외상 후 스트레스 장애의 평가

  • 우리는 살아가면서 흔히 개인적으로 극심한 스트레스를 겪거나 불행히도 어떤 뜻밖의 재난이나 큰 사고를 경험할 수 있다. 이런 외상적 사건들을 겪고 대부분의 사람들은 잘 극복할 수 있으나 일부 사람들은 심각한 의상 후 스트레스 반응을 보여 그런 외상이 지나감에도 불구하고 괴로운 기억 속에서 그것을 회상시키는 활동과 상황을 피하며 늘 불안한 마음으로 몸은 현재에 살고 있지만 마음은 실상 과거에 매달려 있고 과거의 고통 속에서 헤어 나오지 못하고 있다. 외상 후 스트레스 장애는 다른 불안 장애, 우울증처럼 흔한 질환으로 사회생활에 큰 지장을 주며 삶의 질을 손상시킨다. 그렇지만 외상을 당한 당사자들이 이런 이야기를 하기 꺼려하고, 이런 사람들을 진료실에서 종종 만날 수 있는 임상가들도 외상의 심각성과 외상 후 스트레스 장애에 대한 인식이 부족하여, 우리 주위에 많은 사람이 외상 후 스트레스 장애로 고생하고 있지만 외상 후 스트레스 장애로 진단되는 경우가 실제보다 훨씬 적다. 따라서 외상 후 스트레스 장애에 대한 평가를 배움으로써 더 많은 환자들을 정확히 진단하며 다른 질환과의 감별을 쉽게 할 수 있고, 환자들의 고통과 어려움이 과연 무엇인지 잘 알 수 있으며, 치료 표적과 치료 전략을 정하고, 치료 계획을 세우는 데 도움을 얻을 수 있다. 평가 방법으로는 구조화된 면담, 평가 척도, 정신 생리적 측정법, 치료자의 임상적인 결정 등이 있다. 향후에는 외상 후 스트레스 장애의 증상 정도뿐만 아니라 일상생활, 사회적 관계, 직업적, 사회적 적응 및 기능에 미치는 영향도 같이 평가하는 도구들이 개발되고, 현재 개발된 많은 평가 척도들이 새로이 수정되고 표준화되어, 이런 평가 척도들을 통해 외상 후 스트레스 장애의 경과와 외상 후 스트레스 장애로 인한 정신 사회적 영향을 더 잘 알 수 있는 자료들이 많이 수집되길 바란다. 대칭이, 작은대칭이, 펄조개는 저질이 니질인 곳에서 주로 서식하고 있었고 귀이빨대칭이는 사니질과 사질에 주로 서식하고 있었다. 특히 삽교호 수계 채집된 귀이빨대칭이는 사니질과 사질의 저질에서 출현하였다.및 내장낭 조직들이 중요한 에너지 저장소이며, 영양 공급 기관임을 알 수 있었으며, 폐각근 조직과 내장낭 조직들의 영양물질 함량 변화는 생식소의 에너지 요구에 따라 변하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.. 따른 신장 기능에 대한 영향을 평가해 보아야 한다.하를 조사한 결과, 연간 진동해역으로 유입되는 오염부하량은 부유물질 기준으로 전체 37,316 ton/yr로 추정되었고, 이중 육지기원 부하량이 9,809 ton/yr (26.3%) 였고, 해역의 침강량 23,576 ton/yr (63.2%), 양식생물의 배설량이 3,932 ton/yr (10.5%) 로 대부분이 해역의 침강량에 의한 것으로 조사되었다. 육지오염부하량이 변동이 없다는 전제 조건 아래, 진동만의 피조개 채묘장을 미더덕 양식장으로 품종전환시킬 경우, 전체 부하량은 산술적으로 약 196%가 증가한 72,998 ton/yr 가 되고, 양식생물의 배설량은 10배 정도 증가하게 되어 진동만의 오염부하를 가중하게 된다. 진동만은 여름철 빈산소수괴 및 적조가 빈번하게 발생하고 있으므로 미더덕 양식장을 새로이 시설할 경우 오염부하가 가중될 것으로 판단되어, 앞으로 진동만의 양식장 수용능력을 파악하여 적정량의 양식물량이 시설되어야 할 것이다.25 psu에서 가장 높게 나타났다.인 단백뇨는 진행성 경과의 위험성을 동시에 암시해 주는 매우 유용한 지표이다. 본 연구 결과 학교 신체 검사상에서 발견된 단독 단백뇨의 주된 원인은 기립성 단백뇨로 81.8%를 차지하였다. 그러나 지속성 단백뇨의 경우 비록 9.1%의 빈도를 보였지만, 신장 조직검사를 시행한 결과 진행성 경과를 취할 수 있는

