21세기 지역경제는 지식정보화와 개방화에 의한 패러다임 변화를 요구하는 바, 산업구조 고도화 및 변화가 반드시 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 대기업 위주의 산업구조에서 벗어나 경쟁력 있는 중소기업 주도의 산업구조가 형성되어야 하며, 기술집약적 벤처기업의 창업을 활성화하고 대기업의 사업구조 전환을 유도하는 새로운 산업 및 문화시스템으로써의 지역단위의 네트워크가 구축ㆍ확장되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 시대적 배경 속에 지자체내 창업보육센터간 연계와 특성화의 필요성은 더욱 절실히 요구되며, 각 창업보육센터는 각기 특화된 창업지원 인프라를 통하여 예비창업자 및 창업기업가에게 창업에 필요한 능력개발 및 지식정보를 제공하면서, 협력체계 및 네트워크를 구축하여 상호 보완적으로 협력해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 충남지역의 특색과 창업보육센터 현황을 고찰하고 지역경제 활성화를 위해 창업보육센터들이 나아가야 할 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다.

남북간의 경제협력, 특히 기술을 기반으로 하는 협력이 활성화되려면 우리가 북한을 알 수 있도록 하는 창구가 필요하다. 이용자의 창구와 전문가의 창구가 각각 필요하며, 이를 통해 과학기술 협력 및 기술거래 등 남북 경제협력의 포괄적 접근점을 효율적으로 찾을 수 있게 될 것이다.

This study, based on social capital theory, aims to explore how social network characteristics among organization members affect the absorptive capacity which is the ability to recognize the value of new information, assimilate it, and apply it to commercial ends. This paper also empirically investigates how the absorptive capacity will have an effect on organizational innovation performances toward achieving competitive advantages in the knowledge society. According to the degree of relationship intensity, social network shows two different characteristics: strong tied network and weak tied network. As strong tied network and weak tied network have relatively different network characteristics, this study assumes that each network affects the absorptive capacity with different aspects. Furthermore, we consider the moderation effect of a social network manager's ability in the relationship between social network and absorptive capacity. We surveyed innovative project performers who are engaged in the knowledge based industries. The empirical analysis results show that both strong tied and weak tied network positively affect the absorptive capacity. Successively, the absorptive capacity also has a positive impact on innovation performances.

인터렉션 가시화 기술은 네트워크상의 다양한 데이터를 기반으로 지속적으로 생성, 공유 및 재생성되는 다양한 정보와 지식의 다차원적인 연결 구조를 컴퓨터 그래픽 기술을 이용하여 지식을 직관적으로 가시화하는 가술이다. 몰입형 인터렉션 기술을 통해 지식이 혼합현실 환경에서 명시적으로 표시되고 물리적으로 사용자가 인터렉션 할 수 있도록 한다. 중요 인터렉션 가시화 기술로는 디지털 메뉴팩쳐링 방법, 3D 가시화 방법, 몰입형 디스플레이 기술 등이 있다.

바야흐로 디지털 데이터의 빅뱅 시대로 진입하고 있다. 정보통신기술의 급속한 발전으로 인해 인터넷은 사회 전 분야를 변화시키고 있으며, 스마트 단말기, 사물인터넷, 소셜네트워크, 실시간 데이터 수집 장치, 지리정보시스템 등의 등장과 기타 여러 가지 새로운 형태의 데이터 소스가 출현하였다. 이에 따라 데이터 량이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으며, 한 번에 처리해야 할 디지털 정보량이 수십 테라바이트에서 제타바이트에서 이르는 이른바 빅데이터 시대가 도래한 것이다. 그러나 빅데이터 기술의 빠른 성장에 비해 빅데이터 생태계의 근간이 되는 기술의 보호나 지식재산권의 침해로부터 관련 기술을 보호하기 위한 법적 구제수단은 미비한 형편이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 빅데이터 시대의 지식재산권 침해 유형을 분류하고, 현행법 하에서의 법적 구제수단에 대해 알아본다.

지식 기반 사회에서 경쟁 우위의 원천은 우수 인재 확보를 통한 이익의 극대화임을 감안할 때, 전문가를 적극적으로 개발하고 관리하는 것이 최우선 전략이다. 한민족과학기술자네트워크(KOSEN,www.kosen21.org))는 과학기술 전문인력 자원을 활용하여 다양한 분야의 지식정보 서비스를 제공함으로써 국내 유일의 과학기술인들의 전문정보창구로서의 역할을 담당하고 있다. 장단기적 지식정보 수요에 대응하기 위해 내외부 인력을 적극적으로 발굴하고 있으며, 적절한 평가 기준을 마련하여 성과에 대한 객관적인 평가 결과를 바탕으로, 전문가의 지속적인 참여를 유도하기 위한 다양한 보상 프로그램을 운영중이다.

