This paper proposes a new concept of inter-organizational systems (IOS) visibility, considering the key role of IOS in IT-enabled supply chain (SC) cooperation. Further, antecedents and consequences IOS visibility have been studied. Antecedents of IOS visibility are identified from the two conflicting theories of inter-organizational relationships, i.e., RDT(resource dependence theory) and RV(relational view). Investigating SC cooperation from the perspectives of both partners (buyers and suppliers) is important, especially when channel partners depend on each other and when asymmetries in IOS visibility can exist. Hence, this study attempts to accommodate both partners' perspectives in IOS visibility and to look into the consequences of IOS visibility from each participant's perspective.

인터넷을 통한 기업간(B2B) 전자거래 시장규모가 올해 17조원대에 이르고 기업과 소비자간(B2C) 전자상거래 시장규모 또한 1조원을 넘어서는 등 전체 국내 전자상거래 시장 규모가 18조원을 넘어 설 전망이다. 이는 정보통신시스템에 대한 사회 전반의 의존도가 한층 증대하고 있음을 보여주는 단적인 예라 할 수 있다 오늘날 인터넷 사용이 보편화되고 전자상거래의 규모가 커져 갈수록 정보보호시스템에 대한 신뢰성 및 안전성에 대한 입증 노력 또한 더 강하게 요구되고 있는게 사실이다. 특히 안전성이 입증되진 않은 취약한 정보보호시스템을 사용한 시스템 구축은 오히려 그 위험성을 증가시킬 수 있음을 최근의 많은 해킹사례를 통해 경험한바 있다, 향후 예견되는 이러한 엄청난 사회적 손실을 막기 위한 제도적 노력의 일환으로 미국, 영국, 독일, 프랑스 등 선진국에서는 10여년 전부터 자국의 환경에 적합한 평가기준을 마련하여 정보보호시스템을 평가해오고 있다 본고에서는 정보보호시스템 평가제도와 관련하여 최근의 국제동향과 그에 따른 국내 대응방안을 모색해 보고자한다. 특히 정보보호시스템 평가를 위한 국제기준의 CC(Common Criteria)와 이를 기반으로 맺어진 MRA(Mutual Recognition Arrangement)의 전개과정을 살펴보고 유럽의 상호인정협정인 ITSEC-MRA의 출범배경과 올 5월에 새롭게 출범한 CC-RA체제와 특징적인 모습을 고찰해 보고자한다.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 B2B시장이 엄청난 속도로 증가추세를 드러내고 있는 가운데 국내 전자상거래 시장은 예상만큼의 기대치에 부응하지 못한 채 큰 발전을 보지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이는 인터넷상에서의 효율적인 결제시스템의 부계와 전자상거래 시장의 특성인 신뢰성의 부재에 그 원인이 있다고 보아진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 비대면의 전자적인 결제시스템에 따르는 신뢰성 문제해결을 위한 방안으로 Escrow계정을 이용하는 B2B 결제시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 Escrow Service시스템은 전자결제시스템의 걸림돌이었던 제품보증과 결제보증에 관한 문제를 데이터베이스로 구축하여 체계적이고 안정적인 방법으로 해결할 수 있는 EDI를 이용한 B2B ESCROW 결제서비스를 만드는 것이다. 구매기업과 판매기업간에 매매행위가 발생되면서 양사의 합의에 따른 Escrow사항들을 표준화된 데이터베이스 형식을 갖고 있는 EDI에 저장하고 거래 데이터베이스를 수행하면서 자동적인 EDI File Update를 통해 가장 실시간의 정보를 참조할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 기존의 B2B 결제시스템에 있어서의 Escrow 기능이 계좌이체를 이용한 결제시스템에만 제한적으로 이용돼 왔었으며 또한 Escrow 시스템 수행이 수동적인 프로세스에 의해 움직여졌기 때문에 신뢰성과 이용도면에서 문제점이 있었다. 하지만 EDI를 이용한 Escrow시스템 구현은 프로세스의 자동화뿐만 아니라 계좌이체 및 기타 대출을 이용한 결제시스템에도 다양하게 적용할 수 있으며 또한 History관리가 가능하므로 전자상거래 결제시스템의 효율을 한층 더 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근들어 B2C, B2B로 불리는 인터넷 기반의 전자상거래 시스템의 성공적인 구축이 기업의 비즈니스 성공의 열쇠로 간주될 만큼 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 상거래 행위에 개입하는 다자간의 비즈니스 플로우를 효과적으로 모델링하여 분석할 수 있는 DEVS(Discrete Event Modeling System)이론에 기반한 새로운 비즈니스 모델링/해석 방법론을 제안한다 제안하는 방법은 비즈니스 플로우를 기술할 수 있는 언어를 정의하고, 정의된 언어를 이용하여 기술되는 전자상거래에 개입하는 개체간 거래 행위를 DEVS 모델로 자동 변환하는 방법을 제시한다. 변환된 모델은 이산사건 시뮬레이션 환경인 rDEVSim++ 시뮬레이션 소프트웨어를 이용하여 실행된 후에 그래픽 인터페이스 환경에서 비쥬얼화되어 시스템의 동작 및 성능을 분석 가능하도록 지원한다. 위의 전과정을 포함하도록 개발된 소프트웨어는 기업의 비즈니스 모델 구축용으로 활용이 가능할 뿐만 아니라 전자상거래 관련 인력 양성을 위한 교육용 소프트웨어로도 활용이 가능하다.

