If the System is downed by computer or disasters, it can have a bad influence on the reliability of the corporation and business continuity because all companies are computerized. Accordingly, interest on the business continuity without the loss of data in the corporate is increasing. In this paper, system faults have been defined as physical faults and logical faults and CDP solution using Flash SSD has been proposed for enhancing IOPS which is needed for realtime-backup. In order to measure IOPS performance of the CDP using Flash SSD, we constructed an experimental system. From the results we can see that IOPS performance of CDP using Flash SSD is about 50 times more effective than that of the S-ATA.

This study starts from interests on an endeavor of each economy unit, especially the enterprises, for the survival and sustainability of themselves. Competition, how to get it, maintain it and advance it! Agreeing the perceivedness of industries, scholars and public; what the core competition of manufacturer is an competitiveness of product, this study focuses on the PLM system as the key solution for obtaining the competitiveness of product with reviewing the contents and studies of PLM formulated. PLM is highlighted as the one of top tier ICT solution for the product development domain of manufacturing industry today. First of all, this study deals with the opinion of actual work-site and management of our small&medium business for the benefits of PLM based on product development; the impact on the performances of management, which is the key objective of the existence of enterprises. In conclusion, the answers for these questionnaires shows positive perception of actual work-sites and managers for the PLM system. They agree some useful effects on shortening the term and downsizing the cost of product development due to Data integration and Process management, even if they have not full confidence on the effectiveness of the individual functionality of the PLM system.

In order to improve organization performance by CEO's leadership, the control systems have to be designed in accordance with CEO's strategic orientation. A management control systems (MCS) is a system which gathers and uses information to evaluate the performance of different organizational resources like human, physical, financial and also the organization as a whole considering the organizational strategies. The current study is conducted with the objective to explore the effects of CEO's Characteristics (Risk-taking tendency, and Achievement motivation) and control types (Behavioral control, and Result control) on organization performance. The characteristics of ceo - behavior control and risk-taking propensity - results in significantly positive effect on management control. On the other hand, risk-taking propensity has influence negatively on behavior control. The behavioral control is received negative influence from risk-taking propensity. and it received positive influence from motivation. and then it has effect on organization performance(indirct effect). To achieve the purpose of this study, Structural Equation Model (SEM) has been applied.

The public corporations have already implemented ERP to improve productivity, quality, and cost saving. This paper presents the result of business process improvement based on implementation of ERP. Therefore, this paper performed case study of K corporation. Survey was conducted to define the degree of improvement and evaluation method was presented using AHP. The weights for each business area is assigned based on AHP. Then ERP is evaluated in efficiency, work transparency, information sharability, and easy of use. It is meaningful achievement considering its short term implementation. The human resource management shows a relatively larger improvement than other management processes. However, information sharability shows relatively low improvement than others. This quantified result of user-oriented subjective evaluation on ERP implementation will contribute to evaluate the impact of ERP for owner organizations.

일반적으로 아웃소싱은 비용절감이나, 경쟁력 확보를 목적으로 기업 외부에서 필요한 자원, 기술력 및 해결방안 등을 찾는 경영기법으로, 단순용역업무에서부터 기업의 핵심기능인 IT 분야에 이르기까지 폭 넓게 활용되고 있다. 특히 IT 아웃소싱은 일상적인 정보시스템의 운영 및 개선, 네트워크 운영 및 어플리케이션의 유지/개선 등을 외부의 전문가에게 맡겨 점진적인 서비스 수준의 향상과 비용의 절감을 유도하고, 내부자원은 핵심역량에 집중시켜, 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 하나의 경영수단으로 각광 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실제 통신서비스업체의 IT분야를 아웃소싱한 사례 연구를 통해서 IT 아웃소싱의 추진 시 필요한 제반사항과 절차, 추진배경등을 알아보고, 아웃소싱 성과를 결정하는 중요 요소인 서비스 성과측정 모델에 대해 연구하였다. '90 년대 후반 통신시장개방, 본격적인 경쟁체제 돌입등 핵심역량강화 차원에서 시작된 아웃소싱은 통신업체 국내최초의 사례로 처음부터 예상치못했던 어려움과 추진과정에서의 시행착오도 많이 겪었다. 또한, 선진외국사례의 아웃소싱 계약사례 및 서비스수준을 평가하기위한 서비스 수준 약정서등 국내 통신업체 환경에 맞게 잘 짤여지도록 수많은 검토와 사례 연구를 통해 계약을 체결할 수 있었으며, 아웃소싱이후 예상되었던 많은 문제점들을 해결하기위해 아웃소싱 인력들의 의욕수준을 높이기위한 직무 재교육, Incentive 제도 도입, 서비스와 관련된 제반 프로세스 재정립 등을 통하여 소기의 성과를 이룩할 수 있었다. 특히, 통신업체 IT 아웃소싱의 성공요인은 계약적 구조적 측면에 해당하는 적정한 서비스의 평가와 이에 상응하는 대가의 지급방안에 대한 것이고 양 사가 만족할 만한 성과를 내가 위해서는 수직적관계가 아니라 제휴관계로서의 Relationship 을 유지할 수 있도록 이 두가지 모두를 고려 해야만 성공적인 아웃소싱 추진에 한걸음 더 나아갈 것이며, 아울러 향후에도 아직 미흡한 분야인 IT 아웃소싱에서 적정수준의 대가지급 방안 및 바람직한 Relationship 에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 요인에 대해서도 살펴 봄으로써 IT분야의 Outsourcing을 검토하거나, 추진할 때 도움이 될 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

