This research is mainly aimed at finding out about the effects of the safety and health management system on corporate performance through systematic operation by efficiently allocating material and human resources within the company by participating all employees and stakeholders in order to prevent and maintain industrial accidents and the optimal working environment, and how to maintain and activate the safety and health management system at the center of electric contractors.The analysis results are as follows. First, management, organizational management and resource preparation will have a positive impact on the management capability of the electric power corporation. It was assessed that the more well-transmitted and understood within the organization, the better the construction plan, the better the equipment management status, the more positively the management capability of electric works was to be achieved. Second, management, organizational management and resource preparation will have a positive impact on corporate management performance.This seems to have a positive effect on a company's business performance when the standards of OHSAS are met with construction plan and construction equipment management are high as related information such as industrial safety and health laws are strengthened and companies' safety and health activities, advanced safety and culture are released to facilitate organizational management.Third, the management ability of the electric power corporation will have a mediated effect on the effect of management, organization management and resource preparation on the performance of the enterprise. This means that the direct effect of the independent variable management organization on corporate management performance is .401 The indirect effect is .168.658 shows that the direct effect of resource preparation on corporate management performance is .423, the indirect effect is .178 and the total effect.It was analyzed at 643.

Advent of the distributed computing has contributed to the rapid distribution of information technology throughout the organization. While powerful and user-friendly information technology are more available to end users, managing the distributed, heterogeneous IT environment has become a serious problem for corporate IT managers. Integrated Control Architecture (ICA) enables the monitoring and controlling of the dispersed information resources for effective enterprise-wide information resource management. This paper empirically examines the propositions that the level of information resource control is positively related to IS effectiveness measured in user satisfaction. Measures are developed and validated for the control of information resource object such as data, application, platform, and control of relationships among such objects. Results from a study of 130 organizations support that the organizations with high information resource control exhibit user satisfaction.

최근 비즈니스 프로세스가 주목을 받으며 기업에서는 비즈니스 프로세스의 개선을 중요하게 생각하기 시작했다. 기업은 비즈니스 프로세스를 개선하기 위해 BPR(Business Process Re-engineering)등의 혁신 프로그램을 도입했지만 그 효과나 성공률이 상당히 미흡했다. 성공적인 프로세스의 혁신을 위해서는 프로세스 모델의 개편과 함께 자원 및 자원의 관리 방식의 개편도 필수적이다. 그렇지만 지금까지의 프로세스 혁신은 프로세스 모델 중심으로만 이루어졌으며 자원 및 자원의 관리 방식의 개편에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 최근 실제 발생한 비즈니스 프로세스 인스턴스를 기록한 프로세스 로그를 기반으로 효율적인 자원할당 및 통제방안에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사회 연결망을 응용하여 각 자원간의 연결을 고려하여 비즈니스 프로세스의 업무에 적합한 자원을 판단할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

우리 경제가 작금의 IMF 구제 금융체제를 조기에 극복하고, 21세기 선진국 경제체제로의 도약을 위해서는 글로벌 환경변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 산업의 국제경쟁력 제고가 절실하며, 특히 산업파급 효과가 크고 부가가치의 실현가능성이 높은 정보통신 산업 분야에서의 기술적/사업적 경쟁우위의 확보가 중요하다고 하겠다. 또한 선진국을 중심으로 전개되고 있는 지식기반 경제의 확립을 통한 지속적인 발전 및 세계적인 확산, 지식자원을 기반으로 한 국가 및 개별기업의 경쟁력 제고, 개인·산업·국가 수준의 네트워크 구축을 위한 제휴전략의 확대 등과 같은 새로운 페러다임의 형성에 효율적으로 대처하기 위해서는 제조업을 중심으로 한 대기업-중소기업이란 이분법적 구조에 따른 보유수준위주의 경쟁자원의 개념을 뛰어넘는 새로운 개념으로서, 벤처기업의 육성 및 지식자원의 ‘창출-변환-확산’을 통한 경쟁우위를 확보할 수 있는 효율적인 방안의 마련이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구원에서는 정보통신 기술 집약형 중소기업의 지식자원 확충을 통한 경쟁력 제고를 위한 방안 마련의 일환으로 전문 인력의 투입(지식창출), 전문 인력의 관리/유지시스템(지식변환), 전문인력 양성제도/정책(지식자원 확산인프라)의 3 측면에서 문제점과 개선점에 대한 분석, 및 효율적 정책방안을 제시하였다.

