Technology-based start-up is important in that it encourages innovation, facilitates the development of new products and services, and contributes to job creation. Technology-based start-up activates entrepreneurship when appropriate support is provided within the ecosystem. Thus, understanding the technology-based start-up ecosystem is crucial. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, in Herrmann et al.'s(2015) study, we compare and analyze the ecosystem of each country by selecting representative regions such as Silicon Valley, Tel Aviv, London and Singapore which have the highest ranking in the start-up ecosystem. Second, we try to deeply understand the start-up ecosystem based on in-depth interviews with various stakeholders such as VC investors, start-ups, support organizations, and professors related to the Korean start-up ecosystem. Finally, based on the results of the study, we suggest development and activation of Korean technology-based start-up ecosystem. As a result, the Seoul start-up ecosystem showed a positive evaluation of government support compared to other advanced countries. In addition, it was confirmed that the ratio of tele-work and start-up company working experience of employees was higher than other countries. On the other hand, in Seoul, It was confirmed that overseas market performance, human resource diversity, attracting investment, hiring technological engineers, and the ratio of female entrepreneurs were lower than those of overseas advanced countries. In addition, according to the results of the interview analysis, Seoul was able to find that start-up ecosystems such as individual angel investors, accelerators, support institution, and media are developing thanks to the government's market-oriented policy support. However, in order for this development to continue, it is necessary to improve the continuous investment system, expansion of diversity, investment return system, and accessibility to the global market. A discussion on this issue is presented.

Due to the recent long-term economic downturn, the number of non-store and mail-order sellers is increasing as prospective entrepreneurs are concentrated due to the phenomenon of non-store start-ups with low start-up costs. In particular, in addition to unemployed young people and housewives who lack funds, many office workers who wish to have a 'two-job' are jumping into the business. Therefore, in this paper, we have moved away from provider-oriented service platforms that are dependent on specific networks, operators, and service types. In addition, we plan to design a business integration support system that can provide B2B services in the promotional material industry that contributes to business support and profit generation of wholesale and retail non-store entrepreneurs through sharing and participation. The proposed system is judged to be a business integrated operation support system applying orchestration and service management technology and enterprise business partner management technology that can provide stable operation management service.

Due to the continuous unemployment problem, the number of jobs is gradually decreasing, and entrepreneurship is emerging as an alternative. This is because, despite the government operating various start-up support programs to build a start-up-friendly culture, young entrepreneurs cannot endure the valley of death and disappear. Therefore, through this study, we intend to provide implications by analyzing the impact on Entrepreneurial satisfaction, which is essential for continuously running a business, and life satisfaction, which can act as a social awareness. This study was conducted with 573 non-wage workers who belonged to the founders among the participants of the 'College Graduation Occupational Migration Path Survey(GOMS)' survey provided by the Korea Employment Information Service. In order to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial competency and job fit, Entrepreneurial satisfaction, and life satisfaction, the analysis was conducted using the SPSS 23.0 program. The main research results are summarized as follows. First, entrepreneurial competency has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial satisfaction and life satisfaction. Second, job fit indicates a moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial competency and Entrepreneurial satisfaction. Third, start-up satisfaction appears to have a partial mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial competency and life satisfaction. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the difference between groups according to the type of start-up(single/partnership), the group that worked together showed higher Entrepreneurial satisfaction and life satisfaction. The main implications of this study are: First, in order to increase the Entrepreneurial satisfaction and life satisfaction of university graduates who are the subject of the study, it will be necessary to design a program that can diagnose and enhance the entrepreneurial competency of students at the university level. Second, entrepreneurial competency is a basic intrinsic factor that founders must have, and it should act as an important evaluation factor when selecting founders for support programs from start-up support organizations as well as founders. Third, it is necessary to maintain mutual trust by documenting problems (positions, wages, management rights, distribution of profits, etc.) that may occur in joint ventures with objective data. Fourth, it is necessary to establish an environment in which the MZ generation, armed with the challenging spirit and creativity, can continue to take on challenges even if they fail.

