. 하지만 현장에서 벌어지는 인적 자원의 능률에 대해 효율적으로 관리하고 상황에 맞게 업무를 배정하는 일은 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 RFID(Radio-Frequency Identification)를 이용하여 현장 인력에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 수집하고 이 정보를 바탕으로 업무가 원활하게 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 제시한다. 전체적인 시스템의 구조와 데이터 모델을 구성하고 실시간 업무 분배규칙을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 현장 작업의 효율성과 작업 배분의 공정성이 향상될 것으로 기대한다.

The volume of trade between Korea and China has been growing significantly year by year since the diplomatic relations have been established in 1992. The economic and logistics cooperation between the two countries is crucial not only for the development of their economic relations but for promotion of value-added logistics. However there are still huge and serious impediments to logistics network and management between the two countries including bottlenecks in transport and customs procedures. The purpose of this study is to investigate how to promote value added logistics activities between Korea and Shandong Province of China. It is suggested the ways to increase VAL activities such as enhanced division of international labour within industries, provision of comprehensive logistics service and establishment of strategy for supply chain management between the two countries.

오늘날 세계화된 시장 환경은 기업간 협업 프로세스의 동적 구성을 요구하고 있으며, 웹 서비스 (Web services)와 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 (Business Process Management) 기술의 발전이 이의 구현을 뒷받침하고 있다. 임의의 기업과의 느슨한 구성(loosely-coupled)을 통한 동적 협업이 활성화됨에 따라, 프로세스의 서비스 품질 (Quality of Service)이 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있는데, 특히 단순한 단위 웹 서비스가 아닌 장기 실행 액티비티 (Long-termed activity)를 포함하는 협업 프로세스에서는 제한된 시간 내에 프로세스의 정상적 수행을 보장하는 것이 핵심적 요구사항이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 프로세스 수행 계획을 동적으로 생성, 관리함으로써 프로세스의 각 인스턴스들의 완료와 납기 준수를 보장할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다. 본 방법론은 프로세스 인스턴스의 진행과정에 따라 중복(redundancy) 계획을 동적으로 수정함으로써 각 액티비티의 수행 시간과 신뢰성(reliability)을 독립적으로 관리한다. 본 방법론의 최적화 모델은 NP-hard로 증명되었으며, 본 연구에서는 최적화 모델을 위한 휴리스틱 알고리즘을 제시하고, 이를 실제 최적해와 비교하는 실험을 행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 보다 복잡한 기업간 협업환경에서의 수행 보장과 장애내감성 실현이 가능해 질 것으로 기대된다.

차세대 전자상거래 기술로 인정되고 있는 기업간 워크플로우(Cross-Organizational Workflow)기술의 핵심인 기업간 워크플로우 모델과 그의 효율적인 운영환경을 제공하는 것은 국내외적으로 주목을 받고 있는 연구개발 분야이며. 효과적인 워크플로우 모델링 기법에 대한 필요성은 날로 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 각 조직에서 실제로 액티비티를 수행하는 참여자 또는 관리자들이 협업을 통한 스윔레인(Swimlane) 모델로 워크플로우 프로세스를 정의하는 방법론을 제안한다. 협동 스윔레인 워크플로우 모델에서는 비즈니스 프로세스의 각 엑티비티를 먼저 정의하고, 각 엑티비티로 구성되는 전체 글로벌 프로세스를 정의하게 되는Fragment-driven 방식의 모델을 사용한다. 또한, 프로세스 정의 시에 각 엑티비티를 수행하게 되는 조직 또는 롤의 그룹이 직접적으로 참여함으로써 보다 거대하고 복잡한 프로세스를 정의하는데 있어서 협업을 통한 효율성과 각 조직들의 독립성을 꾀한다.

Business Process Management (BPM) is an emerging trend of managing business process life cycles and integrating heterogeneous systems . Recently, BPM is considered as an essential element for automation of complex business processes involving many companies, particularly for those in an e-Business environment. In such an environment, it is very important for each business partner to trace history of resources. However, it has been a difficult problem for Workflow Management Systems(WFMSs) to support management of resource changes because of limited storage, complex process structure, and absence of formal change model. In this paper. a new framework is proposed, which can support change management for documents, one of core resources of business process. Under a traditional WFMSs framework, all workflow components belong to either build-time or run-time function, and executions of workflow processes are performed by the two functions . To manage changes of documents while process executing. a new framework with additional component modules are required. A version control method is introduced for the purpose of managing document changes. The proposed method includes five models for document structure, process structure, association between process and document, version management, and efficient version storage. A prototype system is developed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed models.