  • The on-line games in the past were played by only two persons exchanging data based on one-to-one connections, whereas recent ones (e.g. MMORPG: Massively Multi-player Online Role-playings Game) enable tens of thousands of people to be connected simultaneously. Specifically, Korea has established an excellent network infrastructure that can't be found anywhere in the world. Almost every household has a high-speed Internet access. What made this possible was, in part, high density of population that has accelerated the formation of good Internet infrastructure. However, this rapid increase in the use of on-line games may lead to surging traffics exceeding the limited Internet communication capacity so that the connection to the games is unstable or the server fails. expanding the servers though this measure is very costly could solve this problem. To deal with this problem, the present study proposes the load distribution technology that connects in the form of local clustering the game servers divided by their contents used in each on-line game reduces the loads of specific servers using the load balancer, and enhances performance of sewer for their efficient operation. In this paper, a cluster system is proposed where each Game server in the system has different contents service and loads are distributed efficiently using the game server resource information such as CPU utilization. Game sewers having different contents are mutually connected and managed with a network file system to maintain information consistency required to support resource information updates, deletions, and additions. Simulation studies show that our method performs better than other traditional methods. In terms of response time, our method shows shorter latency than RR (Round Robin) and LC (Least Connection) by about 12%, 10% respectively.

  • In sensor networks, sensor nodes have limited computational capacity, power and memory. Thus energy efficiency is one of the most important requirements. How to extend the lifetime of wireless sensor networks has been widely discussed in recent years. However, one of the most effective approaches to cope with power conservation, network scalability, and load balancing is clustering technique. The function of a cluster head is to collect and route messages of all the nodes within its cluster. Cluster heads must be changed periodically for low energy consumption and load distribution. In this paper, we propose an energy-aware cluster head selection algorithm and Distance Estimation-based distributed Clustering Algorithm (DECA) in wireless sensor networks, which exchanges cluster heads for less energy consumption by distance estimation. Our simulation result shows that DECA can improve the system lifetime of sensor networks up to three times compared to the conventional scheme.

  • 쾌적한 스포츠웨어는 기능성에 있어서 자연환경의 변화조건과 인체의 운동 및 활동에 맞추어 열절달 및 수분전달 등을 적절히 조절할 수 있어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일반환경조건 및 강우환경조건하에서의 형상기억 투습방수직물 소재의 스포츠웨어 착용에 따른 인체생리반응 및 쾌적감을 규명하기 위하여 스포츠웨어를 제작하여, 인공기후실에서 환경조건변화에 따른 온열생리학적 특성 및 주관적 감각을 측정, 그 특성을 비교, 고찰하였다. 평균피부온은 강우환경조건에서 온도가 낮게, 변동폭이 많게 나타났다. 변화경향을 운동부하를 기점으로 온도의 상승이 나타났고, 운동 2단계에 가장 높은 온도를 나타냈으며, 이후 감소하였다. 직장온은 일반환경조건에 비해 강우환경조건에서 온도의 미세한 상승을 보였다. 의복내 기후는 두 조건 모두에서 가슴부위보다 등부위의 온·습도의 변동폭이 크게 나타났고, 강우환경조건에서의 의복내 온도를 제외하고는 모두 등부위의 온·습도가 높게 나타났다. 최고 혈압은 운동의 강도에 따라 비례하여 상승하고, 최저 혈압에는 큰 영향없이 나타났으며, 변화경향은 의복내 온도의 경향과 역으로 나타났다. 평균혈압은 일반환경조건에서 6.9mmHg 높게 나타났다. 심박수는 일반환경조건에서 4.4beats/min 높게 나타났다. 강우환경조건의 주관적 감각의 평가에서, 신체에 직접 가해지는 빗물 등으로 인해 불쾌감이 증가하였고, 운동 후에는 일반환경조건과 달리 냉감이 증가하였으며, 습윤감은 최고치에 달하였다.

