최근 대학을 기반으로 한 스타트업 육성 정책 및 학생 스타트업의 초기 시장 진입을 위한 엑셀러레이팅 프로그램은 매년 증가하고 있으나, 스타트업의 성공적인 투자 유치 사례는 부족하다. 많은 투자 성공 결정 요인 중 기존 선행연구를 통해 새로운 벤처의 투자 여부를 결정할 때 기업가와 관련된 요소들이 연구되었으나, 투자자와 기업가 사이에 형성되는 투자 결정 과정에 대한 연구가 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는SEED 단계의 세 번의 투자를15개의 질문을 통해 분석하여 투자 성공에 가중치를 주는 3가지 요인을 (팀 역량, 보유 기술 역량, 심사역과의 관계) 찾아냈으며, 투자 진행 정도에 따라 인지(Awareness), 알아감(Knowing), 유치(Meeting)로 나누어 각 단계에서 전략적인 경영자의 행동이 투자에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석했다. 학생 기술 창업자들 중 40억이상 투자 받은 기업은 드물다. 이는 학생 창업자들의 투자 유치에 필요한 구체적인 메뉴얼이 부족하기 때문이라고 생각한다. 모든 학생 창업가들이 '(주)레티널'의 성공사례와 유사할 수는 없지만, 유사한 환경에서 창업을 하고 있는 사례를 구체적으로 분석한 본 사례를 통해 학생들의 투자 유치시 구체적인 전략을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 것이라고 시대한다. 또한 대학 창업의 투자 성공률을 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다.

본 연구는 창업의지의 영향요인으로서 경력지향성과 창업지원프로그램 참가로서 창업지원프로그램이 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 이론적으로 검토하고, 이를 통해 연구모형을 구축하고 정립된 연구가설을 중소기업청의 지원(2006년 기준)으로 창업강좌가 개설된 대학교와 개설되지 않은 대학교를 서울과 지방 그리고 경상계열과 공학계열로 나누어 실증 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력지향성은 창업지원프로그램 참가에 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다 둘째, 경력지향성 중에서 자율지향성, 기술지향성, 관리지향성, 사업지향성은 창업의지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 안정지향성은 창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았다. 셋째, 창업지원프로그램 참가는 창업의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the entrepreneurial satisfaction of entrepreneurs, based on the characteristics of entrepreneurial firms. For this purpose, we tried to derive the psychological factors besides the personal characteristics of the entrepreneurs as the factors affecting the entrepreneurial satisfaction, which is the result of much research. Psychological factors were empirically analyzed by satisfaction with job and work environment through entrepreneurship, satisfaction with economic employment stability and income factors, and individual development potential, autonomy, and social reputation. The results of this study are as follows: First, the sample consists of entrepreneurs who have been engaged in entrepreneurship activity in Busan for 3 years. Through technical statistical analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, The hypotheses about entrepreneurship satisfaction were verified and meaningful results and implications could be derived. Based on this, it can be extended to include research on firm capacity variables such as financial indicators and technological power that were not reflected in this study in the future.

