  • VDE(Verband Deutcher Elektrotechnik, Elektronik und Informationstechink)는 독일의 전기전자 및 정보기술협회로 1893년 비영리기관으로 설립하였다. VDE에는 세계 전기 및 전원산업에 있어서 중요한 역할을 담당하는 1,250개의 기업 및 국가단체들이 가입되어 있고 독일 내 네트워크를 보면 현재 32개 지부 및 55개 지점이 가동하고 있다. VDE는 전문가들의 기술적인 노하우를 컨퍼런스 조직 등을 통하여 국내외에 전파하는데 기여하고 있고 기술개발 결과에 대한 평가를 취급하는 유능하고 객관적인 기구를 지원하는 것이다. VDE시험소는 1920년 VDE마크 제정과 함께 설립되었다. VDE의 네트워크 유지 활동에는 EU 및 EFTA의 17개 국가 및 전세계 25개국의 VDE 연락사무소, 50개국에 산재한 제휴기관과의 협력 중국, 일본, 한국, 이태리 및 미국의 VDE 위임기관, 일본, 한국 및 미국의 VDE 전문가, IECEE, CB계획에 의거한 34개국 기관과의 협력 등을 들 수 있다.

Analysis on structure of National Innovation System in IT (IT분야 국가혁신시스템 네트워크 구조 분석)

  • This study was conducted with the network-related viewpoint to see the aspect of interaction among innovation factors of this country's national innovation system in information and communication sector. For this, the relations in which institutions have conducted a joint study of national R&D projects supported by the government were analyzed by the method of Social Network Analysis. As a result of the analysis, the network of national innovation system in information and communication sector of this country turned out to be "small world network." Based on the result, it was found out that innovation subjects in the sector of this country closely exchange knowledge and information. In addition, among innovation subjects in the network, the proportion of research institutions was relatively high and the proportion of enterprises was relatively low, which confirmed that the activity for technical innovation has been made under the lead of the government. Further study is required to find out what effect the network structure of national innovation system has on the success of innovation.

Analysis of Influential Factors in the Relationship between Innovation Efforts Based on the Company's Environment and Company Performance: Focus on Small and Medium-sized ICT Companies (기업의 환경적 특성에 따른 혁신활동과 기업성과간 영향요인 분석: ICT분야 중소기업을 중심으로)

  • This study aims to understand the impact of internal and external environments and innovation efforts on a company's performance. First, the relationships and patterns between variables were determined through an exploratory factor analysis. Afterwards, a cluster analysis was conducted, in which the influential factors summarized in the factor analysis were classified. Finally, structural equation modeling was used to carry out an empirical analysis of the structural relationship between innovation efforts and the company's performance in the classified clusters. 7 factors were derived from the exploratory factor analysis of 40 input variables from external and internal environments. 4 clusters (n=1,022) were formed based on the 7 factors. Empirical analysis of the 4 clusters using structural equation modelling showed the following: Only independent technology development had a positive impact on the company's performance for Cluster 1, which is characterized by sensitivity to a technological/competitive environment and innovativeness. Only independent technology development and joint research had positive impacts on the company's performance for Cluster 2, which is characterized by sensitivity to a market environment and internal orientation. Joint research and the mediating variable of government support program utilization had positive impacts, while the introduction of technology had a negative impact on the company's performance for Cluster 3, which is characterized by sensitivity to a competitive environment, innovativeness, and willingness to cooperate with the government and related institutions. Independent technology development as well as the mediating variables of network utilization and government support program utilization had positive impacts on the company's performance for Cluster 4, which is characterized by openness and external cooperation.

  • In this paper, UPnP Network SaaS model has been studied. Currently, this model of UPnP Network and the trade mission is being used by outsourcing. From now on, the introduction of new trading systems and existing systems and the commercialization of this model as a UPnP network service connection should work. The future of UPnP network SaaS model will become commercially available software, commercial software can be accessed remotely via the Internet should be. Customer site activities must be managed from a central location. Application software architecture, pricing, partnerships, management should not include the character models. N should be the model. When used in small and medium enterprises have a very high value.

  • Many people have a social network service (SNS) by utilizing a variety of community activities, information sharing, and the creation of social networking. In terms of marketing academics view social networks between businesses and consumers in the new communication strategy, a new way to make them in terms of marketing a new business opportunity. That is, they are actively engaged in the various marketing activities targeting customers using SNS. According to H. A. Simon's needle theory, it is efficient to make a decision within the bounded rationality due to the difficulty of collecting data in decision-making as well as the inability to collect all information because of limited time and money. If the information or the informant can be trusted, the customers would be able to make a quick decision and get higher satisfaction from it. Therefore, this study examines and thereby empirically demonstrates what role customers' trust plays in a company's marketing using SNS by exploring how trust condition works in the mediated model and, theoretically, intends to introduce an empirical methodology on more strictly mediated moderating effects and, in practice, revisit the role of trust on direct and indirect effect the SNS's Information quality has on the performance variables such as customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study thereby aims to provide a strategic tool for the companies that plan to use the SNS in developing marketing strategies.

