지난 10월 13일부터 17일까지 개최된 세계 에너지 올림픽, 제22회 2013세계에너지총회가 90여 년의 총회 역사상 역대 최대 규모이자 최고로 성공적인 국제 행사로 평가 받으며 대단원의 막을 내렸다. 이번 대구 세계에너지총회에는 120개국에서 약 7,500명이 참가했으며, 일반 참가자들을 포함해 전시회 참관객은 약 3만 명이 방문, 73개국에서 272명의 연사가 참석했다. 금번 총회는 총회 역사상 최다 참가자, 최다 국가 장차관급 참석, 에너지업계의 최고위 연사 등 전 분야에 걸쳐 유례없는 기록을 남기며 세계에너지협의회 역대 최고의 총회로 꼽는 성공적인 총회로 평가 받았다.

에스컬레이터의 고장 여부를 사전에 파악하는 것은 경제적 손실뿐만 아니라 인명 피해를 예방할 수 있어서 매우 중요하다. 실제 이러한 고장 예측을 위한 많은 딥러닝 알고리즘이 연구되고 있지만, 설비의 이상 데이터 확보가 어려워 모델 학습이 어렵다는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제의 해결 방안으로 비지도 학습 기반의 방법론 중 하나인 LSTM Autoencoder 알고리즘을 사용해 에스컬레이터의 이상을 탐지하는 모델을 생성했고, 최종 실험 결과 모델 성능 AUROC가 0.9966, 테스트 Accuracy가 0.97이라는 높은 정확도를 기록했다.

올해 해외건설 수주액이 1/4분기도 채 지나기 전에 100.5억불을 기록하며 100억불을 돌파했다. IMF 위기 이후 침체를 겪었던 해외건설은 2004년 이후 회복기에 들어서 2005년 109억불, 2006년 165억불을 기록한데 이어 2007년에는 398억불을 기록하며 300억불 시대를 개척하는 등 사상 초유의 호황세를 이어가고 있는 중이다. 국토해양부는 우리기업의 수주경쟁력과 현재의 중동.아프리카 등 산유국의 발주량 확대 등의 세계 건설시장의 호재 등을 고려할 때 올해 400억불 이상의 수주를 무난히 달성할 것으로 전망하고 있다. 이러한 해외건설의 수주 성과는 국제 수지표 기준으로 서비스 수출 품목 중 단연 최고이며 상품수출액과 견주어도 반도체, 자동차, 조선 등 주력 수출품과 어깨를 나란히 하고 있다. 이렇게 고성장을 달리고 있는 해외건설은 침체된 국내 건설경기의 타개책으로 건설업계가 해외에 눈을 돌리면서 더욱 활발해지고 있다. 설비건설업계도 40여개 업체가 해외에 진출해 있다. 특히 플랜트공사의 경우 원도급으로 수주를 받을 정도로 활발한 수주활동을 벌이고 있다. 이에 따라 본지는 해외건설에 진출해 있거나 혹은 진출 예정인 회원사의 업무에 도움이 되고자 해외건설 현황 및 해외공사 수행을 위한 현지 여건 분석 및 수행절차, 해외건설협회 보고 절차, 해외건설 회원사 현황 등을 특집으로 게재한다.

인터넷 기술의 발달과 인터넷 비즈니스의 발전으로 인해 오늘날 사람들은 더욱 많은 시간을 인터넷 상에서 보내고 있다. 사용자가 기업의 웹 사이트를 방문한 기록은 웹 로그파일이라는 형태로 기업의 서버에 남게 되는데 이러한 로그 파일을 이용해 고객의 행동을 더욱 잘 이해하는 것이 매우 중요한 경쟁력의 요소로 자리 잡게 되었다. 이제까지는 웹 로그를 분석하기 위해 웹 로그 분석 도구를 이용해 왔는데, 경영 의사 결정에 도움이 되는 지식을 발견하기보다는 단순한 기술적인 통계량을 구하는데 그쳤다. 본 연구에서는 통계와 데이터마이닝 기법을 웹 데이터에 적용하여 경영 의사 결정에 도움이 되는 의미 있는 정보를 추출한다. 이를 위해 실제 인터넷 기업의 데이터를 기반으로 하여 대량 데이터를 데이터마이닝을 위해 전처리 하는 과정과 준비된 데이터를 분석하는 과정을 소개한다. 웹 사이트의 분석은 경영 지식을 찾아내기 위한 과정으로 개별 사이트가 처한 상황에 따라 분석과정이 상이해 질 수 있기 때문에 실제 기업의 데이터를 가지고 분석해 나가는 과정을 보이는 것은 의미 있는 연구라 생각된다.

최근 나날이 발전해가는 정보화 사회에서 기업 비밀의 유출사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며 지식정보의 가치가 커짐에 따라 기업의 피해도 같이 증가하고 있다. 외부의 공격으로 개인 또는 기업의 중요한 정보가 유출되거나 정당하지 않은 목적으로 수집, 가공되어 오/남용되어 정보의 악영향을 초래하고 있기 때문에 효율적으로 기업 정보를 관리하는 방법을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 인증과 문서에 접근 시 자신의 보안 등급과 관련 부서를 확인하고 사용자 등급에 맞는 OTP값을 이용한다. 보안 정책에 적합한 문서만을 볼 수 있어 문서의 무결성을 확인하고, Log를 기록을 함으로써 사고에 대한 책임추적성을 부여 할 수 있으며, 효율적이고 안전하게 접근 통제를 할 수 있다.