최근까지 정보 기술 분야에서는 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous)라는 용어가 크게 유행한 척이 있다. 현재는 다소 식상하게 들리는 용어일지도 모르지만 사물의 지능화와 통신화라는 유비쿼터스 개념은 이미 우리의 생활에 깊이 파고 들어왔다. 최근 유행하는 IT 기술인 스마트폰이나 지능형 전력망, 와이파이, 소셜 네트워크, 센싱 데이터 처리 기술과 개념은 이러한 유비쿼터스 기술의 대표적인 사례로 볼 수 있다. 국내에서 는 이러한 유비쿼터스라는 개념을 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크(Ubiquitous Sensor Network: USN)라는 용어로서 2004년부터 정보통신부 혹은 지식경제부의 적극적인 지원에 힘입어 많은 기술적/산업적 성과를 이루기도 했다. 하지만 이러한 USN은 센서네트워크 개념으로 제한적으로 오용되는 경우가 많았다 이에 본고에서는 이러한 유비쿼터스 환경을 실현하는 사물의 지능화/통신화에 대한 기술 동향과 보안 기술을 논하기 위해서 USN과 거의 비슷한 개념이지만 국내외적으로 더욱 보편적으로 사용되고 있는 IoT(Intemet of Things) 용어를 사용할 것이며, 이러한 IoT에 대한 기술 동향과 보안 기술을 논하고자 한다.

These days, it seems to be a core time to build proactive prevention systems for small and medium sized enterprises due to the reinforced safety in the production process and the strong environmental regulations (ES) both at home and abroad. On the other hand, a network of experts that combines the industrial environment and production safety as well as even the knowledge services companies are not quite enough to prepare to support them. In this study, through a survey of experts the current statue of the convergence of industrial environment and production safety were reviewed, and the structure of knowledge ES cluster was proposed to overcome this current state. Detailed strategies such as the development and distribution of ES convergence methodology, ES efficiency analysis and an ES roundtable.

본 논문에서는 고객추천지수(NPS : Net Promoter Score)를 이용하여 2019년도 이용 고객의 서비스 만족 및 품질에 대하여 모니터링하고 기관의 고객만족 개선 활동에 대한 고객의 의견을 분석하기 위함이다. 한국과학기술정보연구원의 한민족과학기술자네트워크(KOSEN : The Global Network of Korean Scientists & Engineers)는 전 세계 한인 과학기술자들을 하나로 연결하는 네트워크 서비스로 2019년 현재 70여개국 14만여 회원들로 이루어진 거대한 네트워크로 성장하였습니다. 1999년 이래 과학기술부, 교육과학기술부, 미래창조과학부, 과학기술정보통신부 지원 사업으로 한국과학기술정보연구원에서 운영해오고 있습니다. 네트워크를 통한 한인 과학기술자들의 지식 공유가 주목적이며, 연구자들을 위한 다양한 서비스를 무상으로 제공하고 있습니다. 이를 위해 서비스를 경험한 262여 명의 의사결정자를 대상으로 한민족과학기술자네트워크에 대한 고객충성도를 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 인터넷 등 정보의 발달로 고객의 긍정적 또는 부정적인 구전이 급속도로 노출되는 환경에서 고객의 만족도를 관리함으로써 핵심고객을 확보하는데 사전 예측자료로 활용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this research is to schematize and suggest the new trends of study and changing aspects of science and technology hidden in a bibliographical phenomenon of documentation to researchers and policy-makers all through the Knowledge Map. The field of study to be analyzed in this research is the Access Network field. The reason why this field has been selected as the main target of study is that the Access Network field is economically important and characterized by its wide sphere where a variety of fields are interconnected. In addition, it is important to measure the applied as well as fundamental aspects of technology by using bibliographical method and technique. Knowledge Map successfully visualizes the inter-relations of the keywords and sub-fields of Access Network. The importance of visualizing methods in the convincing presentation of results has not been sufficiently understood in the past. Knowledge Map opens a new opportunity for cartography of science and information visualization. The Knowledge Map results have produced a great deal more than statistical artifact. We aimed to exploit the visualization effect of the Knowledge Maps to the aid of searchers in Access Network domain, and the results are quite encourging.
