텀블링 시간에 따른 돈육 육포의 품질 특성에 관한 연구

  • 본 실험은 돈육 후지 부위를 이용하여 육포 제조시 텀블링 시간에 따른 육포의, 이화학적 및 관능적 특성을 조사하여 표준화된 육포제조의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 텀블링 시간에 따른 건조전 육포 양념육의 제품수율은 30분까지는 수율이 유의적으로 증가하는 경향을 보였으나, 60분 동안 텀블링을 실시하였을 때는 30분보다 낮은 값을 나타내었다. 텀블링 시간에 따라 pH는 차이가 없었으나, 보수력은 텀블링 30분까지 유의적으로 증가하였고 이후 부터는 차이가 없었다. 육색은 텀블링 시간이 경과함에 따라 $L^{\ast}-$값과 $b^{\ast}-$값은 감소하는 경향을 보였으나 반대로 $a^{\ast}-$값은 텀블링 시간이 증가함에 따라 점점 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 건조후 제조된 돈육육포의 수분함량은 $29{\sim}30%$ 정도를 유지하였으며, 건조수율은 모두 $48{\sim}49%$ 정도의 높은 수율을 보였다. 육포의 $L^{\ast}-$값은 30분 및 60분 동안 텀블링을 실시하였을 때 10분 동안 텀블링을 실시한 육포보다 낮게 나타났다. 60분 동안 텀블링한 육포의 $a^{\ast}-$값은 10분간 텀블링한 것보다 높았으며, $b^{\ast}-$값은 $a^{\ast}-$값과는 반대의 경향을 나타내었다. 탄력성(springiness)은 60분 동안 텀블링한 육포가 10분 동안 텀블링한 육포보다 높은 값을 보였으나, 탄력성을 제외한 모든 항목에서 유의차가 나타나지 않았다. 관능검사는 모든 항목에서 30분 이상 텀블링한 육포가 좋은 평가를 받았으나, 처리구간에 유의차는 나타나지 않았다.pm을 spiking한 후 SPE상에서 SCX(Strong cation exchange column)을 통한 clean-up과정을 거친 후의 STP의 limit of quantification(LOQ)는 약 0.44ppm이었으며, 이에 대한 회수율은 89.7${\pm}$2.3%(n=6)를 나타냈다. 실제 CODEX에서 권장한 우유의 MRL이 0.6ppm인 점을 감안하면 CODEX권고치에 도달할 수 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발 된 시험법은 지금까지 국내적으로 STP에 대한 시험법이 확립되어 있지 않은 것으로 이와 아울러 간편한 parallux와 병용해 STP에 대한 정량 및 정성 분석을 유도체화 장치 및 형광검출기를 이용해 잔류항생물질 STP에 대한 분석시험법을 개발하였다.화와 네트워크 조직망 구축을 위한 지역중심의 복합 생활문화 공간이 필요할 것이며, 이를 촉진키 위한 mentor academy시스템 접근을 통해 점점 고령화되어 가고 있는 재래시장에 대해 차별적 특성이 반영된 종합적이고 체계적 접근 방법연구가 필요하다./TEX> 자체기술개발, 선진기술 도입, 산업간 및 산업내 기술확산, 국제기술협력 ${\rightarrow}$ 기술혁신의 촉진 ${\rightarrow}$ 총요소생산성과 기업경쟁력(자원 및 역량, 프로세스 경쟁력, 품질경쟁력, 시장경쟁력, 고객성과, 시장성과, 재무성과)의 제고 ${\rightarrow}$ 가격경쟁력(임금, 금리, 물류비용, 환율 등)과 비(非)가격경쟁력(디자인, 에프터서비스, 품질, 운송 등)의 제고 ${\rightarrow}$ 국가경쟁력의 제고 ${\rightarrow}$ 국제수지 흑자 ${\ri

Strategic implication of an injunctive relief in global IP lawsuits: based on the Samsung vs. Apple litigation in the US (창조경제시대 글로벌 지식재산소송의 기업 전략적 함의에 관한 소고: 삼성-애플 미국 소송의 침해금지명령을 중심으로)

