This study developed a model to evaluate the quality management system of a medical device manufacturing company, and applied it to medical device manufacturers to understand the impact on business performance in response to international regulations and industry's change. This study prepared preliminary items, defined four (4) major factors (Plan-Do-Check-Act) that consist of the evaluation layers and items per category according to prior research review and expert interview, and calculated the weight and importance using AHP. The study results showed that responsibility & authority and quality objective in Planning Category, product-related requirement and R&D in Doing Category, Measuring and monitoring in Check Category, and review of meeting Regulatory and regulation in Action Category are relatively more important factors. The evaluation model developed based on the calculated weight and importance to business performance was applied to medical device manufacturers to investigate and analyze the implementation level of QMS and its impact on business performance according to each category. Most medical device manufacturers to be studied showed a reasonable level of QMS and effective business performance. Almost all the evaluation layers and items in the four (4) factors had a significant influence on business performance. Although the medical device quality management system is aimed mainly at license acquisition, it is important that management environment factors not related directly to licensing and authorization are important to business performance, and it is effective when these factors are integrated and operated within and outside the manufacturer.

By strengthening the market control and expanding the networks, providers of global logistics are expanding their service scope. E-logistics connects e-business to internal and external information system by using WMS, TMS, and OMS. The paper focuses on analyzing the efficiency of the tope fifty Global Logistics Providers. Therefore, the study classifies the factors which specify the efficiency of a total logistics industry and verified its firmness. Furthermore, the most recently published reports by Logistics Quarterly and Armstrong Association in 2011 was used in order to guarantee credibility of the study. This study utilizes three years of materials, from 2007, 2008, 2009 on publish 2010, for scope period for analysis. By applying SBM (Slack Based Measure) & the DEA Window model, the trend in efficiency and stableness was analyzed. Consequently, the main purpose of the paper is evaluating the efficiency. Also, analyzing its determinants and illustrating a long-term relationship between the annual turnover and major shippers was used as output measures. In addition, the number of information system operations, the grade of information systems, and employee of Logistics Providers was used as input measures.

Enterprises should set up realizable goals and continually control the goals from apprehending whether they can be realized or not so that the enterprises grow consistently. Furthermore, from supplementing parts to be improved, goals are reset and the result should be controlled in order to fit to them. Lately, a lot of discussions about the results of organizations, projects, and companies are being realized in construction field. Particularly, in construction management, effective and professional control activities throughout the life cycle of facilities as well as the stage of business implementation of construction work are needed. About the result measurement of the construction management, lots of most domestic researches stay in the level of establishing basic concepts. Also, since characteristics of the construction field and the construction management were not reflected properly, it is in a situation that the result control system is not applied to on-site real works. Hence, this study intends to suggest fundamental data for measuring objective results from extracting result areas and key performance indicators of the construction management using Balanced Score Card.

The area of business applications in the internet are extended enormously in result of fast development of computing and communication technologies, increase of internet use, and use of intranet/extranet in enterprise information system. Widely spread the use of the internet, there are various applications for Business to Business (B to B) or Business to Customer(B to C) model that are based on the intranet or extranet. This paper designed and implemented the Web-based Electronic Bidding System for Business to Business (B to B) model. The technical issues of electronic bidding system in the internet are involved in the connection between web client and server, electronic data interchange for the contract document, and security solution during the bidding and contracting processes. The web-based electronic bidding system in this paper is implemented using Java applet and servlet as a connection interface for web client and sewer, XML/EDI-based documents for a bid and a contract, and bidding server and notary server for enhancing the security using PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)-based public key cryptography, digital signature and Certification Authority (CA).

This study analyzes whether the value-added structure of Korean wind power industry exhibits a virtuous cycle through the value chain(VC) within wind power firms and the value system(VS) among the wind power industries, using a regression analysis based on a survey about Korean wind power companies. According to the VC, the government's R&D support is analyzed to have contributed to an increase in the R&D investments of the wind power companies. An increase in corporates' R&D investments has led to an increase in corporates' R&D outputs, and in turn, induced a remarkable increase in the amounts of production. But an increase in production has not led to a decrease in the costs of production, not resulting in an increase in profit rates per sales amount. In addition, while an increase in profit rates is analyzed to have contributed to an increase in production, this did not induce further investments in corporate's R&D. The virtuous cycle of the value chain in Korean wind power firms is, therefore, analyzed to be weak. Next, the VS is analyzed by dividing the whole chain into the system group including rotor blades, gear boxes, and power generators, and the structure group, such as towers. Two groups are analyzed to have mutually positive effects in the processes of the government's support for corporates' R&D, corporates' investment in R&D, R&D outputs, and profit rates per sales amount. Such mutual positive effects are, however, not found in the processes of the amounts of production and the costs of production. These results demonstrates that the value system of Korean wind power industry is not completed. This study has a policy implication to need further efforts to create the virtuous cycle in the VC and VS of Korean wind power industry.