Effects of heat treatment on the load-deflection properties of nickel-titanium wire (니켈-티타늄 와이어의 열처리에 따른 부하-변위 특성 변화)

  • Objective: Nickel-titanium alloy wire possesses excellent spring-back properties, shape memory and super-elasticity. In order to adapt this wire to clinical use, it is necessary to bend as well as to control its super-elastic force. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of heat treatment on the load-deflection properties and transitional temperature range (TTR) of nickel-titanium wires. Methods: Nickel-titanium wires of different diameters ($0.016"\;{\times}\;0.022"$, $0.018"\;{\times}\;0.025"$ and $0.0215"\;{\times}\;0.028"$) were used. The samples were divided into 4 groups as follows: group 4, posterior segment of archwire (24 mm) without heat treatment; group 2, posterior segment of archwire (24 mm) with heat treatment only; group 3, anterior segment with bending and heat treatment; group 4, anterior segment with bending and 1 sec over heat treatment. Three point bending test was used to evaluate the change in load-deflection curve and obtained DSC (different scanning calorimetry) to check changes in $A_f$ temperature. Results: In the three point bending test, nickel-titanium wires with heat treatment only had higher load-deflection curve and loading and unloading plateau than nickel-titanium wires without heat treatment. Nickel-titanium wires with heat treatment had lower Af temperature than nickel-titanium wires without heat treatment. Nickel-titanium wires with heat treatment and bending had higher load-deflection curve than nickel- titanium wires with heat treatment and nickel-titanium wires without heat treatment. Nickel-titanium with heat treatment of over 1 sec and bending had the highest load-deflection curve. Nickel-titanium wires with heat treatment and bending had lower Af temperature, Nickel-titanium wires with heat treatment of over Af sec and bending had the lowest Af temperature. Conclusion: From the results of this study, it can be stated that heat treatment for bending of Nickel-titanium wires does not deprive the superelastic property but can cause increased force magnitude due to a higher load-deflection curve.

  • The desktop interface is not suitable for the environment in which mobile devices are used commonly with moving, because much attention should be paid for it. And the miniaturizing of mobile devices increases the workload for using them, makes the operation speeds lower and makes more errors. So the study of appropriate level of the input interface for this changing environment is needed. In the aspect of mobile devices. input style and the complexity of the menu hierarchy, this study will look for the way to decrease the workload when doing some primary tasks and using mobile devices simultaneously with moving. The input style was classified into gesture input style, button input style, and pointing input style. The accuracy and speed were measured when doing dual tasks, including a menu searching task and a figure memory task, through one input style of three. By Changing the level of menu hierarchy in the menu searching task, the accuracy of task execution was examined. These Experiments were done in standing state and moving state. In both state the pointing input style was the highest in the accuracy of task execution but the slowest in the speed. In contrast, the gesture input style was not high in the accuracy but the fastest in the speed. This fact shows that the gesture input style is suitable for the condition needed for speedy processing rather than accurate execution when moving.