  • As creative economy gets attention, the capabilities of transforming creative ideas into intellectual property and utilizing it commercially have become important than ever before. Korea is lack of the capabilities of utilizing intellectual property compared to those of accumulating it. This paper focuses on the strategic implication of an injunctive relief, which has a far-reaching impact on firms' business strategies as well as national industrial competitiveness because losers in lawsuits are expelled from markets. It analyzes the Samsung-Apple global IP lawsuits about smartphones and tablet PCs, which have expanded into 9 countries since 2011 when the Apple filed the IP lawsuit against Samsung in the US for the first time. In particular, this paper analyzes the requirements to get the permanent injunctive relief in the lawsuits of intellectual property from reviewing the ruling in the court of the US in 2012 and draws some implications from the perspective of business/industrial strategies. This paper has some limitations in that the lawsuit are still ongoing and it is the first attempt to find out the clue that connects legal and strategic issues in the rulings. Regardless of the limitations, however, this paper expects to contribute to raising the issues as to the importance of harmonizing the capabilities of managing technology with law, in order to survive under the era of creative economy.

A Case Study on The CVC's Investment Motivations and Investment Decision Factors (CVC의 투자동기 및 투자 결정요인에 대한 사례연구: CVC 9개사(社)의 투자 사례를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out common investment decision factors for CVC's invested technology-based startups and analyze them. We examined 17 CVCs that invested in technology startups for three years and six months from 2015 to June 2018. As a result, the final 9 CVCs that can be used in this study were confirmed and 188 companies were analyzed. This study was conducted as a case study to propose and demonstrate CVC investment objectives and investment decision factors analysis model. The results of this study are as follows. First, CVC focused on strengthening investment. Second, In 2015, Invested in an average of 19 months of technology-based startups. In recent years, we invested in 36 months of proven technology-based startups. Thirdly, ICT service was the main business type of the invested startups. Fourth, the investors were concentrated on the stage of Series A~B. It is observed that CVC investment determinants have a significant impact on product or service and parent company relations. In addition, it was found that factors such as innovation, business planning competency, enterprising, strategic competency, leadership, and opportunity recognition competency were influential factors for the startups of invested companies and it was found that these factors are important for CVC investment decision. Understanding of CVC investment determinants presented in this study is based on the establishment of the investment process of the investee, entrepreneurship and management education program. The results of this study can be applied to the selection of excellent startups, entrepreneurship education programs, mentoring, development of coaching guidelines, and establishment of investment process of other investment institutions when investing in CVC.

Empirical Analysis of the Influence of ICT SMEs' R&D Resources on Corporate Performance (ICT 중소기업의 연구개발 자원이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구)

  • The national economic policy paradigm is constantly changing according to the global business environment. Among them, fostering SMEs is a core policy of many developed countries. The growth of SMEs contributes to the creation of jobs and the development of local communities in the era of employment-free growth. In particular, the growth of SMEs is the foundation for growth into mid-sized and large enterprises. Therefore, the growth of SMEs plays an important role in the national economy. Information and communication technology (ICT) became important much more with the emergence of the 4th industrial revolution. Among them, the growth of ICT SMEs is the nation's future asset. Therefore, this study examines and verifies the main factors affecting the performance of ICT SMEs from the view of their R&D resources. On the basis of 1,999 SMEs dataset, empirical analysis was performed to investigate the influence of R&D resources on their corporate performance. Its results are as follows. First, based on theresource-based theory, ICT SMEs' R&D investment, R&D manpower, and government support policies were found to have a positive effect on securing a company's competitive advantage. Second, it was found that the level of product has a positive effect on the company's performance. Finally, it was found that M&A and technology acquisition method strategies differ according to the growth stage of the company. Therefore, in order to achieve technological innovation and corporate performance of ICT SMEs, the government support policy and investment into internal R&D personnel play as main factors. In addition, it was found that technology acquisition strategies differ depending on the growth stage of the company.

  • The living lab is a user-participatory innovation space where users can solve problems by themselves. Living Lab members are able to participate in all aspects of product development from technology conception. In this study, to prevent pedestrian accidents, auto-image sensing signal system was developed in Jeonju City, using the Living Lab method. In addition, we measured effectiveness of the auto-image sensing signal system with respect to pedestrian waiting time, pedestrian and driver signal violation, and pedestrian jaywalking. It was also compared the measures before installation, after installation and after applying Living Lab method. As a result, all of the three measures of effectiveness appeared to be more effective after Living Lab than after installation. Overall, this study is very significant in that it is the first case where the living lab is applied in transportation.