본 사례는 LG 전자가 독일시장에 진출하여 냉장고 사업 부문에서 성공적인 마케팅 활동을 소개하고 있다. 사례연구의 주요 내용은 LG 전자가 1970년대 독일시장에 OEM(주문자 상표 부착방식)으로 유럽에 진출하여 1980년에 유럽최초의 판매법인을 설립하여 경영활동을 하던 중 1990년대 경영위기를 맞이하여 이를 극복하기위한 구조조정 과정과 독일 가전 시장에서 성공적인 마케팅 활동의 전략적 실행의 과정을 다루고 있다. 특히 독일 가전시장에서 기존의 유수한 현지기업과의 치열한 경쟁에도 불구하고 냉장고 사업 부문에서 우수한 사업 성과를 기록하는 마케팅 전략을 3 C 와 4P 관점에서 연구하였다. 사례연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. LG는 독일의 선진 시장에 진출한 EU에 포함되지 않는 역외업체로서 독일현지시장에서 기존의 강력한 현지업체들과 경쟁하기 위하여 선택과 집중 및 차별화 전략을 실행하였다. 이러한 전략은 기업의 틈새(niche)시장 전략으로 불리어질 수 있다. 즉, 틈새 시장 전략은 후발 진출기업이 경쟁이 치열한 시장에서 주요 경쟁 기업들이 참여하지 않는 세분시장을 발굴하여 이 세분시장에 모든 가용 자원을 투입하는 전략이다. LG는 이러한 현지 시장환경에서 한국 내수모델 중 LG특유의 경쟁력이 있는 품목을 현지시장에 맞게 개발하고 이에 대한 효율적인 마케팅 전략과제의 실행으로 현지시장에서 성공적으로 진출할 수 있었다.

드론 비행 후 추출할 수 있는 Log 파일은 드론의 비행 정보를 확인할 수 있는 데이터이다. 이 데이터를 Log 분석기를 사용하여 그래프 형태로 시각화 하게 되면 비행 속도, 거리, 높이 등 다양한 비행데이터를 분석하기에 용이하다. 또한 Log 분석 자료에는 기체운용 중 발생하는 안전 이슈에 대한 기록도 포함되어 있어 드론의 사고 또는 고장유무를 판단할 때에 중요한 자료로서 활용된다. 그러므로 데이터분석 시에 안전 이슈 발생 시점과 연관지어 데이터를 분석하는 것이 보다 효과적이다. 그러나 상용 서비스에서는 분석데이터와 안전 이슈 데이터를 함께 보는 방법은 제공되지 않는다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 Log 분석 시스템에 안전 이슈 정보를 추가하여 볼 수 있는 방법을 제시하여 드론 운용자가 로그분석을 보다 효과적으로 할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

As the foundation for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, blockchain is becoming an essential core infrastructure and technology that creates new growth engines in various industries and is rapidly spreading to the environment of businesses and institutions worldwide. In this study, the characteristics and trends of blockchain technology were investigated and arranged, its application to the records management section of public institutions was required, and the procedures and methods of construction in the records management field of public institutions were studied in literature. Finally, blockchain technology was applied to the records management to propose an archive chain model and describe possible expectations. When the transactions that record the records management process of electronic documents are loaded into the blockchain, all the step information can be checked at once in the activity of processing the records management standard tasks that were fragmentarily nonlinked. If a blockchain function is installed in the electronic records management system, the person who produces the document by acquiring and registering the document enters the metadata and information, as well as stores and classifies all contents. This would simplify the process of reporting the production status and provide real-time information through the original text information disclosure service. Archivechain is a model that applies a cloud infrastructure as a backend as a service (BaaS) by applying a hyperledger platform based on the assumption that an electronic document production system and a records management system are integrated. Creating a smart, electronic system of the records management is the solution to bringing scattered information together by placing all life cycles of public records management in a blockchain.

Since the government of Republic of Korea was established in 1948, a period that made the biggest difference on National Records Management System was from 1999 when was enacted. Especially, it was the period of President Roh's five-year tenure called Participation Government (2003-2008). This paper illustrates distinct phenomena of Records Management System Policy during Participation Government. Three major agents of the system are President Roh, the Presidential Secretariat, and Archives Management Bureau at the National Archives of Korea. They sometimes competed with themselves for initiatives of policy, but they used to cooperate with each other and have brought about innovations on records management. The first distinctive characteristic of Participation Government (below PG)'s records management is that it implemented governance actively. That is, it tried to listen carefully to all opinions of interest organizations related to records management and enacted laws based on those. The PG not only listened to civic groups, but also created two professional groups called Records Management Innovation Expert Committee and Innovation Decentralization Assessment Committee. Those two groups enacted . Another remarkable feature is a nomination of records management specialists at public institutions. In 2005, PG created Archival Research Positions among research public officials and appointed experts in the field of Archival Research History at central department. With the process, the government tried to provide public records management system and to improve specialty of records management. Since then, records management specialists were employed not only at local governments but also at private archival institutions. It has allowed of entering a new phase in employing records management professionals. The Participation Government also legislated (completely revised) . It led to a beginning of developing records management in Republic of Korea. was revised thoroughly for the e-Government period and was established as a foundation for managing presidential records. An establishing process of a country's records management system describes the degree of democratic development of society. Following governments should supplement PG's shortcomings and carry out 'New Governance Records Management System'. Principal subjects of records management system should include not only a government but also civic groups, local governments, small businesses, and academic professionals. The object of records management also needs to be democratic by recording not only the plans and enforcements of a task but also influences and results of a task. The way of archiving ought to be discussed by all related principals.