This paper focuses on the role of international standards related to industrial technology and to analyze determinants to affect ISMS and its performance. Particularly its financial and operational performance were measured by survey aiming at an influence of certification and its performances. The variables explaining the performance were drawn out from factor analysis and then critical variables to affect performance were discovered by ANOVA and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis considering heteroscedastic and factor analysis, type of business and firm size were not significantly related to the performance but the existence of information security unit, investment in information security and the status of security consciousness in executives and employees were positively related. As a result, this study shows that security certification should be implemented with suitable capabilities and the investments to protect from leaking industrial technology and proved the importance of the security certification as an infrastructures and system.

This paper proposes a new concept of inter-organizational systems (IOS) visibility, considering the key role of IOS in IT-enabled supply chain (SC) cooperation. Further, antecedents and consequences IOS visibility have been studied. Antecedents of IOS visibility are identified from the two conflicting theories of inter-organizational relationships, i.e., RDT(resource dependence theory) and RV(relational view). Investigating SC cooperation from the perspectives of both partners (buyers and suppliers) is important, especially when channel partners depend on each other and when asymmetries in IOS visibility can exist. Hence, this study attempts to accommodate both partners' perspectives in IOS visibility and to look into the consequences of IOS visibility from each participant's perspective.

This study aims to analyze the relation between management efficiency and financial performance in public institutions. Based on 135 public institutions published in public business information system from 2017 to 2020, Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) for estimating management efficiency was performed. This study analyzed the relationship between DEA and financial performance included ROA and ROS using multi-regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows; We find that there is significant positive relation between management efficiency and ROA. We also find this significant relation in model with ROS. This finding implies that management efficiency a factor that improve financial performance in public institutions. The results of this study can provide an important empirical evidence for evaluating the strategy of governance to improve financial performance by enhancing management efficiency.

오늘날 급격한 경영환경의 변화로 인해 제조업의 효율적인 운영이 더욱 어려워지고 있다. 기업내에 새로운 기술을 도입하고자 할 경우, 해당 기업이 추구하고 있는 전략은 물론이고 그것이 실제로 운용되어지는 제조구조에 적합하지 않으면 경제적 효과를 얻지 못할 가능성이 크다. 본 연구에서는 사업전략·제조구조, CIM기술간 적합성 개념이나 시너지 효과(synergy effect)를 밝혀내고자 하였다. 따라서 각 차원에 따른 유형들이 상호보완적인 집합임에 착목하여 , 두 차원간 부합성 정도의 결과치가 어떠한 순위를 나타낼 것인지 조사하였다. 또한 세 차원 사이의 선택적 결합에 따른 상황적응성이 제조기업의 성과에 얼마만큼이나 영향을 미치고 있는지 검증해 보았다. 특히 한·일 제조업의 경영시스템을 경쟁전략·제조체계·CIM기술간 적합성 측면에서 살펴봄으로써, 상이한 경영환경하의 양국 제조기업이 각각 어떤 특성을 지니고 있는지 파악하고자 시도했다.
