민간기업 연구개발활동의 성과지표 개발

  • 최근들어 환경변화가 가속화되고 기업의 환경적응성이 중요해짐에 따라 R&D 활동의 평가과정이 학습의 핵심적인 단계로서 새롭게 부각되고 있다. 또한 R&D 활동에서 결과 중심적 접근, 사업부와의 연계 등이 강조되면서 구체적 R&D 성과평가가 연구관리(R&D management)의 중요한 이슈가 되고있다. 그러나 그동안 R&D 성과평가는 R&D 활동 자체가 불확실성을 가지는 특성으로 인하여 체계적 접근이 이루어지지 못하여 왔으며 최근에 들어 R&D 성과평가 부문이 연구관리 및 기술경영분야의 도전적 연구과제가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 R&D 성과평가를 어떻게 접근할 것인지에 대한 접근방법과 성과 지표의 내용, 성과지표의 선택 및 개발절차, 향후 연구과제를 중심으로 제시한다. 본 연구의 세부내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간기업 연구개발활동의 성과평가에 적용가능한 평가의 분석틀(framework) 및 관점(perspective)을 제시하였다. 기존 평가모형에 대한 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 종합적, 체계적인 평가분석틀을 도출하고, 측정가능한 성과지표군을 제시하였다. 또한 성과지표들을 다양한 기준에 따라 분류하고 각 분류에 따라 적용가능한 성과지표군을 제시하였다. 둘째, 각 기업별 특성을 고려하고 경영전략과의 연계를 명확히 할 수 있는 구체적인 성과지표를 개발하기 위하여 4단계의 R&D 성과 평가지표 개발절차를 도출하였다. 셋째, 향후연구를 위한 성과평가 연구분야의 주요 연구과제들을 5가지로 정리하여 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 제조업체의 기술 수준을 평가하는 방법을 제시하였다. 기업의 기술수준은 기업이 소유한 제품 및 제조기술 자체뿐만 아니라 기술개발 능력을 나타내는 기술개발 체제 및 기술에 따른 경제적 성과를 나타내는 재무분석에 의해서도 평가되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 항목들을 고려하여 평가 모형을 개발하였으며 이 모형을 커넥터 제조업체의 기술수준 평가에 적용하였다.

A Study on Reputation as Corporate Asset (기업자산으로서의 기업명성가치 연구: 국내 4개 기업 슈퍼브랜드와 기업명성, 미디어 이용간 관련성을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to find a model that can measure the public relations programs based on the assumption that the public relations should aim to lift the corporate reputation. It is a trend that corporate's activities are to be measured from the standpoint of cost-benefit efficiency. However, public relations fields in Korea is left behind this trend because the fields lack in sophisticated model. In order to fill this gap, the researchers introduce the reputation measurement model that can calculate individual corporate public relations programs. In addition, this reputation model Is applied to Korean companies with the expectation of producing a PR index which ran be used to measure the reputation as corporate asset, or superbrand. This study examines the effects of superbrand on consumers according to the media use. Based on the expert group interviews and surveys on consumers, the factors of reputation are drawn. These factors contribute to find reputation model and measurement index which are again applied to measure the Korean companies' public relations programs. Using superbrand as dependent variables and managing abilities, corporate responsibility, corporate communication, and product/employee quality, this study seeks to find which factor specifically attribute to lift corporate reputation. Results show that each factor influences the corporate reputation positively. In addition, the researchers find that media use is moderately related to the superbrand building process in cognitive dimension.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine that the effects of social philanthropy initiatives the firm's image of corporate social responsibility. The present study analyzed the structural relationship between three motivations of social philanthropy and evaluation of firm, using structural equation modeling as the method of analysis of the data which were collected from surveying 310 random individuals at galleries and performance halls across the nation. The current study found that the focus on customer value positively influenced the firm image, while motivation for enterprise value had a negative effects on the firm image. This study conducted the test of the structural model invariance across the groups. This study also found that the correlation of motivation for customer to the firm image was much stronger in CSV group than its counterpart. In contrast, the correlation of focus on firm enterprise value to the firm image was much stronger in CSR group than CSV.

  • This study aims to establish an evaluation model by quantifying the evaluation index as a follow-up study to the development of evaluation index for work-study parallel learning companies. An evaluation model was established by verifying the 2nd level components based on the quantitative factors of the learning company, the qualitative factors, the competency factors of the person in charge, and the competency factors of the learning workers, which are the highest-level components derived from previous study. For the evaluation of a learning company, an AHP survey was conducted with experts in charge of the company consulting to derive important factors that determine the quality of on-site education and training, and the evaluation model of the learning company was completed and grouped by calculating the weight between evaluation items proceeded. Work-study parallel program was promoted as a key policy to resolve the mismatch between industrial sites and school education and realize a competency-centered society, and as of December 2022, 16,664 companies participated in the training. Learning companies play a very important role as education and training supply organizations that conduct field training. It is expected that the support and consulting plan for each level of learning companies according to the evaluation model presented in this study will be used as basic data to improve the quality of work-study parallel program.