  • In terms of the product conforming to a social value of integration of digital and design, the importance of brick toys aiming at the convergence with digital technology in various ways has increased on the strength of expanded base of users and in pursuit of design innovation. Given that previous studies on bricks centered on the role as a tool of flay and education, it is true that studies on other indefinite potentials and expandability in light of multimedia have not been conducted. This study was initiated with a question how the brick system toys, which is gradually gaining popularity, has evolved and is aimed at examining the status of evolvement through study of basic theories and analysis of examples. Based on this, it is intended to explore the possibility of the digital brick system by executing design process utilizing examples of comprehensive brick system with expanded form.

In view of design. the display in sale is to interpret products more charmingly, and should make interpretation accurately by selecting an important theme. 브랜드자산가치의 구성요소에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 오늘날 기업간 M & A가 활발히 진행되면서 브랜드 자산가치에 대한 연구는 학계와 실무계에 있어 커다란 관심이 집중되면서 브랜드의 역할에 대해서 다양한 새로운 관점이 제시되고 있다. 브랜드 자산가치와 관련한 기존의 연구들은 주로 평가에 관한 것이 대부분이었으나 최근에 와서 브랜드 자산가치의 중요성이 부각됨으로써 브랜드 자산가치의 형성에 대한 영향요인의 연구가 활발히 이루어 지고 있다. 하지만 이틀 연구의 대부분은 제품 품질과 광고톨 중심으로 한 기업의 통제 변수인 마케팅믹스-4P(product, price, place, promotion)-에 연구의 초점을 맞추고 있다. 하지만, 오늘날 기술혁신에 힘입어 규모의 경제성이나 경험효과에 의한 비용 우위는 거의 기대될 수 없게 되었고, 품질에서도 기업간의 격차가 현저히 줄어들었다. 그러고 막대한 비용의 문제로 인하여 매스미디어등의 광고를 통한 브랜드 자산가치의 형성이 결코 쉬운 일이 아니다. 특히 오늘의 국내의 기업현실을 감안하면 더욱 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기존의 연구에서 다루지 않았던 고객만족 실현를 위한 핵심개념인 내부마케팅과 다양한 소비자 욕구에 있어 신속히 대응하는 브랜드 수의 증가를 브랜드 자산가치의 형성에 대한 새로운 영향요인으로 선정하여 마케팅믹스 요인과 더불어 이들의 영향성을 실증분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결론을 이용하여 다음과 같은 브랜드 자산가치에 대한 마케팅에 있어서 전략적 시사점을 제안한다. 첫째, 브랜드 자산가치톨 형성 내지 강화하기 위해서는 내부마케팅 요인, 브랜드수의 증가요인, 마케팅믹스 요인중에서 어느 한 요인만으로 한계가 있기 때문에 3가지 요인을 동시에 활용하여 시너지 효과를 노려야할 것이다. 아울러 다양화, 세분화되어 가고 있는 소비자 니즈에 신속히 대용하기 위해서는 브랜드의 수의 증가를 통한 마케팅전략으로의 실천이 시의 적절한 방법중 하나라고 판단된다. 둘째, 기존의 많은 연구에서 알 수 있듯이 그동안 브랜드 자산가치의 구성요소에 대한 영향 요인으로 마케팅믹스적 요인을 주로 다루어 왔는데, 본 연구 결과에 의하면 내부마케팅요인과 브랜드수의 증가요인도 브랜드 자산가치의 구성요소에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났기 때문에 기업들은 이들 요인에 대한 세밀한 검토와 관심이 요구된다. 셋째, 기업들은 향후 브랜드 자산가치를 증대하기 위한 장기적이고 전략적인 관리방안이 요구된다.

A Study on the Virtual Vision System Image Creation and Transmission Efficiency (가상 비전 시스템 이미지 생성 및 전송 효율에 관한 연구)

  • Software-related training can be considered essential in situations where software is an important factor in national innovation, growth and value creation. As one of the implementation methods for engineering education, various education through virtual simulations that can educate difficult situations in a similar environment are being conducted. Recently, the construction of smart factories at production and manufacturing sites is spreading, and product inspections using vision systems are being conducted. However, it has many difficulties due to lack of operation technology of vision system, but it requires a lot of cost to construct the system for education of vision system. In this paper, provide an educational virtual simulation model that integrates computer and physics engine camera functions and can extract and transmit video. It is possible to generate an image of 30Hz or more at an average of 35.4FPS of the experimental results of the proposed model, and it is possible to send and receive images in a time of 22.7ms, which can be utilized in an educational virtual simulation educational environment.
