본 논문에서는 기업에서 관리되고 있는 설비 및 자산을 여러 가지 요인의 재난 위험으로부터 보호하는 것을 목적으로 하여 작업장 감지 시스템 WMS(Workshop Monitoring System)를 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 세 부분으로 구성된다. (1) 작업장 환경 자료를 수집하기 위한 센서 (2) 센서 데이타를 기록하고 SMS 메시지를 발생시키는 Status Logging Server (3) SMS Gateway 등으로 구성된다. 이러한 WMS는 각종 재해 발생시에 치명적인 손실을 초래 할 수 있는 시설들에 대해 즉각적인 조치를 위한 통보 시스템으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

CJ제일제당 안산공장은 전당과 전분당 등을 생산하고 있는 식품소재 제조사업장이다. 업종 특성상 폭발 등의 사고가 일어날 수 있고, 전도, 협착, 추락 등의 재해 발생 가능성도 높은 편이다. 실제로 이곳은 지난 2007까지 매년 사고가 발생하면서 골머리를 앓았다. 밀폐된 공간에서의 사망사고, 협착사고, 추락사고, 지게차 사고 등 사고유형도 다양했다. 하지만 지금 이곳은 무재해 5배수 기록을 달성한 사업장으로 지역사회에 큰 귀감이 되고 있다. KOSHA18001 인증, PSM 인증 등 안전시스템 구축과 교육체계의 확립, 안전관리자의 열정, 그리고 한번 해보자는 임직원들의 관심 어린 참여가 어우러져 나타난 결과다. 여기에 한 가지 더. 이곳이 무재해 사업장으로 자리 잡을 수 있었던 것에는 안세천 공장장의 안전경영이 큰 몫을 했다. 안전에 대한 확고한 신념을 가지고, 안전사고 예방을 철저히 강조하고 있는 안세천 공장장을 만나봤다.

In today's firms, there is an increasing awareness amongst managers and executives on the importance of secretary's role. This is a study on the profile of the corporate executive secretary's job responsibilities with emphasis on communication skills, interpersonal and foreign language fluency, which I deem relevant to their position. As a result, I believe that an executive secretary must obtain at least a two-year secretarial degree, Furthermore, I propose that their education must include and stress emphasis in foreign languages. Nevertheless, I feel that in today's global economy, it is important that executive secretaries are fluent in at least two(2) foreign languages that would enable him/her to write his/her boss' speeches, editing dictated materials and creating corresspondences. This study is believed to contribute to the education of the future executive secretaries and the managers etc.

(주)화인은 전남 광양 포스코 제철소 내에서 크레인, 굴삭기, 휠로더, 무인로더 및 각종 설비를 이용하여 Slag를 처리하고 있는 전문 외주사로, 대한산업안전협회 전남지회가 안전우수사업장으로 적극 추천할 정도로 안전에 대해서는 큰 모범을 보이고 있는 회사다. 이곳은 업종 특성상 폭발, 화재 위험이 매우 크다. 하지만 113명의 임직원 모두가 안전을 최우선으로 하면서 설립(2010년 7월 1일) 이후부터 무사고를 기록, 지난해 10월 안전보건공단으로부터 무재해 2배수를 인정받았다. 이러한 안전에 대한 성과는 작업 능률로 그대로 이어지면서 이곳은 지난 2011년 포스코의 우수 외주 파트너사로 선정되기도 했다. 안전뿐만 아니라 보건 측면에서도 매우 큰 성과를 냈다. 전사적으로 금연 프로그램을 적극적으로 시행하여, 지난해 전남 광양시로부터 '담배 연기 없는 기업'을 수상한 것이다. 위험천만한 제철소 환경 속에서 확고한 안전보건 문화를 구축, 지역사업장의 모범이 되고 있는 (주)화인의 안전관리 활동을 살펴봤다.