EDI is being considered as a new way for exchange business data in the form of electronic document, aiming the paperless transaction in business-to-business commerce. However, only a few enterprises select and practically use EDI accepts the closed and complicated method based on exclusive protocol for electronic document exchange. There, second, is insufficient regulation and system that support it. Last, the cost for operating is too high. In this paper, Open EDI Document Information Management System (OEIMS) was designed for solving the problem that mentioned above. We represented exchange document in code from as XML DTD. OEIMS that makers feasible to transfer their document through the web with low cost and, manage and search the information more efficiently and effectively using object-oriented database. We suggest OEIMS that provide efficiency to reposit and manage a system by modulized design of structural feature from EDI unlike other systems.

In order for companies to survive rapidly changing business environment, it is expected that the activities in an enterprise must be reorganized around business processes; the information infrastructures are based on Web Services; and information systems are re-built around the BPMS (Business Process Management System). In this research we suggest major directions of e-business enhancement especially based on SOA(Service Oriented Architecture). Then we investigate the correlation between BPM functionalities and e-business technologies, and suggest priorities among the evolving directions of BPM functionalities via an intensive expert survey. The results of this study can be used by BPM solution vendors, prospective buyers and IT policy makers.

Hereupon, in this paper, defined e-Catalog document rescue that can process goods information configurationally using XML Schema to increase interoperability in selfishness species system. Also, change e-Catalog document that was defined as XML to e-Catalog document of other structure using XSLT and designed and embody integrated e-Catalog system so that may manage.

인터넷 기반의 e-Business 플랫폼은 최근 몇 년 사이에 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며 비용과 시간적인 측면에서 기존 Legacy 시스템의 서로 다른 플랫폼과 다양한 문서 구조들 사이의 상호 운용적인 문제를 해결하여 통합적인 비즈니스 프레임워크를 구성하는 방법에 대해 관심이 점차 증대되고 있다. 하지만 거래 기업간 서로 다른 플렛폼과 서로 다른 문서 구조를 가지고 있으므로 시스템들의 통합 및 상호 운용성에 있어 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 ebXML기반의 다자간 물류 시스템의 프레임워크를 설계하여 기업들로 하여금 e-business환경에서 전자적으로 협업을 수행하고 보다 원활하게 정보를 교환할 수 있는 시스템의 기준을 제시한다.

B2B 전자상거래 시스템은 B2B 거래를 위해 이기종 환경의 시스템들과 각종 정보를 처리하고, 교환해야 한다. 하지만 서로 다른 플랫폼과 서로 다른 문서 구조를 가지고 있으므로 상호 운용성에 어려움이 존재한다. 현재 많은 기업들은 상호운용성의 결여로 인해 시장확장에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 때문에 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로써 B2B 전자상거래 비즈니스 프로세스 모델간의 상호 변환이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문은 대표적으로 ebXML, 로제타넷, 웹서비스등 이상 3 가지 프레임워크들간의 상호 운용성을 보장하기 위해 ebXML 환경에서 UML 모델링을 기반으로 하여 B2B 전자상거래 시스템 프로세스 모델간 상호 변환을 위한 아키텍처를 제안한다.
