The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceived quality toward user performance and corporate performance in production information systems. For this purpose, a research model and hypotheses are developed based on the relevant literature reviews. Data have been collected from 132 enterprises which have implemented production information systems, and the research hypotheses were tested by covariance structural model analysis. The results of this empirical study are summarized as follows. First, production information quality and support service quality are confirmed to have a positive effect on user's satisfaction, however, I found no evidence of a statistically significant relationship between system quality and user's satisfaction. Second, all of three quality factors which are production information quality, system quality, and support service quality have positive influence on system usage. Third, user's satisfaction has positive influence on system usage, and both of user's satisfaction and system usage have positive influence on performance improvement. Based on these findings, this study suggested the implications, as well as limitations and further research directions.

우리나라는 외환위기 이후 경제가 급속도로로 발전했으나 변화하는 과정에서 여러 사회문제들이 발생했다. 저 출산 및 고령화, 환경오염, 실업률 증가, 지역 사회 붕괴, 사회적 가치 창출 및 공유 미흡등 사회적인 약자가 증가하고 그들에 대한 배려가 부족해지면서 사회적 서비스가 중요한 시대가 되었다. 사회적 기업은 영리기업과 비영리 기업의 중간 형태로, 사회적 목적을 우선적으로 추구하면서 재화/서비스의 생산 및 판매 등 영업활동을 수행하는 조직을 말한다.(사회적기업진흥원, 2017) 사회 전반적으로 사회 문제에 대한 관심과 사회적 기업에 대한 창의적인 아이디어, 도전들은 많다. 하지만 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 사회적 기업 창업을 하는 사람은 그리 많지 않는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 현실을 통해 본 논문에서는 현재 대학생, 대학원생들의 사회적 기업 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관하여 고찰하였다. 사회적 기업 창업과 벤처 창업 의지에 관한 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 연구를 진행 하였다. 사회적 기업 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 영향으로는 개인적 특성(위험 감수성, 혁신 추구성, 진취성, 사회가치지향성), 사회문제 상황인식(문제인식, 관여도), 대학의 사회적 기업 정보등을 선정하였다. 이러한 요인을 바탕으로 국내 대학생과 대학원생들에게 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 설문조사 결과에 대한 신뢰성, 요인분석, 상관관계 분석 등을 통해 본 연구에서 설계한 가설을 검증해 보았다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 사회적 기업을 창업? 잠재적인 대학생 및 대학원생들의 창업을 도와주기 위한 정책적 지원을 만드는데 도움이 되며, 사회적 기업 창업에 관한 연구 확산에도 기여 할 수 있을 것이다.

정보 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 ERP 패키지를 도입하는 경우 패키지의 표준 기능과 해당 기업의 요구 사항간의 편차가 존재하므로, 이를 최소화하기 위하여 Process Mapping을 통한 Configuration의 수행과 업무 프로세스의 변화가 수반되어야 한다. Structuring은 ERP 패키지에서 제공되는 프로세스 모델과 기업의 요구 사항 간의 편차를 최소화 하여 바람직한 기업의 업무 모델을 정립하고 이를 지원하는 ERP 시스템 운영을 최적화하는 과정으로서, 이러한 Structuring이 불충분하게 수행될 경우 많은 예외적 경우들을 발생시키게 되어 시스템의 운영 및 사용을 매우 복잡하고 어렵게 할 수 있으며, 업무 프로세스의 지속적인 발전을 억제할 수도 있다. 본 연구는 ERP 패키지를 도입한 국내 자동차 부품업체의 ERP 패키지 도입 사례를 대상으로 하여 Structuring 진행 과정을 분석하여 효과적 Structuring 수행방안을 탐색하고, 이러한 결과가 해당 기업의 경쟁우위에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 규명하고자 한다. 또한 위의 결과를 기반으로 ERP 시스템 구현 및 도입 이후, 활용 및 유지 보수에 이르는 시스템 Lifecycle을 통하여 적용되는 Structuring에 대한 현실적 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다.

데이터 품질의 패러다임 변화에 따라 기업에서는 효과적인 의사결정지원을 위한 정보서비스의 품질 관리가 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 설문조사를 통해 데이터 거버넌스 관점에서 행정기관 간 정보연계를 통해 민본 녹색 행정을 위한 '행정정보공동이용시스템'의 데이터 품질관련 현황을 분석하였다. 이와 관련하여 향후 정확하고 안전한 행정정보의 공동이용을 위한 정보서비스 품질관리체계 구축을 위한 대안으로서 데이터 거버넌스 관점의 행정정보 공유 데이터 품질관리체계 구축을 제시하는 바이다.

The purpose of the projects for strengthening the Service Business Competitiveness, which had been sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and managed by the NIPA, is to support for combining the whole business process of the SMEs with the business model considering the scientific aspects of the services, to enhance the productivity of them and to add the values of their activities. 5 organizations are selected in 2014, and 4 in 2015 as leading organizations for these projects. This study analyzed the efficiency of these projects using DEA. Throughout the analysis of the prior researches, this study used the amount of government-sponsored money as the input variable, and the number of new customer business, the sales revenue, and the number of new employment as the output variables. And the result of this analysis showed that the decision making unit 12, 15, and 21 was efficient. And from this study, we found out two more performance indicators such as, the number of new employment and the amount of sales revenue, besides the number of new customer businesses.