이벤트 로그(Event Log)는 윈도우 운영체제에서 시스템 로그를 기록하는 형식으로 시스템 운영에 대한 정보를 체계적으로 관리한다. 이벤트는 시스템 자체 또는 사용자의 특정 행위로 인해 발생할 수 있고, 그러한 이벤트 로그는 시스템의 시작과 종료뿐만 아니라 기업 보안 감사, 악성코드 탐지 등 행위의 근거로 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 PC 종료 관련 실험을 통해 이벤트 로그와 ID를 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 통해 PC의 정상 및 비정상 종료 여부를 판단하여, 현장 압수·수색 시 해당 저장매체에 대해 선별압수·매체압수의 해당 여부 식별이 가능하다. 본 연구는 현장수사관이 디지털증거 압수·수색 시 절차적 적법성과 증거능력 확보의 근거 활용에 기여할 수 있다.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to create a ubiquitous society as a basis for the core technology-based and community-based technology, the development of technologies that go toward the new growth engines in Korea, one of the IT839 strategy is. This paper ubiquitous RFID technology to keep pace with the present management in society has developed a robot. The system is applied to the RFID cards by using the present management system to manage the personal attendance and reduce the hassle by installing a camera in a robot to prevent a proxy attendance, it added effect. In addition to the robot to determine the user's business to manage attendance, in addition to the menu over lunch with the correct time off work and out of business, and so the record companies and the lab is also possible to take full advantage of the system is introduced.

Diligence/Indolence records are the basic data at a human resource management and the essential data for measure salaries of employees. However, since the D/I systems using RFIDs or biometric sensors require hish costs to build and operate the D/I systems, it is difficult for to small business or self-employed business to use them. In this paper, we propose the Diligence/Indolence system to use the location identification of a smart phon. To locate the position of an employee, the WiFi signal of a smart phone and the wireless access point are exploited. Because the pre-owned hardware resources are used and initial building costs are low, it is easy for small business to use the proposed D/I system with low cost.

본 연구에서는 기업의 증자와 관련하여 풍문설이 유포되었을 때 그에 대한 조회공시의 내용을 확인, 부인, 혹은 검토의 유형별로 나누고, 사건연구방법을 사용하여 공시의 정확성과 효용성(정보전달 효과)을 살펴보고, 공시가 적시성이 있는지를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 실증분석에 따르면 조회공시는 대체적으로 효율적이지 못하다고 결론지을 수 있다. 우선 공시의 적시성에 있어서는 조회 공시일 이전에 주가 수익률이 급격하게 상승함으로 미루어 증권시장에 풍문이 난무하여 공시가 충분히 신속하지 않았다고 할 수 있다. 공시의 정확성과 그 효용성 측면에서 보면 부인공시 후에도 주가가 하락하지 않는 현상은 결코 합리적이지 못하다. 즉, 부인공시는 조회공시 후에 번복되는 경우가 없어 정확하지만 시장이 이를 자본화(Capitalize)하지 않아 정보로서의 효용성이 없다. 그런데, 조회공시 유형별로 정보전달 효과는 조금씩 차이가 있어 일반 투자자들에게 투자 전략적으로 시사하는 바가 있다. 확인공시의 경우는 주가의 상승정도는 다른 조회공시에 비하여 약하지만 공시 당일 유의한 양의 초과수익률(t=0때 2.12%)을 기록하여 확인공시의 효과가 있다 할 수 있다. 또한 검토 중 공시나 부인 공시의 경우, 확연하게 조회의 내용이 즉각적으로 시장에 전달이 되지는 못하지만, 소문이나 풍문의 진위가 추후에 지연되면서 시장에 반영이 되는 듯하여(특히 무상 증자설 부인의 경우) 제한적이지만 정보의 효용성을 볼 수 있었다. 한편 검토 중 공시의 초과수익률이 확인공시나 부인공시의 경우보다 월등히 높게 나타나 증권시장에 퍼져있는 막연한 풍문이 오히려 투자자들의 초과수익을 더 높일 수 있다는 증권가의 주장을 뒷받침한다. 결론적으로 조회공시 유형별로 정보전달 효과를 살펴보았을 때 증자에 대한 풍문은 그 진위여부나 실시시기에 관계없이 사후적으로 투자자의 수익률에 음(-)의 방향으로 작용하지 않는다는 것이다.

Windows Event Log is a format that records system log in Windows operating system and methodically manages information about system operation. An event can be caused by system itself or by user's specific actions, and some event logs can be used for corporate security audits, malware detection and so on. In this paper, we choose actions related to corporate security audit and malware detection (External storage connection, Application install, Shared folder usage, Printer usage, Remote connection/disconnection, File/Registry manipulation, Process creation, DNS query, Windows service, PC startup/shutdown, Log on/off, Power saving mode, Network connection/disconnection, Event log deletion and System time change), which can be detected through event log analysis and classify event IDs that occur in each situation. Also, the existing event log tools only include functions related to the EVTX file parse and it is difficult to track user's behavior when used in a forensic investigation. So we implemented new analysis tool in this study which parses EVTX files and user behaviors.