Smart working sparked by iPhone3 opens a revolution in smart ways of working at any time, regardless of location and environment. Also, It provide real-time information processing and analysis, rapid decision-making and the productivity of businesses, including through the timely response and the opportunity to increase the efficiency. As a result, every company are developing mobile information systems. But company data is accessed from the outside, it has problems to solve like security, hacking and information leakage. Also, Mobile devices such as smart phones belonging to the privately-owned asset can't be always controlled to archive company security policy. In the meantime, public smart phones owned by company was always applied security policy. But it can't not apply to privately-owned smart phones. Thus, this paper is focused to archive company security policy, but also enable the individual's free to use of smart phones when we use mobile information systems. So, when we use smart phone as individual purpose, the normal operation of all smart phone functions. But, when we use smart phone as company purpose like mobile information systems, the smart phone functions are blocked like screen capture, Wi-Fi, camera to protect company data. In this study, we suggest the design and implementation of real time control and management of mobile device using MDM(Mobile Device Management) solution. As a result, we can archive company security policy and individual using of smart phone and it is the optimal solution in the BYOD(Bring Your Own Device) era.

In the ways of coping with the rapidly changing environment, the information technology is recognized a critical factor in order to rethink the effectiveness of business management, and enterprise resource planning(ERP) system has emerged as an essential method for strengthening the competitiveness on the strategic level. This empirical study has revealed the following. First, well-organized system management and the strong will and leadership of top management have significantly positive influence on the reduction of cost and time. Second, system management, users' participation, and the strong will and leadership of top management have significantly positive influence on the improvement of management and informational environment. It also proposes the guidelines of how to establish an ERP system successfully in the public enterprises.

'IT거버넌스'가 국내 IT시장의 화두로 떠오르고 있다. 그럼에도 아직까지 일부를 제외하곤 국내 대기업에서 이렇다 할 IT거버넌스 구축 사례를 찾아보기 힘든 것 또한 사실이다. 이는 물론 IT거버넌스의 개념 자체가 워낙 방대해 기업의 전산실무자들이 IT거버넌스를 위한 뚜렷한 로드맵을 내놓는 것이 쉽지 않기 때문이기도 하다. 특히 최근에는 ITSM 이슈 외에 계정관리, 시스템리스크관리, DB보안 등 내부 보안에 대한 것도 중요한 IT거버넌스의 범주에 포함되고 있는 상황이다.기업들의 IT투자 비중이 커질수록 그에 대한 기대도 높아지고 있다. 그러나 기업들의 IT에 대한 기대와 의존도가 높아진 만큼 리스크도 커지고 있다. IT 리스크는 단순한 IT만의 문제가 아니라 기업의 존망을 결정짓는 심각한 리스크 요인으로 작용할 수 있다는 점에서'IT 리스크 관리'는 중요한 기업의 화두로 등장하고 있다.

인터넷으로 표현되는 디지털 세상은 빠른 속도로 변하는 삶 전체에 영향을 미치는데, 특히 산업체에서의 업무와 일하는 방식을 바꾼다. 인터넷과 웹 접속 기술은 현재의 업무 과정을 개선하고, 전통적인 제조 기업의 생산성과 관리 효율을 극대화한다 본 논문에서는 이러한 발전 설비의 안정성과 원거리 모니터링의 신뢰성과 PV시스템의 제어에 관한 것이다 그리고 PV시스템의 센서 모니터링 데이터와 간접적인 제어를 설계하였다. 전통적인 모니터링 시스템은 특수한 하드웨어나 소프트웨어에 의존한다 모니터링 시스템의 기본적인 목표는 사용자가 휴대용 단말기를 통해 모니터링과 제어를 할 수 있게 하는 것이다. Labview GUI를 이용하여 설계한 모니터링 시스템은 윈도우 2000을 운영체제로 한 IBM PC를 사용하였고, TCP/IP 프로토콜에 기본을 두었다. 이러한 모니터링 시스템의 이점은 사원의 지출(급여)를 줄이고 지구 어느 곳에서든 발전 시스템을 인공위성을 통하여 모티터링과 제어를 할 수 있다.

IDC는 기업 및 개인 고객에게 전산 설비나 네트워크 설비를 유치하여 유지·보수 등의 서비스를 제공하는 곳으로, 서버 장비 및 통신장비의 운영과 관리를 대행하여 서버의 안정성, 보안성과 서버가 제공하는 서비스의 품질을 유지해 주는 시설이다. 하지만 학교나 일부기업에서는 자신들의 고유 서비스를 위해 호스트를 자신들의 NOC(Network Operation Center)에 놓아두게 되고, 그러면 IDC에서 지원하는 다양한 관리 서비스를 제공받지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 IDC 관리형 인터넷 서비스 모니터링 및 관리시스템의 구조를 제안하고 시스템을 구현한다. 웹에서 효과적인 모니터링 및 관리를 위하여 JAVA 기반의 설계를 하였으며, 인터넷 서비스에 대한 효율적인 관리를 위하여 ICMP 프로콜을 사용하였다. 제안된 시스템을 이용하여 원격지의 서버의 상태나 인터넷 서비스의 전반적인 상태를 일정하게 유지하며, 웹을 기반으로 하여 모니터링 및 관리를 할 수 있다. 중요 기능은 데이터의 주기적인 수집과, 수집된 정보를 데이터 베이스에 저장함으로써 네트워크의 상태 변화에 대한 지속적인 관찰이 가능하다. 또한 시스템에 어떤 문제가 발생하였다고 판단될 경우 효율적이고 신속한 대처가 이루어지도록 하기 위하여 관리자에게 보고서를 제출하게 된다.
