The purpose of this study is to investigate the perceived quality toward user performance and corporate performance in production information systems. For this purpose, a research model and hypotheses are developed based on the relevant literature reviews. Data have been collected from 132 enterprises which have implemented production information systems, and the research hypotheses were tested by covariance structural model analysis. The results of this empirical study are summarized as follows. First, production information quality and support service quality are confirmed to have a positive effect on user's satisfaction, however, I found no evidence of a statistically significant relationship between system quality and user's satisfaction. Second, all of three quality factors which are production information quality, system quality, and support service quality have positive influence on system usage. Third, user's satisfaction has positive influence on system usage, and both of user's satisfaction and system usage have positive influence on performance improvement. Based on these findings, this study suggested the implications, as well as limitations and further research directions.

오늘의 기업은 내부 조직, 업무 프로세스, 정보기술 측면에서 많은 문제점을 가지고 있고, 대외적인 기업 환경이 수시로 바뀌는 등 어려운 상황에 직면하고 있다. 이런 내부적인 문제를 해결하고, 외부 환경변화에 신속하게 대응할 뿐만 아니라 전사적 자원을 체계적으로 관리하고, 경영을 효율화하기 위하여 ERP 를 도입하고 있다. 이러한 도입 목적을 달성하기 위하여 모기업은 2004년 부터 협력사 경영관리력 향상 및 협력사와의 구매 SCM(Supply Chain Management) 연계를 통한 협업체계 구축을 목표로 협력사의 ERP 구축 및 5대 구축 자금 및 전문 인력을 지원하였다. 또한 시스템구축 지원 뿐만이 아니라 시스템 활용도 제고 활동을 위하여 ERP구축 및 SCM 연계가 완료된 업체를 대상으로 변화관리 컨설팅을 지원하였으며, 매년 정기적인 정보화평가를 수행하여, 문제점을 파악하고 문제점을 제거하기 위한 활동을 수행하게 되었다. 이와 같은 변화관리 컨설팅을 통한 시스템 활용도 제고활동이 정보시스템 전체에 미치는 영향 및 성과가 지대함을 인식하게 되었고, 이에 본 논문에서는 ERP 및 구매 SCM 시스템 구축 후 운영 안정화 및 변화관리 활동을 주요 연구대상으로 하여 변화관리 수행방안 및 수행내용, 변화관리 활동을 통한 성과에 대하여 중점적으로 연구하였다.

데이터 웨어하우스는 기업의 통합된 데이터의 저장하는 곳이며, 대게는 상당한 규모를 가지고 있다. 또한, 데이터 웨어하우스는 일반적으로 다양한 종류의 데이터를 저장함으로 데이터 웨어하우스에 저장된 데이터는 의사결정 임무에 따라서는 그 질적, 적합성에 차이를 나타내고는 한다. 이러한 데이터 웨어하우스의 특성으로 인해서 때로는 데이터 웨어하우스의 데이터의 효용성이 기업의 의사결정을 지원하는데 있어 제한적일 수 있다. 정보 시스템의 문헌에는 데이터의 질이 의사결정 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 많이 알려져 있지 않다. 그래서, 본 연구는 contextual data(상황적 데이터)의 질과 업무의 복잡성이 의사결정 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 탐구해보고자 한다. Contextual data의 질과 업무의 복잡성이 의사결정의 성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 웹을 기반으로 하는 데이터 웨어하우스를 이용하는 실험을 실행했다. 연구의 결과는 contextual data의 질이 의사결정의 성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 통계적으로 보여주었다. 이러한 연구결과는 의사결정자의 의사결정 성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 데이터 웨어하우스의 contextual data의 질을 향상시켜야한다는 것을 제시하고 있다.

