자동차 내부 네트워크 데이터를 이용하는 자동차-IT 융합 기술은 자동차 안전 및 진단, 텔레매틱스, ITS등 새로운 서비스 시장을 형성하며 산업적인 파급 효과가 클 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 자동차 내부 네트워크 데이터 중 가장 최근에 많이 사용되고 있는 것이 CAN(Controller Area Network) 이다. 그리고 현실적으로 자동차 내부의 데이터 중 사용할 수 있는 가장 적절한 데이터가 Diagnostic CAN 데이터이다. 본 논문에서는 자동차-IT 융합 기술에서 사용할 수 있는 CAN 데이터 중에서 진단용 CAN 데이터에 대하여 알아보고 이를 제품개발에서 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 데이터를 수집하고 제공하는 방법에 대하여 알아본다.

Since the 1970s, manufacturing has been one of the key driving forces that has led to Korea's economic growth. However, this growth rate has been reduced significantly since the 2000s, and shows that revenues and employment are steadily decreasing. In addition, while manufacturing investment in Korea has dropped sharply, the United States, Germany, Japan, and other major countries have increased investment in manufacturing. These countries have promoted manufacturing innovation strategies that include the convergence of information and communications technologies (ICT) and manufacturing. For manufacturing innovation, it is important for time and cost savings required for product development to be achieved by changes in the production process, especially product design. Modeling and simulation (M&S) is a process that replaces physical product design, mockup making, and testing, with virtual product creation (modeling) and engineering analysis (simulation). In this paper, we analyze the economic ripple effect of supercomputing M&S using an input-output model technique based on the input-output tables published by the Bank of Korea. When we set the M&S budget (about US$16 million for the last 10 years) of the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) as input coefficients, the effect on production inducement, value-added inducement, and employment inducement was analyzed to be US$24 million, US$13.4 million, and 267, respectively.

In 2011, Government introduced "IT Convergence Technology Prediction Survey 2025". This report includes 10 ICT industries. Convergence was combined with a word 'digital'. Digital convergence means a service or new product which appeared through fusion of unit technologies in information and communication regions. The effects of convergence technologies and social phenomenons are visualized in overall regions of society such as economy, society, culture, etc. In this paper, we described a prospects and technologies needed in digital convergence environment. And we described IT-Building, IT-Car, IT-Medicine, IT-Textile which was related with our lives in today among 10 ICT industries.

시스템의 규모가 대형화되어 감에 '시스템의 시스템'의 형태로써 대규모 사이즈의 프로그램 다양한 목적을 가진 사용자들, 대규모 저장 데이터양과 처리, 소프트웨어 컴포넌트간의 복잡한 연결상과 상호 의존성, 하드웨어의 다양성등을 포함하는 초대형 규모로 발전하고 있다. 또한 유, 무선 인터넷의 보편화와 소형기기들의 인터넷화 및 기존 서비스들의 개방화가 진행됨에 따라 새로운 독자적인 서비스를 만들기 보다는 SOA기반의 기존 시스템을 통합하여 새로운 서비스를 만드는 시도가 일어나고 있다. 최근 진행되고 있는 국가 및 산업의 대형 프로젝트들은 이러한 흐름에 따라 IT기술을 융합한 소프트웨어 기반의 초 대형 시스템 (Ultra Large Scale System)을 필요로 하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보와 시스템의 대규모화에 대한 즉각적인 대처를 할 수 있는 Ultra Large Scale 시스템의 자율적응형 (Self-Adaptive) 기술 연구를 위하여 Self-Healing, Self-Integrating, Self-Orchestrating, Self-Managing, Self-Adaptring의 5가지 관점에서의 연구를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하고 있는 연구의 파급 효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 영역은 e-Biz 시스템 u-city 시스템, USN 기반 물류 시스템 자동차 및 조선 사업의 IT융합 등의 대규모 시스템이 될 것이다.

While creativity and innovation is the key to drive the creative economy in the South Korea, the development of analysis framework to evaluate the size and performance is limited. The present study suggests a framework and a method to assess economic impact of the creative economy using inter-industry analysis which employs input-output efficiencies populated by the Korean Bank and empirical data from the national informatization survey conducted by the National Information-society Agency(NIA). The results indicated that, as of 2013, despite of economy downturn, the creative innovation based on the information communication technology(ICT) had been significantly led the production, value-added, and employment inducement. The effect is predominant in the creative industry in an broad sense, that is, technology intensive manufacturing industry. Theoretical and policy implications are discussed.

최근 특허청의 특허정보 활용 확산 정책으로 인하여 특허정보에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 또한 특허정보를 연구하는 분야에서도 기술혁신 추세 분석, 기술혁신과 기술개발 주체에 대한 관계 분석을 수행하는 특허정보, 전산과학, 문헌정보학을 융합하는 특허정보학 (patinformatics)이라는 분야가 등장하였다. 특허정보를 이용한 최근의 연구동향은 특허 인용정보를 이용하여, 기술 파급효과 분석, 특허 인용지수, 기술영향력 지수, 특허가치 평가등 대부분의 연구가 인용정보를 기반으로 진행퇴고 있다. 기존의 연구 및 분석에 사용된 데이터는 미국특허의 인용정보를 이용하여 수행되고 있다. 한국특허 정보에는 인용정보가 존재하지 않기 때문이다. 한국특허의 분석을 위해서는 미국에 출원된 미국특허 데이터를 수집하여 한국의 연구개발 동향을 분석해야하는 문제점을 내포하고 있다 본 연구는 한국특허청 심사관의 인용정보 생성에 관한 업무 부하를 최소화하는 것을 목적으로 미국특허의 비 특허 문헌정보가 가지고 있는 문제점을 살펴봄으로써 국내에 구축되어 있는 과학기술문헌의 연계를 통한 효과적인 특허인용정보생성 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This Study conducts a survey of ICT SMEs participating in 'ICT Government Sponsored Loan Project' for researching general demands on Government sponsored loans and studies successful company case by inspecting background of R&D, performances, impacts, prospects, episodes, etc. Actually, survey results show that ICT SMEs demand more of Government sponsored loans and that stable financing is a core factor and the most difficult task for successful R&D. In conclusion, these results implicate that Government has to create new policies for competitive ICT SMEs to recover financial stability through developing and commercializing technologies.

소프트웨어-콘텐츠 산업은 IT 및 전통산업에서도 대표적인 지식산업이면서 타 산업에 대한 연관관계가 매우 높고 파급효과도 대단히 높은 산업으로 고부가가치를 실현할 수 있는 산업이다. 한국통신기술협회(TTA) 소프트웨어-콘텐츠 기술위원회(TC6)는 기반 소프트웨어 기술(공개SW, 메타데이터, 소프트웨어 품질평가, 웹서비스 등)과 융합 소프트웨어 기술(임베디드SW, 사이버-물리시스템(CPS), e-내비게이션, e-퍼블리싱 등), 그리고 디지털 콘텐츠 기술(게임, 디지털시네마, 컴퓨터그래픽 등) 분야의 표준 제정을 담당하고 있다. 본고에서는 TC6 산하 9개의 PG에서 2013년에서 현재까지 제정한 70여건의 표준에 대하여 간략하게 정리하여 제시함으로써, 향후 소프트웨어-콘텐츠 분야의 표준이 참조될 수 있는 기회가 있기를 희망하며 표준화 추진 동향에 대하여 소개 하고자 한다.