  • 정보통신기술(ICT - Information and Communications Technology)의 발달, 정부와 민간의 스타트업 발굴 및 투자 규모의 확대로 인해 혁신적인 아이디어를 기반으로 우수한 성과를 창출하는 스타트업들이 증가하고 있다. 이를 롤모델로 삼고 창업을 준비하는 예비 창업자들도 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나, 성공을 경험으로 연쇄창업을 도전하는 창업자와 달리 초기 스타트업들은 팀원 채용, 기술 개발, 자금 유치 등 다양한 문제에 직면하게 된다. 엑셀러레이터는 스타트업들이 직면하게 되는 다양한 문제 해결을 돕기 위해 교육, 멘토링, 컨설팅, 네트워크 연계, 초기 투자 등의 활동을 통해 스타트업이 성장할 수 있도록 멘토와 투자자의 역할을 동시에 수행한다. 본 연구의 목적은 스타트업의 특성과 창업성과과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고, 엑셀러레이터의 역할이 스타트업의 창업성과에 매개역할을 하는지 분석 하는데 있다. 최근 국내에서는 다시 벤처 붐이 일어나고 있으며, 유니콘 기업의 양적 질적 증가, 정부 지원을 통한 초기 스타트업의 성과 등 창업생태계에서 의미 있는 지표들을 볼 수 있다. 스타트업의 성과와 관련된 지표들은 직/간접적으로 엑셀러레이터와 관련이 있으나, 그동안 국내에서 창업성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 스타트업의 창업가의 기업가정신이나 창업가의 역량을 기반으로 주로 연구하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스타트업의 특성으로 대표되는 독립변수 혁신성, 조직 문화, 재무적 특성, 네트워크 지향성과 학습지향성이 종속변수인 창업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증하며 매개변수인 엑셀러레이터의 역할의 효과를 확인하고자 한다.

Promoting Innovations through Knowledge Management in a Regional Industrial Cluster (산업클러스터 단위에서의 지식경영을 통한 기업의 혁신 촉진 방안 연구)

  • In this study, the possibility of the application of knowledge management concept in a unit of regional industrial cluster is explored based on diverse case studies. For this purpose, a new framework for knowledge management strategies in an industrial cluster was developed and a model of Knowledge Hub was suggested for the support of integrated knowledge management in an industrial cluster. Additionally, characteristics of Knowledge Hub that should be considered in the design of the Hub are discussed. The concept of Knowledge Hub in this study could be particularly useful for the promotion of innovations in linking clusters and provincial industrial clusters.

  • IT 혁명으로 전자적인 활동이 전 사회의 중심 축으로 이루어지고, 또한 컴퓨터를 이용한 정보처리와 통신기술의의 눈부신 발달에 힘입어 기업의 Business에 커다란 변화를 초래하게 되었다. 특히, 인터넷이라는 환경하에서 전자상거래는 급속하게 성장하고 있으며, 기업은 전자상거래 모델을 앞다투어 개발하면서 새로운 E-Business 환경을 수용하고 있다. 또한 기업은 무역업무에 이러한 전자상거래를 도입하면서 국제간 거래의 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있지만, 국채간 사이버 무역이 안고 있는 여러 가지 애로점을 가지고 있다. 그 중에서 국제간 전자결제에 과한 문제이다. 인터넷을 이용한 무역업무를 실행시키고, 활성화하기 위한 하나의 결제방안을 제시해 보면 제3자에 의한 결제 시스템으로서 인터넷 서비스 제공업자, S/W 개발업체, 은행과 신용카드회사를 비롯한 금융기관 등은 결제시스템을 구축하는 방안이 강구될 수 있다. 또한 이 시스템에서는 다양한 판매자의 제품을 소개하고 일정 시간간격 또는 특정 구매자의 총누적 거래대금이 일정수준에 이를 때에 결제함으로써 신용카드를 지불수단으로 사용하는 경우에도 소액거래를 지원할 수 있다. 또한 전자결제제도가 성립되기 위해서는 전자자금거래의 규제를 위한 법 제도적인 측면의 정비가 시급하다. 따라서 각종 거래의 결제에 관한 법적관계는 물론 금융관련 법률을 기본으로 하여 새로운 접근방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 사항들을 고려함으로써 사이버 환경의 활성화를 도모할 수 있다.

  • Recently, the comparative gap of technology and product has been decreased in the global market, and the globalization has been extended rapidly. Industries try to get de facto standard as the global standard. De facto standard has become a standard not because it has been approved by a standards organization but because it is widely used and recognized by the industry as being standard. Advanced countries already have their own organizations under the government, and they cooperate tightly with companies. As a result, we also try to have the organization and build the good relationship between companies and the government to get de facto standard in the global market.

An Exploratory Investigation of On-line Organizational Structure Design for the E-Commerce Firm (전자거래기업에서의 온-라인 조직구조 설계방안에 관한 연구)

  • This paper focused on exploratory testing the organizational management area by examining conceptualized relationships between e-commerce usage type and organizational structure. The research model consists of three e-commerce usage type such as buy-side, internal, sell-side activities and four organizational structure dimensions like decentralization, specialization, formalization, and administration intensity. An interview and an e-mail survey of managers were used to obtain information on the variables relevant to e-commerce activities and organizational structure. The data resulted in response from 58 companies. Major findings of this research are summarized as follows: buyer related e-commerce activities is positively relate to the administrative intensity and the specialization, internal process is positively relate to the formalization, while customer related e-commerce is directly relate to the decentralization and the specialization in terms of organizational management.