지식경？ 전략과 기업 성과에 대한 기존 연구는 연구방법 및 대상이 제한적이었다. 본 연구는 전략과 성과에 대한 영향분석을 위해 국내 기업을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 지식경영 전략은 (ⅰ) 내부 및 외부 지식원천을 이용하고 사람 및 지식 재사용을 모두 강조하는 적극적 전략, (ⅱ) 내부지식을 위주로 한 사람중심 전략(ⅲ) 외부지식 위주의 재사용중심 전략(ⅳ) 지식원천 활용이 저조하고 확실한 지식경영 중심이 미비한 소극적 전략의 4 유형으로 대별된다. 기업성과는 재무적 요소와 비재무적 요소가 고려되었다. 또한 조직구조, 문화, 기술적 특성의 차이도 파악되었는데, 적극적 전략의 기업이 조직구조, 문화, 그리고 정보기술 측면에서 지식경영에 적합하다는 점이 파악되었다. 내부지식 위주의 사람 중심형 기업은 조직 공동의 문화형성에 많은 노력을 기울이는 반면, 외부지식 중심의 재사용 중심형 기업은 정보기술 인프라 구축에서 우수함이 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 기업의 지식경영 전략 수립에 실제적 지침을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

Qualitative management structure of construction companies in Korea are relatively inadequate in comparison with quantitative growth. To improve qualitative management structure, we need to make impartial performance measurement system which arouse participants responds. It is important to select and decide performance measurement index to company and participants. And it is also important to take the weights. For that, we figure out the weights of performance measurement with HSC by Kaplan & Norton.'1'o find out the characteristics of the weights which was classified according to size of the construction company, we analyse and compare with each weights. The result of this Paper will contribute to operate performance measurement system that make raise efficiency and maximize the performance of companies.

The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of ERP system quality factors on the system use satisfaction and on personal and organizational performances. For achieving this objective, we investigated the interrelationship among quality factors, use satisfaction and business performance in the companies which operate the ERP system using questionnaires, whereas many previous studies focused on general quality factors such as the relationship between system quality and use satisfaction on organizational performance. The difference between our study and previous studies is that we classified the information system quality into three categories (system quality, information quality, and service quality) before analyzing the respective relationship among three identified variables (use satisfaction, individual performance and organization performance). The result of this study proved that the system quality, information quality, and service quality considered as the ERP system quality factors have a positive effect on user satisfaction level, respectively.

경제위기 직후, 산업분야는 뼈를 깎는 기업의 구조조정과 다시 일어서려는 기업의 몸부림 속에서 조금씩 예전의 모습을 되찾아 가고 있다. 하지만 그 피해가 너무 커서 회복을 위해서는 많은 시간과 노력이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 노력은 기술 개발과 품질향상에 바탕을 둔 독특한 비교우위의 확보, 그리고 소비자 요구의 다양화에 따른 틈새화 되어가고 있는 세계시장의 공략을 위한 품질 차별화 기술을 필요로 하고 있으며, 이를 위해서는 품질경영시스템의 올바른 이해와 실천이 뒷받침되어야 한다. 따라서 기업들은 자신의 위치에 맞는 품질 시스템의 구축과 실천이 절실히 요구되고 있으며, 이런 취지에서 중소기업과 대기업간의 품질경영의 차이에 관련된 문제를 다룸으로써 도움이 되고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 품질경영시스템의 이해를 높이기 위해 중소ㆍ대기업간 품질 및 품질경영시스템상의 차이가 경제적 성과의 차이에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지 양자간 상관관계를 알아본다.

The purpose of the research was to identify the level of accounting information system for SMBs and environmental factors, and to analyze whether the level of accounting information system affects system performance. The research method measured the AIS level using Nolan's growth phase model, and the verification of the factors affecting the situation, AIS level, and performance was verified using the regression analysis model. The results of the study are summarized as follows: In measuring the level of an accounting information system, it was found that it was in the stage of integration, which is Step 4, and the analysis of the factors influencing the level of an accounting information system showed that the uncertainty in the environment was absolutely affected.

정부는 중소기업 정보화가 기업 업무효율성을 제고하고 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심동인임을 인지하고 있다. 이에 정부차원의 많은 지원정책이 있었지만, 소기의 성과를 달성하지 못했다. 이런 환경하에서 중소기업의 IT솔루션 도입성과를 측정 하기 위해 기존의 성과측정 방법론과 달리, IT 성과측정에 집중하지 않고 개선방향 제시에 중점을 둔 중소기업 정보화생산성 향상 컨설팅 방법론을 개발하였다. 본 방법론의 각 중소 기업의 시스템 구성평가, 운영 평가, 경영개선 기여도평가를 통해 IT솔루션이 중소기업 경영에 어떻게 기여하고, 어떤 측면을 개선하는 것이 좋은지를 판단할 수 있는 잣대가 되는 방법론이다.