인터넷과 웹은 전자적 마켓의 빠른 성장과 함께 물리적인 마켓을 보완하여 기존의 전통적인 비즈니스 모델에서 제품과 서비스를 전달하는 새로운 방법을 형성하는 동적인 e-Business로의 혁신적인 변화를 가져왔다. 이들 비즈니스 서비스를 기업내 직원과 다른 파트너들의 조직과도 보다 효과적으로 협력할 수 있고 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않으며 서비스들을 보다 빠르게 배포하고 공급할 수 있는 요구사항이 계속해서 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라서 e-Business의 동적인 활동에 앞의 요구사항들을 만족시킬 수 있는 웹서비스를 도입하여 플랫폼 독립적인 시스템 구축과 새로운 파트너나 서비스가 추가될 때 브로커를 통해 UDDI를 검색하여 Web Service를 바인딩함으로써 비용 절감이 가능하고. 기존의 분산환경을 지원하는 기반 기술이 극복하지 못했던 문제를 극복함으로써 확장성이 용이하게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 e-business에 WSDL, UDDI, SOAP등과 같은 표준들과 함께 웹 서비스를 가미한 웹 서비스 기반의 e-Business 어플리케이션 개발을 위한 재사용 가능한 아키텍쳐 메타모델을 제안하고 e-Business 도메인에서의 웹 서비스를 적용하여 일반적인 특징들을 기술하고 설계하는 UML로 표현된 설계 패턴들을 식별하고 기술한다.

This paper studies the characteristics of the network of the Zhongguancun Cluster, the most representative innovative cluster of the high-tech industry in China at present. For this study, Zhongguancun Cluster was the first high-tech cluster created in China in 1988, the current Zhongguancun Cluster plays a leading role in the development of the high-tech industry in China. In addition, the Zhongguancun Cluster has attracted global attention and helped elevate China as a key region in terms of research development in relation to the high-tech industry. With regard to the spatial characteristics of the network belonging to the companies in Zhongguancun Cluster, purchase and producer services and information and R&D network have a strong tendency to be local, while on the other hand the product sales network has a strong tendency to be non-local. It is because the political support supplied by the government, institutional base that provides high-tech companies, producer services and information regarding producer services is relatively well prepared and managed in Zhongguancun Cluster. The spatial characteristics of the R&D network have a very strong local character is due to the location of the Zhongguancun Cluster where companies, universities and research centers with outstanding research development capacity as well as various support organizations for technology innovation within the cluster are included. On the other hand, because the high-tech products produced in this area are sold all across China as well as in foreign countries, the product sales network has a strong non-local character. Strengthening the local network in terms of the main agents of the cluster is the most important aspect in order to develop a certain industrial cluster into an innovative cluster. In this respect, if the Zhongguancun Cluster is seen from the perspective of a network, it has a basic network foundation. However, to strengthen international competitiveness, not only the local network but also the international network should be strengthened.

IT 아웃소싱은 기업의 전략적 선택으로 서비스 공급자와 수요자 사이에 SLA를 통해 제공된 서비스를 측정하고 평가 받게 된다. 대표적인 지표인 애플리케이션 가용성은 서비스의 중단 또는 오류없이 사용자에게 시스템을 이용하게 하는 지원능력이며, 애플리케이션 서비스 중단은 비즈니스의 중단을 동반하게 된다. 그런데, 기존의 측정방법은 중단시간을 모두 일괄적으로 평가하여 측정된 서비스 수준의 신뢰성이 하락하게 되는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 애플리케이션 서비스를 이용하는 사용자의 생산성, 시간 및 시스템별 중요도 가중치를 반영하여 측정된 서비스 수준의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 기법을 제안하였다. 이를 통하여 서비스 수준에 대한 사용자의 체감만족도와 객관성을 높일 수 있었다.

Due to the constant expansion of overseas public IT market, exportation market mainly based on e-government is expanding and platform needs to be introduced urgently to systematically support it. Thus, this study was carried on to draw evaluation items and weighted value of tools to support decision-making out of services of public IT platform. In this study, the tools supporting decision-making were defined as concept that draws exportation customers by wholly considering 2 aspects of enterprise capabilities and national environment. To develop tools supporting decision-making, the items to evaluate the aspect of enterprise capabilities and national environment were drawn through study on literature and open question and evaluation items were eliminated and AHP analysis was done through question given to experts. As a result, the significance was found in the order of Export Competitive Advantage > Export Marketing Strategy > Export Human Resources > Export-Related Organizational Resources > Export-Related Organizational Capabilities in the aspect of enterprise capabilities. The significance of evaluation was found in the order of Service Market Efficiency > Technical innovation and Maturity > Institutions > Market Efficiency > Macroeconomic Environment > Infrastructure in the aspect of national environment.

The CORBA presents the method of integrating heterogeneous systems in the distributed environment. In recent, many existing information retrieval servers with Z19.50 protocol have been developed and used in the libraries and companies, etc. The servers construct each database and provide users with various information services. In this paper, we design and implement a Z39.50 server that supports various Z39.50 protocol services over the existing servers. We also integrate various database engines and the Z39.50 server using CORBA. Our Z39.50 server basically provides the init service, the search service, and the close service. In addition, it supports the scan service browsing a term list, the segment service presenting large records, and the explain facility explaining the implementation information of the server.