This paper discusses entrepreneurship as a mean to overcome problems that arise from economic growth with no job growth and with aging population. In particular, this paper focuses on senior (elderly) entrepreneurship based on technology. It examines and defines restraints of various public and private sponsor programs for senior entrepreneurship. In comparison, Bridge Program of Finland was studied and its success factors are presented. Some of these success factors are enterprise-driven program operation, diverse education program focused on successful senior entrepreneurship, providing networking opportunities among entrepreneurs, and increased awareness in social responsibility of private enterprises. This paper suggests CBI (Corporate Business Incubator) in order to promote senior entrepreneurship. This study is expected to foster economic growth and job creation through utilizing increased elderly population in today's aging demographics. In addition, this study will be able to identify direction for government's role in boosting senior entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurship by seniors who have accumulated skills and expertise in the industrial field is very important from a social point of view. This study aimed at seniors to find out the major start-up capabilities of seniors in an economic situation where instability factors and uncertainties are amplified due to the social structure of jobs that has changed due to COVID-19 during the 4th industrial revolution and the rapidly progressing high interest rates and global supply chain problems. The purpose of this study was to empirically verify how variables affect entrepreneurial intention. In addition, from the perspective of mindset, which is the individual psychological characteristic of pre-entrepreneurs, we tried to empirically verify whether growth mindset and fixed mindset have a significant effect on senior entrepreneurship intention. The psychological characteristics of founders were approached from the perspective of mindset, and an attempt was made to apply them to the field of entrepreneurship and to obtain practical implications. This study empirically analyzed the effects of growth mindset, fixed mindset, technical competency, network competency, and funding competency, which are components of mindset, on senior entrepreneurial intention, and verified the mediating effect of entrepreneurial efficacy. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was verified that growth mindset and technological competency had a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it was verified that the mediating effect of entrepreneurial efficacy was significant in the influence of growth mindset and technological competency on entrepreneurial intention, and it was verified that growth mindset and technological competency are important variables in senior entrepreneurship. The study results provide the following policy implications. In order to activate senior entrepreneurship, first, to maximize the effect of founder education, programs such as customized entrepreneurship education that match the growth mindset characteristics, which are the psychological characteristics of founders, are needed. Second, it is required to expand the base of technology startups by expanding government support, such as expanding low-interest policy financing, for senior startups with technological capabilities and expertise. Third, it is necessary to provide institutional support for starting a business, such as providing a start-up program even before retirement, so that the expertise and technology accumulated by seniors can be linked to start-ups even after retirement.

기술을 기반으로 스타트업을 시작한 창업자들은 벤처캐피탈(VC) 등 기술기반 벤처기업에 투자를 하는 사람들이 오로지 기술만을 평가하여 투자를 진행할 것이라고 오해하기 쉽다. 그 생각에서 벗어나지 못하면 기술 벤처기업에 전문적으로 투자하는 투자자에게 투자를 받기는 쉽지 않을 것이다. 본고에서는 기술 벤처기업에 전문적으로 투자하는 투자자들이 어떤 관점에서 투자를 진행하는지에 대해서 알아봄으로써 기술 기반으로 스타트업을 시작한 창업자가 투자유치를 어떻게 진행해야 할 지에 대한 지침을 주고자 한다.

경제 불황으로 기업들의 구조조정이 가시화되면서 고용 축소와 청년실업이 늘어나면서 창업이나 경영을 통해 경제적 독립과 자아실현을 이루려는 창업가들이 점차 증가하고 있으며, 그에 따른 학계 연구의 필요성도 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구 필요성에 따라 창업의도에 결정요인으로서 사회적 네트워크와 자아 효능감을 개인특성요인의 핵심변수로 설정하여 창업활동과 창업목표달성에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위해 국내 창업가를 대상으로 208부를 분석에 이용하였다. 가설검증 결과, 사회적 네트워크의 강한 유대가 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 창업활동에는 약한 유대가 영향을 나타나는 것으로 분석되었으며, Podolny와 Baron(1997) 네트워크의 특성에 따라 네트워크 강도의 효과가 달라질 수 있다는 주장과 일치하는 것을 발견 할 수 있었다. 또한 자아효능감은 창업활동보다 창업의도에 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 목표달성을 분석한 결과 창업의도보다 창업활동이 목표달성에 더 유의 한 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 현재 중국 각 지역에서 중소기업을 경영하고 있는 중국인 창업가나 기업가를 대상으로 기대이론의 1차 수준을 적용해서 창업에 대한 기대, 창업 그리고 성장의도를 서로 간의 관계를 입증하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구에서 기대는 창업에 대한 기대로 정의하고 창업 및 성장의도는 창업가의 주도적 생각으로 정의 되었다. 연구결과에 따르면 제시된 가설은 모두 채택되었다. 즉 기업가의 창업에 대한 기대는 창업 그리고 성장의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 창업은 성장의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 창업의 매개역할 확인하려고 실시한 매개회귀분석 결과는 창업이 부분 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.