  • K-BEMS System was introduced to reduce peak load and to save total energy of the 200 buildings that KEPCO headquarter and branch offices use. And K-BEMS system is composed of PV, battery, and hybrid PCS. KEPCO research institute has carried out this K-BEMS research project for 3 years since January 2016. In this paper, the results of the project are shown. 9 modes of test results of K-BEMS system and are operational problems were analyzed. And measures to cure the trouble are also suggested. Batteries are operated more than 20% of SOC, and less than 20% of SOC battery protection switches are automatically shutting down the system and the system no longer respond to EMS, ending the supply of PV, and so therefore to continue the PV power supply it was turn out to be necessary that the EMS should automatically change its policy to change PV only supply mode automatically when the Battery Switch automatically operated. To operate the system continuously and automatically, it is necessary to modify the minimum operational SOC value, and in addition to that the EMS computer must remember the last shut-down SOC and Voltage which interrupted the system and add some margin to reflect the measurement error in the system.

The Effect of Unconscious Thought on Goal-Dependent Decision Making (목표지향적 정보처리에서 무의식적 사고의 효과)

  • We explored whether unconscious thought affects the processing of scientific technology information concerning nuclear power. Instead of conscious deliberation of cost-benefit analysis of nuclear energy, we would like to show the effects of unconscious thought on decision making. Participants were presented with all information about nuclear power and then judged the most positive as well as the most negative items. Participants in the unconscious thought condition performed a 2-back digit memory task as distractor before they made any decision regarding the nuclear power. Those in conscious thought condition were asked to carefully evaluate all presented information while participants in the immediate decision condition made a quick decision. Based on the analysis of previous studies on this topic, we attempted to obtain the potential effects of unconscious thought by modifying materials and experimental procedures including the use of noise. Even with these new manipulations, the effect of unconscious thought on decision making was not observed in Experiment 1. In contrast, we observed a significant effect of unconscious thought on decision making when task purpose was clearly presented after participants have finished reading all information regarding nuclear power. The results of the present study indicate that if the task purpose were clearly presented, the effects of unconscious thoughts on decision making could be observed.

  • Recently in the field of information design use of multimedia Including animation has been rapidly increased. And its application is expanding in the field of design nevertheless relevant research in this field is scant. In particular research on which characteristics contribute to improvement for effect of information communication is negligible. Until now designers' interest was mainly focused on visual perfection of screen such as diversity and originality. Actually the aspect of recognition of design was mostly overlooked. But considering ultimate purpose of Information design is accurate communication of information thus there should be more endeavor for research on man's visual recognitive faculty and memory in order to Improve power of communication of information for the purpose of reducing confusion of user before its originality and diversity. For this reason this author in this treatise attempted to examine possible impact of multimedia in information design on recognition of user and communication based on theory of effectiveness of media and also attempted to identify how maximize its effect under different circumstances. Theories on effectiveness of media can be summed up as that well- advanced information of multimedia should be analysed from diverse standpoints on relevancy to tasks and recognitive relevancy rather than its simplification from the standpoint of richness of media. For optimal interface design unnecessary recognitive load should be eliminated and information should be structured by laking maximum advantage of working memory of limited quantity. Also there will be need for selection of proper media and suggestion of expressive method to enable building accurate and successful mental image. In this treatise this author attempted to contribute to designer's decision making in future through examining theories on effectiveness of media in connection with the question of which information technology should be used in order to heighten effect of information communication appropriate to information design.

  • A method of optimal active and reactive power control for economic operation in electrical power system is presented in this paper. The major features and techniques of this paper are as follows: 1) The method presented for obtaining the equivalent active power balance equation applying the sparse Jacobian matrix of power flow equation instead of using B constant as active power Balance equation considering transmission loss, and for determining directly optimal active power allocation without repeating calculations. 2) More reasonable and economic profit by minimizing total fuel cost of thermal power plants instead of using transmission loss as objective function of reactive Power control can be achieved. 3) Particularly in reactive power control, computing time can be considerably reduced by using Fuzzy Linear Programming instead of using conventional Linear Programming.