This study investigates the moderating effects of corporate mentoring on the relationship between entrepreneurship and start-up satisfaction. The research was designed to examine a direct relationship between the entrepreneurship on the start-up satisfaction. In addition, indirect impacts of corporate mentoring on the relationship between entrepreneurship and start-up satisfaction. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires through e-mail or direct visit to the participating companies in the Start-up Leading University Project, college start-up clubs, companies in university business incubating centers, and general entrepreneurs in Busan and Gyeongnam areas. Empirical data was then analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program. The results reveal that such categories as innovation and autonomy in entrepreneurship have a direct positive effect on entrepreneurial satisfaction and the corporate mentoring has a moderating effect only when autonomy has a direct positive effect on start-up satisfaction. It is implied that an improvement of start-up satisfaction may be attained only when mentoring programs are well accepted by entrepreneurs and their workers while working in a free and autonomous environment with a flexible corporate culture. This study may provide the theoretical and practical implications for start-up support organizations such as start-up support groups of Start-Up Leading University Project.

프랜차이즈 산업 중 외식업이 차지하는 비중은 약 65%에 이르고, 이 중 치킨 프랜차이즈의 비중은 외식업의 절반 가까이를 차지하고 있다. 치킨 창업은 예비 창업자들이 가장 많이 선택하는 아이템으로 임대료, 인건비, 운영비, 부대비용 등 창업자본의 부담이 적고 기술적 영업적 진입장벽이 낮아 연일 많은 프랜차이즈와 가맹점들이 개업을 하고 있다, 하지만 시장이 포화상태라 할지라도 치킨사업은 꾸준한 수요증가에 의해 외식시장에 스테디셀러 아이템으로 자리잡고 있다.

Recently, there is an increasing number of startups in wine business because of the rapid growth of wine consumption. The entrepreneurs need support to prepare infrastructure of wine business. Entrepreneurship is a course of preparing funding, personnel, and technology for preliminary entrepreneurs. In this paper, we implement a wine recommendation application for preliminary entrepreneurs of preparing the wine business as part of the technical support project. The proposed application is to collect accurate data using barcode recognition technology. Finally, proposed application aims the building of the wine knowledge-base through the data analysis by applying efficient algorithms.

The paper employs a resource-based approach to analyze the relationship between institutional resources and faculty-led startup formation and performance in South Korean four-year universities from 2017 to 2021. The author proposes nine hypotheses to explain how institutional resources or systems affect the number of faculty startups, their employee numbers and the revenue of faculty-led startups, and compare four different groups of university resources for cross-college variation. The findings suggest that institutional factors impacting faculty-led startup performance differ from those impacting other categories of startups. Universities should provide a more favorable environment, including flexible personnel policies and accompanying startup support infrastructure, to encourage faculty-led startups. In contrast, it is more effective for better performance of faculty startups, in terms of their job creation and revenue, to have more financial resources and good paper publications. The results also suggest that university technology-holding companies are crucial for increasing the number of professor startups and their performance. These findings have implications for both university and government policymakers, who aim to facilitate greater participation of professors in startup formation and commercialization of technology.

This study examines whether startup firms start with the resources they already have and expand the resources they can mobilize in the process of business management (Effectuation Model) using public data provided by the government. The results of the study show that the Effectuation Model can partially explain the behavior of early-stage startup firms. Therefore, in terms of policy implications based on these findings, government policies for entrepreneurship should not be based on the selection of companies based on sophisticated business models and hypothetical profit models, but rather on a system that actively supports entrepreneurship in areas that are challenging, even if they seem somewhat reckless at the moment, or that best match the entrepreneur's knowledge. Next, in order to actively spread entrepreneurship, it is necessary to spread business history or entrepreneurial experience. To this end, it is necessary to drastically change the current financial system for startups, where the founder bears all the financial risk, and to more actively consider ways to reduce the risk of startups by allowing society and the financial system to share some of the risk of startups.

한국기술교육대학교(이하 한기대)는 미래의 첨단산업 기술현장을 책임지고 나아갈 이론과 실기를 겸비한 실천적 공학자와 능력개발 전문가를 양성하기 위해 전액 정부출연에 의해 설립된 대학이다. 현재, 한기대는 국내에서 서울대, 한양대와 함께 일본학술진흥회와 한국과학재단이 지원하는 거점대학(core university)사업을 유치하여 한ㆍ일간 과학자 교류도 활발히 수행하고 있으며 대학교가 보유한 첨단시설과 우수한 인력과 부속기관, 국제교류사업 등 주어진 좋은 여건을 충분히 활용할 경우 우수한 창업보육센타로의 비약적 발전이 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 한기대의 설립목적, 특성에 따른 창업보육센터의 현황과 발전방향에 대해 논의하고자 한다.