  • The certification scheme for best company has been implementing in order to stimulate the investment of private consulting company to reduce GHG emission. This study was conducted to set up the certification scheme, to suggest process, criterion, institute, committee which are necessary for the evaluation of certificate.   • 최근 들어, 기업의 내재 가치를 평가하여 투자에 활용하는 이른바 가치투자에 대한 많은 분석과 전략들이 나오고 있다. 그러나 현존하는 대부분의 투자 지원 툴들은, 단기적으로 등락을 반복하는 주가에 매매 조건을 제시하여 차액을 얻는 방식인 기술적 분석 툴로서 기업의 내재 가치를 평가하여 투자를 지원하기 에는 제한이 있다. 때문에 가치 투자자들은 기업의 가치를 체계적이고 객관적으로 판단하기 보다는, 몇몇의 공시된 자료들을 보고 개인의 판단에 따라 평가하는 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서 감정과 선입견을 배제한 기존의 기술적 분석 툴과 같이 기업의 가치를 정량적으로 추정하여 다양한 전략개발을 할 수 있는 툴이 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 기업의 가치를 정량화하여 가치투자 전략을 개발할 수 있는 가치투자 시스템(이하 KPU-VISS)의 설계 및 구현 내용을 기술한다. 즉, 본 시스템은 주식가격을 포함한 기업의 다양한 정보와 경기 지표 등을 이용하여 기업의 가치 모델 개발을 지원하고, 이 모델에 근거하여 저평가된 종목을 검색하는 전략 개발을 지원한다. 또한, 개발된 전략을 과거의 특정 시점에 반영시킨 투자 시뮬레이션을 통하여, 전략의 실효성을 검증하는 기능도 지원한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 가치투자 지원시스템은 최초로 가치투자전략의 개발과 검증을 지원하는 시스템으로, 향후 가치투자 시스템 개발을 위한 선도적인 방향을 제시할 것으로 예상한다.

  • This study is intended to grope for a way of strengthening the independent competitiveness of Korean design industry by deducing objective value evaluation factors in design and by closely examining what relation these factors have with the competitiveness of design-specialized company in global markets in order to reinforce the qualitative value system of design, and in order to strengthen the industrial competitiveness of design. First of all, this study defined the objective evaluation factors in design as the quantification of measurement evaluation, the consistency of process, the compatibility of project, and logical persuasiveness, and defined the competitiveness factor in design-specialized company as the reliability and service quality of company, and established a research model. According to the results of test, most of hypotheses were accepted. However, it was understood that the quantification of evaluation didn't have direction effect on the service quality of design-specialized company.

  • Korean construction firms have been continuing investment of IT for last ten years. However, manager did not support a decision-making of IT because there is no evaluation and feedback system of IT investment. This study is a preceding research of making IT evaluation model as a part of MOCT(the Ministry of Construction and Transportation)'s construction CALS/EC policy and makes a basic frame through a trend and state of IT survey. As a result of survey, To encourage them, IT development to be balanced in each members for successful stabilization of CALS/EC as well as IT evaluation will be conducted in accordance with one's environment, such as a role and level of companies.

  • Recently, as smart construction has become more active, construction companys are evaluating their smart construction capabilities in order to transform into smart construction companies. However, the revitalization of smart construction doesn't only apply to construction companies, the level of utilization of all participants, including owners, designers, construction project managers, and construction company, must be improved. Therefore, this study aims to present a model that evaluate the building information modeling (BIM) utilization level for measuring the BIM utilization level of construction management companies in executing construction project management. In this study, an AHP questionnaire survey targeting BIM practitioners to calculate the weight of each BIM utilization item and score it to construct evaluation model and evaluate it by applying it to construction management companies are conducted. As a result of the evaluation using model, there were differences between companies in the number of BIM users, and in the qualitative evaluation, it is mainly used for interference review, constructability review, and design change management. Therefore, in order to revitalize BIM, it is believed that it is necessary to strengthen BIM utilization ability through separate training for construction manager (CMr) and to present clear utilization standards and scope of work for BIM utilization in performing construction management tasks. Consequently, evaluating more construction management companies using the model presented in this study will result in the transition of CM companies to smart construction and revitalization of BIM adoption.