2009년 ESCO자금 자원규모가 업계의 우려에도 불구하고 하향 조정되었다. 에너지관리공단은 정부와 함께 산업의 활성화와 정직하고 공명한 ESCO자금 운용을 위한 제도를 마련하고 정해진 예산 안에서 최대의 효과를 이끌어내기 위해 노력하고 있다. 이번 ESCO Partner 코너에서는 에너지관리 공단 자금운용실 홍순용 실장을 만나 에너지관리공단의 정부지원금 운용방안과 ESCO 활성화 정책에 대해서 자세히 알아보았다.

Strategic alliances developed as formalized inter-organizational relationships are core vehicles to share information, resources and knowledge. The structural characteristics of strategic network constructed by strategic alliances have been important agenda in strategic management discipline. This paper has two folds in analysing the strategic network formulated by project level alliances in Korean construction industry. First, we investigate the strategic network using the tools and methods of social network analysis, such as centrality, cohesion, structural equivalence, and power law. Second, the performance of firms within networks are analysed longitudinally with panel data analysis. We have found that the strategic networks in this industry has scale-free characteristics, where the degree distribution fits the power law, and the vertically equivalent structure is clear. We also present that the performance of firms are continuously affected by the degree centrality of firms in this network for the last 10 years.

분산 네트워크상에서는 수 많은 종류의 시스템 자원이 연결되어 있고 이들 자원을 효과적으로 관리하기위한 시스템 자원 관리 솔루션이 제공되고 있다. 이들 솔루션은 업체마다 독자적인 개별 기술로 구현되어 시스템 자원 관리 솔루션 간 상호호환성이 보장되지 않기 때문에 솔루션 구매자는 솔루션 통합과 유지 보수에 소요되는 비용을 감당하기 힘들었다. 이러한 문제를 해소하기 위하여 DMTF는 선도적인 기업체를 중심으로 학계와 협력하여 분산 시스템 자원 관리에 대한 표준 규격을 정의 개발해 나가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 DMTF에서 제시하고 있는 자원 관리 정보를 기술하는 CIM 명세와 스키마, 이를 적용하여 구현된 웹 기반 시스템 자원 관리 아키텍처인 WBEM을 소개하고, WBEM에서 적용되는 기술인 CIMOM, CIM-XML, 프로바이더, 저장소 관련 기술에 대해 설명한다.

Recent logistics environment is changing rapidly. A wide variety of customer requirements, IT skills development and the globalization of enterprise management is a major factor. In particular, Logistics cost savings is an important factor in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. As a result, companies gain competitive advantage for logistics distributed within the organization to manage resources efficiently integrate ERP enterprise resource management program, a new tool for companies to be competitive, attention was given. In this paper, work orders, purchasing, production management and quality management to provide a systematic and efficient logistics of ERP implementation strategy is proposed.

본 연구는 벤처캐피탈의 투자심사단계 및 투자 이후 사후관리단계에서의 리스크 관리·활용과 투자성과 사이의 관계를 살펴보았다. 즉, 투자심사단계에서는 투자대상기업을 발굴한 벤처캐피탈의 리스크 분석 및 대응방안의 활용수준과 투자성과와의 관계를 규명하였고, 사후관리단계에서는 리스크 관리를 위한 모니터링 활동과 투자성과와의 관계를 규명하였다. 본 연구에서는, 첫째, 투자심사 단계에서의 경영리스크 및 재무·법률 리스크 분석 및 활용 수준이 정량적인 투자성과, 특히, 특허 등록수에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 벤처캐피탈의 주요 역할인 투자 이후의 모니터링에 대하여는, 주관적 투자 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 투자대상기업을 발굴하여 리스크 관리 중심으로 투자를 심사·집행하고, 투자 이후 리스크 관리 중심으로 투자기업의 가치를 증대하기 위하여는 벤처캐피탈리스트의 역할이 특히 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 투자기업이 보유한 자원·역량에 한계가 있다는 점을 고려할 때, 벤처캐피탈의 역량이 투자기업에 지원되는 것은 해당 기업이 지속적으로 성장하기 위한 바탕이 될 것이다.
